Tiffany and her staff are amazing. I've used Pro Party Planners on several occasions. Most recently she stepped in to take over for a Celebration of Life event that grew quickly and more than I could manage. She stepped in last minute, took over and I didn't have to think about the event again. Tiffany is a pro and you'll be happy you choose her for whatever party/event you may have.

Let me start by saying, Tiffany Rapp was a such a godsend! She completely went above and beyond to make our wedding the most amazing night that we'll never forget! Tiffany & I worked closely together to plan my destination wedding from thousands of miles away. She worked diligently to turn all my dreams into reality! She coordinated everything from the incredible DJ, delicious food, the amazing cake, seating for the ceremony, fun decorations, even all the booze. Tiffany worked directly with the florist to design the bouquet exactly as I had envisioned, with Arika orchids lined with beautiful sparkly ribbon. The night before the wedding, I invited all my guests for food and drinks in the suite. Tiffany set up the most spectacular charcuterie design and brought the alcohol early for everyone to enjoy. Even to the final hour, I forgot to bring a photo for our guest book/ frame. She was on top of it, and had the photo printed for me at the last minute. Tiffany's staff was also just as incredible! Erica, Brittany, DJ Greg, and the bartender, Keith, all played a part in making our wedding unforgettable! Only hours before the wedding, the girls made a last minute run for more booze, and even had his shirt pressed since I had completely forgotten to. The decorations were more fabulous than I could've imagined! Tiffany took the reins and designed the room with such attention to detail. We even had a Vegas sign backdrop for our guests to take photos! The entire night flowed so smoothly and everyone was able to let loose and dance the night away! I didn't have to worry about a thing! The girls were beyond attentive to myself and all my guests. Anything we needed, they took care of it! Erica made sure that we had all the drinks we needed. Brittany knew I hadn't eaten and even brought me a plate of food as I was leaving to take photos with the photographer. Just to top it off, when hubby & I returned to the suite at the end of the night, everything was cleaned to perfection! I can't say enough about how truly amazing Tiffany and her staff were! Working with Tiffany was such a blessing and I will be forever grateful for everything she's done for us!

Pro Party Planners were GREAT! Tiffany was very communicative, great with her advice and suggestions and she made us feel very secured when we first met. I was confident she would do a great job even from the two meetings and many emails we had beforehand. Tiffany was my day-of wedding coordinator and she handled everything at my house. I did not have to worry about a thing and was just able to enjoy my day. They arrived on time, took over the decorating, setting up, greeting my early guests, and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be when it was time to start. The ceremony and reception were at our house and even though I did not have a very big wedding, no one came to me with any questions or concerns. I think Tiffany handled it all. She also helped with the cleanup, break down and putting everything away; making sure we were happy before leaving. I HIGHLY recommend Pro Party Planners. They did a fantastic job. My guests said everyone was very nice and polite. If I had another big event like this, I would definitely be calling her for back-up again since she really had my back and took great care of us.

Living in a different state, I needed to hire a wedding/party planner for my Vegas wedding. We hired Tiffany at Pro Party Planners and could not have been happier. She and her staff made our wedding perfect. Everything went smoothly. The food was amazing, she hired the perfect DJ and the cake and cupcakes from the bakery were amazing. We loved the decorations she recommended and made the Elkxs Lodge look beautiful. Everyonr commented on how well everything went. I would hire Tiffany and Pro Party Planners again in a second.

Tiffany was an absolutely pleasure to work with. I hired her to Bartender my wedding for approx 100 people. She supplied everything minus the booze. I didn't have to worry about any thing. She even helped me come up with a specialty cocktail for my big day. She infused a delicious Strawberry Basil vodka for the cocktail which was an absolute WIN at the wedding. My guest are still taking about my specialty drink and how delicious it was. She even saved some for the groom and I to take home after the wedding :) Tiffany is professional, reliable, calm, and up for a challenge. The way the bar was set up by her and her team was functional but visually appealing. I can not Thank her enough for her hard work and dedication to ensure my wedding bar was fabulous and flawless. We hired Pro Party Planners for our wedding planning, coordination, and decorating services and truly could not have asked for a better, more positive, or more seamless experience. Leading up to our wedding, Tiffany was very diligent and consistent in following up with planning items to make sure everything was on track for our big day. Pro Party Planners also recommended some great vendors whom we also ended up hiring for our event. Tiffany coordinated and planned everything with all of our vendors which gave us the freedom to focus on other things and gave us peace of mind. Wedding planning is stressful, so this was a huge help! Finally, Tiffany truly knows her stuff when it comes to decorating. My husband and I were astounded by how terrific everything looked on wedding day. You could tell the amount of time and thought that went into every aspect of the decorating and it honestly couldn't have looked any better. We were getting compliments from our guests on the centerpieces all night! Tiffany was cognizant and mindful of our budget and was able to keep all of the decorating within a price point we felt comfortable with while also keeping everything consistent with our vision and looking elegant/beautiful. Personally, Tiffany was such a kind, caring, and attentive person and you can tell she truly cares about her work and making everything perfect for her clients. We could not recommend Pro Party Planners more and hope to use them again in the future. We truly could not have pulled off our big day with out them.
