Came as a stop on a food tour. The decorations were purposeful and spoke to Giada's family background. There was a chef's jacket of hers in a frame on the wall. Very petit lady. Our guide shared that Giada studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She was a food stylist before having a show on the food network. We had a choice of a Nutella gelato or strawberry lemon ice. I tried both and they were delicious!! Will try to return during my trip to try other things! It was very good.

I was disappointed. I'd heard this was a great/ less expensive intro to Giadas food. Service was okay. Didn't really seem interested in service. Why are you charging the same for a bottle of sparkling water and a bottle of beer? We ordered the chicken parmigiana sandwich. So they take the premade item out of the cooler, push #5 on the oven, then 3 mins in the panini press. It was hot I'll give it that. It was okay. Needed a little more flavor. The chicken was okay. It was okay.

Italian panini is the way to go. Just know they are pre packaged in plastic, which I didn't expect.. but they unwrap it and warm it up and it was absolutely delicious. My husband said it was his favorite sandwich. Turkey and avocado panini is good but eat it before the Italian because it tastes bland compared to how flavorful the Italian is. The cannoli is the best! Even though it is prepackaged as well, the shell was still crunchy and just so delicious.

Have been here a few times, starting back in 2019, also 2023, and again in 2025 a few times. Sorry to say it's gone way downhill. The service is super slow, but also indifferent to customers. The coffee was so watered down and weak. They were out of some coffee drinks and couldn't be bothered to fill the coffee cups with the already brewed coffee after 15 minutes of waiting. The iced coffee was like sour coffee water, and the hot coffee was tepid, barely warm. I remember when this place was okay, but definitely declined. I will not come back there for coffee or snacks. Not for me and I don't like wasted time.

My husband and I went here for breakfast. The line moved quickly, and the service was efficient! I was a bit taken aback by the prices, but they were expected. The food was tasty and hot, though the portions were on the smaller side. The medium coffee seemed more like a small. I loved how clean the place was, and the white décor was beautiful! A great place for a quick bite!

Brief Summary: - Detox soup was our favorite - Some of the paninis in the menu are served cold. I asked the staff on which ones were served hot - Seats near the register, but there are more seats looping around the corner - Served in the takeout plates, for easy grab-and-go style - Casual eating ambience - Located inside Caesar's Palace This restaurant has a casual atmosphere, so it was a great place to peer through the menu, grab and go to your next destination. This also became our favorite place to have the detox soup. The soup's flavor was like a refreshing spring bloom, leagues away from the proteins and the carbs of other restaurants. Caesar's Palace is humongous, but Pronto is located "close" (with quotation marks because you would still need to walk a lot inside) to the main entrance. There was one sign I saw hanging from the ceiling that pointed to the direction, and it leads through a narrow hallway. Miss that sign, and we found ourselves walking in the completely wrong direction and doubling our steps.

I really wish they sell that moscato wine in stores, but that means I just have to come back here in Vegas with my man to get it again. It was perfect and honestly, one of the best moscato white wine, it's sweet and fruity just how I like my wine. I know, i'm not much of a red wine gal, it just taste bitter for me. Can't wait to come back here and shoutout to the bartender for tending us and they do the casear reward here too.

Stopped in for breakfast and some coffee. Front counter staff were all very helpful and service oriented. Menu items are slightly overpriced but seems to be "the standard" here these days. I had the eggs Benedict and tiramisu for dessert with my coffee, all were very good. It was a unique take on a classic dish with two perfectly poached eggs sitting atop a croissant and ham. The accompanying baby potatoes were well seasoned and crunchy which I prefer over the traditional mushy texture...Would definitely stop in again!

Stick to pasta Giada! One star for the pancakes: Pronto's pancakes were gummy, not fluffy at all. I would be happy to pay the $18 for a quality short stack of pancakes. What you pay for here is the name, the opportunity to eat one of Giada's creations. However, Giada might want to re-think this recipe. Such a great idea: lemon blueberry pancake, who wouldn't want to try them? However, they are reminiscent of the days of stamp licking, pasty, flat, leaving you with a gummy flavor in your mouth.
