The food is a five star but the service from their staff on Sunday afternoon is unacceptable. Manager is very argumentative every single time I have come here, which is every Sunday afternoon church. He hears things I have not requested then insists I said cheese when in fact I said no cheese or 1000 island dressing just add mayonnaise. Then he and one of the female employees hold hands while at the counter working. Although my order has been incorrect a few times, it is delicious and my kids love it.

I go out for lunch a few times a week, and I try to keep the cost down...preferably, in the $5 range. I was on my way to eat at my regular fast food Mexican grilled chicken joint (you probably know the chain), but I saw a banner on R Burgers, advertising a "$5 Chicken Littlz and Fries" deal, so I figured I'd give it a try (I had previously looked at the R Burgers menu, but thought it was kinda pricey). Well, I must say, this place is the BOMB! The Chicken Littlz and Fries bowl was surprisingly large. And, the "bites" that come with it are "real", non-pressed chicken, not the extruded chicken nuggets that you get at the Golden Arches. The food was freshly-prepared and, more importantly, delicious! I went with the ranch sauce, and they gave an ample amount. I am surprised that they can offer this deal at this price point (I assume it is temporary, to drum up interest). The guy who rang up my order was friendly and efficient. Not sure if he's the owner or a manager, but you can tell he takes pride in his job (which is rare in the fast food industry). At some point in the future, I will order a burger. But, if the nuggets are any indication, I'm sure it will be just as awesome. I highly recommend R Burgers!!!

My Family and I have been in Vegas for about 18 yrs now, and finally got some food that reminds us of home (LBC). The food was outstanding, great value, and the service and cleanliness was top notch. This review is a Two part. I had something very uncomfortable happening to us today august 7th, 2025 at around 3:00pm. I came with my underage daughters to get some food. A cook was leaving. Probably in his 40's. Light skin latino. With a hat but you could see he either is bald or very short hair. He started looking at one of my daughter's pants. Around where the zipper area is. He walked to the fountain drink area and when he came back he kept looking at her even turning his head. I moved my arms to get his attention. But i was so shocked i couldn't say a word. The cashier saw me. I told her it was a disgusting behavior coming from an older man. I'm not sure if she caught a glimpse of him. My daughter's favorite chicken and fries place. Excellent club sandwich (therefore i'm giving a 3 stars to not mess up the food reviews that much) we decided as a family we are not coming back. I will not put my underage daughter thru something like this again. Please talk to your employees. This is unacceptable.

I ate a pastrami burger that was pretty good and onion rings. I went at lunchtime and this place was super packed. Everything was delicious. The ambience was a fast food restaurant. Customer service is pretty good. I will return again to try some chicken tenders.

Really good burgers! Fresh and juicy! Restaurant is clean and comfortable! Happy hour Monday to Friday from 2-5pm. Zucchini fries are good too! Service is quick!

For a fast food place I love the mix of burgers and tacos + ALL DAY breakfast. The service was fairly quick, and easy. Its a true fast food place, but can feel like a Johnny Rockets almost. The combo for a burger, reg drink, and reg fries were about $18 after tax. So a bit steep for a fast food place. It is 75 cents for cheese. The burger was good with avocado and bacon! The fries were okay, not very crispy. Horchata was an option for the drink and it was phenomenal. May come back for breakfast!

9/16/25 I came in for an early breakfast and it was on point. I had the Trio Platter & it was filling. The service here is great & you can tell that the whole crew is happy to be there. Mr. K.T. you run a great restaurant & continued success !!! I'll definitely will be back.

This place is like a local In N Out for the decor/vibe. I didn't realize it was a fast food model by appearance, but the execution of the food does not seem like fast food. Menu is very diverse - not just a burger spot so anyone can go. Staff - friendly and helpful - asked if it was our first time and were patient with hour decisions. We tried two burgers, they were both amazing. R Burger, just under $10, comes with avocado and bacon. Patty was greasy and juicy - the flavor was amazing. They say they have fresh, never frozen patties. The Caliente Burger had jalapenos but not pickled ones, so they had a kick. I got heartburn, but it was worth it. French fries were basic, we shared a small size, which was plenty because these are very hearty burgers. I'd recommend this place to all burger lovers.
