Wedding Venue Review - Rainbow Gardens (Garden Room) My wife and I recently got married at Rainbow Gardens in Las Vegas. It was a destination wedding with about 100 guests, and we booked the venue roughly a year in advance. While the day itself turned out beautifully and we had a great time overall, there were several frustrating aspects of the planning and execution that future couples should be aware of. Pros: * Stunning Venue: We chose the Garden Room, which was absolutely beautiful and fit our group perfectly. The temperature-controlled space was a huge plus on a hot Las Vegas day. * Delicious Food: The catering was excellent. We served prime rib, mashed potatoes with gravy, broccoli with cheese sauce, and penne pasta with vodka sauce and chicken. Guests raved about the food and we received many compliments. Cons: * Inconsistent Communication: Throughout the planning process, we interacted with multiple coordinators who often gave conflicting information. For example, we were told we couldn't bring our own table runners, then later told we could. Our final meeting was the first time we met our actual day-of coordinator. * Disorganized Invoicing: Invoices were handwritten and frequently revised as decisions were made, resulting in multiple versions. This felt informal and made it difficult to track costs accurately. * Surprise Fees: * We selected custom napkins early on and paid $1.10 per napkin. However, after our final payment, we were informed of an approximate $200 delivery fee that had never been mentioned before. * We planned to use our own centerpieces, but were later charged a $250 storage fee for the venue's unused lantern centerpieces--again, not disclosed in prior communications. * Bar Service Issues: We dropped off beer and seltzers the day before, but they weren't chilled in time for the reception. Additionally, several guests reported that the female bartender was unfriendly, rolled her eyes, and acted as though she didn't want to be there. * Unclear Setup Expectations: It wasn't made clear until shortly before the wedding that we were responsible for setting up our own decorations. While tables, chairs, and place settings were arranged, we had to send people to handle the rest of the setup. Our coordinator arrived during the last 10 minutes of setup and made a joke about us doing her job--not very professional. * Last-Minute Changes: We submitted a schedule for the evening well in advance, but weren't informed until the day of the wedding that the order of events had been changed. It worked out, but the lack of communication was stressful. We also had to finalize details with the DJ on-site, which felt rushed. * Disruptive Staff Behavior: At the start of the ceremony, as our officiant began speaking, the bartender walked directly in front of her carrying boxes--an unfortunate and distracting moment. * Dinner Service Confusion: Some guests didn't hear the dinner announcement and when they approached the buffet, staff were already making their own plates. It would have been better to ensure all guests had eaten before serving staff. * Tipping Expectations: The venue provided a tipping guide suggesting several thousand dollars in gratuities for coordinators, which felt excessive given the inconsistencies in service. Final Thoughts: Rainbow Gardens is a beautiful venue and we're grateful for the memories we made there. However, clearer communication, more professional organization, and transparency around fees would have made the experience far less stressful. If you're considering this venue, be sure to ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and clarify expectations

We had our wedding at Rainbow Gardens on October 24, 2025, and I truly cannot recommend this venue enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and beyond beautiful. One of the biggest highlights was Kassi, our amazing wedding coordinator. The all-inclusive nature of Rainbow Gardens already makes wedding planning so much easier, but Kassi took it to another level. We must have asked her 10,000 questions throughout the planning process, and she was always so kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help every single time. On the actual wedding day, she absolutely nailed it. Everything ran perfectly--on time, organized, and smooth from start to finish. I didn't have to worry about a single thing because I knew Kassi had it all handled. She truly was a huge reason our day went so perfectly. If you're looking for a venue that makes wedding planning easy, beautiful, and fun, Rainbow Gardens (and especially Kassi!) is the way to go. We are forever grateful for how special they made our day!

Yelp Review 2025 #221: I have friends who got married at Rainbow Gardens. I was not expecting it to be grand/ fancy knowing the surrounding area of this venue. But it did the job. They have parking close to the ballrooms and additional parking in the back lot. They have signs as to whose wedding is in each ballroom - you just have to read. I have a friend attending the same wedding who ended up at the wrong wedding. LOL. There could be 2-3 weddings at the same time. The wedding ceremony was outdoors with the sound of waterfalls, trees and leaves rustling, the DJ playing some appropriate music. And as the sun sets, lights illuminate the scene making an ever more dramatic setting. We went to the ballroom for cocktail hour/ reception. The food was ok but could be better. The venue was neat.

What an iconic venue! My cousin recently got married there, and it was such a great experience! The staff were extremely helpful and organized! They knew what they needed and wanted! If I could give a thousand stars, I would! This is not just a wedding venue. This is a group of people who truly care about making your day as magical as possible. My heart is so full, not only because of the best night ever at our wedding, but because of the love we felt from not only our PHENOMENAL coordinator, Kassidy, and Evana, but the entire staff! Even our wedding guests are telling us how amazing the staff was! They are the kindest, most loving group - and always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, comfortable, feel special and are taken care of. Our wedding night was as perfect as can be, and I will never, ever forget our beautiful night, and how much I love Kassidy and Evana and the rest of the staff. Thank you, so much - for being there for us the way you were throughout this process. We truly love you!

Our high school Class Reunion organizers found this place and booked it for our Gala and Banquet event. They were easy to work with and their facility is beautiful which made for a very special night. Kudos to these folks to helping us host a wonderful event.

To all future couples looking for a venue....STOP! Don't even bother looking any further. You have reached the very best venue with Rainbow Gardens. Working with everybody was an incredible experience. The professionalism was top notch. They walked us through even the tiniest of details. They never showed any irritation when we reached out with so many questions. So many companies don't even look at you. You're just a number. Just another customer. We felt so seen by every single person we came into contact with. They treated us like we were the only people in the world. It blew me away! The beauty of this venue, from the waterfalls, to the lighting, to the rooms...just breathtaking. The food...the DJ...even all the way down to the temperature of the rooms, simply perfection. We were always greeted with a friendly smile, (which I don't see very often these days with businesses). Every business needs to take lessons from this company. Kassidy was our Coordinator and she was simply fabulous! So patient with us. She made this such an amazing experience from the first meeting, until we left the building after the reception. Such a sweet person Kelly was there getting his hands dirty by helping us set up. Answered every question with a smile, and was just so helpful and so easy to talk to. Several other staff members kept asking how they could help us set up as well. I've never seen anything like it! And Evana over at Bowties Bridal where we got our dress, MAN!! Talk about above and beyond. She treated my daughter (the bride) as if she were her very own daughter. Brought tears to my eyes. She also made sure this wedding experience was never to be forgotten. These people are all like family to us from this day forward. I'm telling you right now, get your dress at Bowties Bridal, and run and put your deposit down at Rainbow Gardens and book that wedding TODAY!!
