Love this location! I've always loved the chicken sandwich but now that I'm pregnant, it's even more intense. The hours are great when I get cravings early in the morning and late at night. Jay was working the counter when I went in today. He's super sweet and went above and beyond for me! Made great conversation and checked on me while I was eating. Very hard working with a positive attitude. This location is clean, quick and consistent. I love to order Canes when I need to cater a party or event. Their app makes it so easy, the price is great and it's always a favorite item on the table! For my catered orders, I only do the chicken finger platters, toast and individual sauces.

Raising Cane's Chicken is delicious!! This location is off of the 215/Decatur exit! After shopping at Costco, my family and I decided to stop by Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers for lunch! Raising Cane's has one of my favorite chicken sandwiches! They put 3 chicken tenders in a sandwich, with lettuce and their special cane sauce! It's scrumptious! If you get the combo, it comes with a side of French Fries and a soft drink. I normally get their Tea, Lemonade, or a Sprite. We also ordered a Caniac combo with extra Texas Toast and no coleslaw. The Caniac combo comes with 6 chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, 2 cane sauces, Texas toast, and a soft drink. We also added on additional 3 chicken tenders to the order. The chicken was tender and juicy! It was also crunchy with the deep-fried breading used! Their chicken tenders were relatively large as well! The service at this location was super fast! We didn't wait long for our order at all! The food was great and the meal was relatively inexpensive! This location is a great Raising Cane's if you're looking for one in the North Las Vegas area.

Tonight I went through drive thru and they were not able to hear me.so I went inside the cashier the young man was rude, and didn't feel like he wanted to be bothered so I went to the woman who was nicer . He was upset I didn't want his help so went to the whole staff talking about me and my order as if I wasn't present. The staff put all my food individually wrapped and laughed to be funny while the lady preparing my food said if he doesn't like it he can see me. Never had horrible service from the Decatur location. For now on my family and I will be going to the new North 5th location.

First time here and we were greeted immediately by the friendly staff. I think his name was Noah and he explained the menu to us. He was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the six piece combo with lemonade. The chicken was lightly breaded, super moist, and delicious! The French fries were crispy and hot. It came with Texas toast, yum and Cole slaw.

I don't usually write reviews for fast food restaurants but honestly this was such an amazing experience because of Arielle! I love Canes and always have , but her kindness and joy genuinely made my whole day. She greeted me and my husband the moment we walked in and treated us with such care. Also typically when I come to this Canes it's so busy but today it was slower and the service was super quick!

Besides the prices going up, you can never go wrong with Canes. Stopped by this location because we had an appointment in this area. Kids were hungry and craving. Drive thru line was long but not too bad and it went fairly quick. The young man helping us was quick and friendly-ish. Got our food quick, ate in the car and we were happy with full bellies. No other complaints to be said!

Located next to WinCo Foods, they have plenty of parking spots at the restaurant and in the immediate area. I used their drive thru and they had two employees taking order. Service from ordering to pickup was friendly. I ordered the the Box Combo. Chicken tasted great as well as the crinkled fries, bread, and coleslaw. Their Cane's Sauce is pretty good with everything. I was in and out of the drive thru in less than 5 minutes even with the line. I would recommend this location if your in a hurry.

Went in late yesterday, around 7:30p. No line. Outside attendants were pretty good. Window gals, however, were standing around. All 3 pretty much, just hanging out. Slow service, and disingenuous apology for it. Not really a big deal for me, but as a food service manager, there didn't seem to be any present. And quite the surprise to see the drive thru packed full as I drove out. Sandwiches were what I expected, so no high expectations on my part. Service could definitely use an upgrade from part time teens.

My friend and I had such a great experience here thanks to the amazing staff. Brandon was incredibly welcoming -- he came over to check on us, asked if we were thirsty, and even surprised us with free drinks and food. That level of kindness and customer service really stood out and made our visit special. I also want to recognize Vicky, who does an outstanding job keeping the entire restaurant spotless. The place was clean and well-kept, which makes such a difference when dining in. Raising Cane's is lucky to have such a hardworking and friendly team. Thanks to Brandon and Vicky, our visit was truly five-star!

I spent nearly $20 bucks on a 6 finger combo tonight. The fries in my combo were completely under cooked and the bread tasted a bit stale. I know the bread gets toasted. But it's normally toasted and still soft in the center. This bread was toasted but definitely not fresh. The line here for the drive thru is literally always around the corner. So waiting for food and then getting home to find it's not hitting like you expected is a huge let down. This is the second time this location has fell short of my expectations. I can't say that I'll return.
