So me and my girls come here all the time it was our first time ordering food here. They completely forgot half of our order and the food they gave us was not at all worth $20 bucks. Highly disappointed with what they gave us.

This place is high key garbage. They do reservations only on the weekend, their most profitable days, and turn nearly every customer away from the door when the inside is bare empty. Terrible business acumen and a waste of time. There are an abundance of hookah lounges in this city, go to a one that actually wants customers.

I guess we must've brought the vibe, because I will say the experience started out like the reviews. We pulled up to support black owned business after blue martini sold my table. Dude at the door was talking 1k minimum spend which was a little reckless for a hookah joint. That said, we had me, my guy, his girl and two ladies waiting outside for the next move during super bowl weekend; I decided to go with it. I had to keep pushing the manager for swift customer service but it was busy, and almost all the tables were occupied the whole night; so I understood the wait. However, the VIBE was five stars, black female DJ slapping fire after fire songs all night. We turnt up till like 4am and ppl were still coming in to reserve a table. I'm sorry about the bad reviews, I hope they can clean up the act a lil bit because we had a great time here and would step back here in the future!

Went on a Friday night for reggae music as advertised on the flyer and instead got mostly 90s hip hop and some Reggae. Server was nice and helpful. Food was good . The hookah was good. The crowd is cool people mostly mind their business and the staff isn't in your face they just check on you from time to time. The atmosphere is good and I like that this hookah lounge also has a bar that serves alcohol. The booths are nice and spacious. There's a lot of seating. Not too pricey ...but not cheap either.

So me and my boyfriend decided to check this place out and can say we had a pretty decent time. We ordered hookah and it took about 25 mins for our hookah to be brought out so that was pretty disappointing. Also the promoters advertise that this spot will play Afrobeats, reggae, soca, top 40 but it's mostly 95% Afrobeats I would have LOVE to hear more reggae and soca music. I will definitely come back as it could have just been the Dj that night. Overall I enjoyed being able to be around good spirit people that wanted to just dance and have a good time. We ordered two tequila sunrises and they were tasty.

This has literally got to be the worst place. If negative rating was an option I would definitely do that. For this junk place, you have to have a reservation. The best part? If you make a reservation, you HAVE to buy a bottle constantly ($250 a bottle) to stay in your section or they will tell you that you have to get up. When they tell you that you have to get out of your section, you basically have to leave because there is no where else to sit. The place is so damn small, customer service is CRAP, & their business is pathetic. Save your time & go elsewhere.

If i could make this zero stars i definitely would. The bouncer spit on me and then proceeded to ask my group and I to pay $1200 just to smoke hookah and then tried to make me a deal to pay $800. I feel disrespected and will never come back here. It's not even fun here. 0/10 would not recommend.
