During my LA condo renovations 4 weeks ago, I decided to jet off to LV while painting was being completed. After having a subpar Airbnb experience, I left that house 3 hours after arriving and headed to the Residence Inn at LV Airport. Based on the excellent Yelp reviews, I've been wanting to stay here. After booking a 1 bedroom online (Bonvoy App), I checked in around 7:30PM with EJHAY. She was amazing and provided me a beautiful, super clean and comfy quiet room on the 4th floor. Although I only stayed 1 night, the experience was absolutely 5 star and I will happily stay again upon my return to LV when not in an Airbnb which is optimum (due to backyards with grass) for my small service dog Yuri. A big thanks to EJ and Vincent for making my short stay memorable!

I live in LA I reserved with a Residence with my Venmo cc I go to Las Vegas to Residence Inn. They don't accept Venmo personally. WTF. Why not just say that. The attendant seemed happy that my reservation didn't go smoothly. Wow. Absolutely Terrible 100% I reserved on my Venmo cc how am I supposed to know Venmo isn't accept in person. Worst place

I'm giving 4 stars because you have to pay for parking and to get better wifi, and it's a bit pricey. The pros included, clean rooms (clean smelling too), with friendly staff, nice pool area, laundry and ice machine, good continental breakfast with a variety for everyone, from cereal, to cage free eggs, sausage, and tater tots, to english muffins, waffles, 3 different types of juice, yogurt and toast. The gentleman who runs the breakfast is wonderful! They were busy the last morning we were there, and instead of OJ, I received orange colored water. However, they offer cookware to the kitchenettes, so you don't have to bring extra items with you just to cook. The outlet mall is right next door and a plethora of food options. If you forget something, they can offer a complimentary item, or they have a little tiny market for snacks and drinks too. In addition, they allow you to check in early if you arrive early (this happens sometimes in travel), and they don't charge you extra for this, and if they don't have a room ready, they have a nice, spacious lobby to work from while you wait. Some of the things I was disappointed about, or cons, included their wifi. Unless you are a member of Marriott, you have to pay to upgrade or get better/more reliable Internet. I had to use my personal hotspot for 4 days, because I refused to pay (after what we spent to stay there) $4.95 per day more for "better" or premium Internet. Their regular wifi does not work just so you are aware, so unless you have a hotspot or you pay, you won't be able to work. It was also disappointing that they blocked a room off for us and then didn't have the room ready when we arrived, and while they made it "okay", their fix wasn't exactly what I wanted. We were placed in the "accommodated" or "accessible" room. The walk-in shower floods the whole bathroom floor. I had to ask for more bath mats just to have a dry mat the next time I showered. I also don't like when hotels charge for parking. You are paying enough to stay there, I feel that parking for free is the least they can offer. Especially since the outlet mall right across the way has employees park in these spots every morning from the BBQ place and they are not paying anything to park there. We also could have chosen a hotel a bit further away from the airport and not paid parking or had such a drastic change in price for a Saturday check out compared to the rest of the week. We went from a weekly rate of $500 (when entertaining leaving on a Friday), jumping to almost $800 for 4 days by adding a Saturday check out. This should not happen when you add one day. That's crazy that we ended up paying an extra $30 PER DAY because we added a Saturday checkout. We didn't have a choice due to our work schedule, and the hassle of moving hotels for one night wasn't ideal, so we paid it, but we will likely entertain other options in the area for short-term stays if we are in the area again. The King mattress we had was so soft that it hurt my neck because we slept in a dip. The bed needed a box spring, but we were placed in the "accommodated" room with a roll-in shower, so perhaps the bed was lower to accommodate individuals who need these accessible or functioning rooms? The walls are also thin. I know they likely book up fast, but we heard stomping above us and crying on the side of us. I understand it's Vegas, but when you have to rise early, having "neighbors" keep you up until 3 am is difficult. While the breakfast is delicious, you don't get to sleep in. You have to grab it by 9:00 because they shut down. I wish they left it open until 10:00 or for those of us who are forced awake by neighbors until 3am, could get a muffin and coffee if we wake at 10:30 am. While the hotel claims to be newly renovated, there are places you can still see wear and tear. The roll-in shower seat was full of rusty screws and the shower had cracks along the bottom tile that looked dirty. The last thing was that we needed to print something, and we were not able to access a printer; the staff had to print something for us, and the lady seemed a smidge irritated when we asked. All in all, if the small things I listed do not bother you, then the place is clean, and it's a convenient location for many reasons. The young lady who works there (her name begins with "F" I think?) was so nice and lovely. She would be the reason I return if I cannot find a better, more affordable hotel, with better Wifi.

Love staying at this place. The location is super convenient and the rooms are always clean and the beds so comfortable. All the employees here are super helpful and friendly. Kae Martinez offered great customer service. She was very patient and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and is super nice. She is number 1!!! We are very thankful to have found this hotel, where everyone is there to make our stay very pleasant.

I was pleasantly surprised by The Residence Inn when I was in Las Vegas for work last weekend. I was not thrilled to not be in a full service hotel as there is not a restaurant here, however, I found lots of restaurants and etc. near the hotel and it was seemingly safe to venture to those in the area. There are grocery stores and a pharmacy nearby too, moreover one part of the premium outlet mall is right out the back of the hotel. My room was spacious ; clean and fully able to cook in, if one wanted to do that. I had some food with me and a bottle of wine for my friends/co-workers so I loved the full sized refrigerator. There was a microwave and dishwasher. The bed and living room area were separate. The living room had a large sectional sleeper sofa. My bed was super comfy and I requested extra pillows via my Bonvoy app and those were in my room too. The gym was small but had what one needed. The breakfast bar is not huge but it's ample and the one downfall is closing straight at 10am on a weekend; a game weekend, no less. I only wanted a post workout banana and the girl grabbed me extra. The coffee bar was set with tea, as well. The shower and bath in my room was really nice! I will say the rooms have thin walls as I was awakened by a screaming child/children at 06am. But most things were great! I ran out of deodorant and I called down in a panic after my workout and shower as I had to leave for my flight and was half dressed and it was HOT out! EEK! TO my surprise, they had deodorant complimentary and someone was super kind to run it up to me! I got my Bonvoy points in 24 hours of check out. Would it be where I normally stayed in Las Vegas? Probably not. BUT, if I had children or a group? It would do the trick! We likely got better service here than one of the glossy places on the strip and I am all about those points.

Location from the airport was very convenient. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean and loved having two TVs in the room. Only negative was the super firm and squeaky mattress.

This is a great location for a longer stay or if you are traveling with a family. Like all RIs, here every suite has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop with 4 eyes, and a microwave. The customer service was good and I found this location to be very clean and well kept.

There is a reason that this is the number one hotel on TripAdvisor based on customer reviews. This hotel is extremely well ran, with great rooms, an excellent heated pool, and a great location on the south end of the strip. On just our second visit there, a month apart, the front desk person recognized us by name. The staff consistently delivers excellent service throughout the state. The rooms are clean, cozy, with great beds. They have a shuttle that takes you to Mandalay Bay, and the airport. There's no better value for your money for a hotel in Las Vegas than this hotel.

I'm surprised at all the five star ratings. I wasn't impressed. The beds were SO uncomfortable, SO flat and SO hard. There was no cushion at all. When we arrived in our room the carpet seemed caked with dirt and there was a nice hair ball waiting for me in the shower. Also, paper thin pillows. The shower didn't have a full door so, as a result, a lot of the water went onto the floor of the entire bathroom. We thought it was a little odd there was only half of a door to the tub/shower combo. The ONLY saving grace are the wonderful people that work there. Wonderful front desk staff and the man in charge of breakfast (welcoming and kind). And surprisingly we enjoyed the breakfast food! I don't love giving bad reviews but I didn't love it here, I was super disappointed because I thought the ratings were so high! Won't be coming back unfortunately.
