We had a wonderful stay, we highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a spacious, clean and beautiful room. Moreover, they have the great staff. This is your typical Residence Inn. I stayed just one night for work and wanted something NOT on the strip and the $151 nightly rate was really good. WHY THIS HOTEL MIGHT BE GOOD FOR YOU: 1 - If you like to cook when traveling they have a full size fridge and freezer as well as an oven. 2 - very spacious with two full bedrooms with private doors and each bedroom has its own full bathroom 3 - Located close to the NFL football stadium and a short drive to the strip WHY THIS HOTEL IS A LOSER: 1 - has a very dated "apartment" feel to it. 2 - hotel Internet was down (said access denied!) 3 - hotel could really use an update I only stayed one night and would find somewhere else to stay next time I am in town.

Tucked away near Allegiant Stadium lies the hidden gem known as Residence Inn. CHECK IN: Unfortunately, the mobile key feature didn't work as smoothly as it does at Hiltons, so a trip to the front desk was still necessary....boo. ROOM: The room had a layout that felt like coming home to other Residence Inns, with plenty of space and seating and cold AC. However, the TV decided to take a vacation of its own, requiring a call to get it back in working order. The room had a full kitchen stocked with kitchen ware, a dining room table, large couch, desk and large comfy bed. There were no shortage of outlets. The pool area was a refreshing oasis, although the water was a bit on the chilly side even on a scorching 110-degree day. The property appeared well-maintained overall, but there were a few minor details that could use some extra love and attention. Breakfast was decent, but the small space seemed to attract a crowd, making it a bit of a challenge to navigate. And let's not forget about the dreaded parking fee - not exactly a highlight of the stay, but hey, I'd still consider checking in again. Overall, the property still offered a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Stayed here the weekend of the Twice encore show and it was subpar. I called a week early to ask if their pool was open so my younger siblings could swim, to which front desk staff answered "honestly, I have no idea and don't have an answer for you" (the pool was open and heated btw, just not maintained due to the rain at the time). I put our estimated time of arrival in through the Marriott app and proceeded to check in around that time. I met the same lady who answered my phone call about the pool and stated that I was "way too early" for check in, but proceeded to give me my room. The room itself was mostly clean, but most definitely needs some sort of deep clean or renovation. There were stains on the blankets and pullout couch, even found a dead baby cockroach in the windowsill. Grouting of the showers need to be redone. The AC sucked, I dropped the set point to 45*F and the room wouldn't get any cooler than 67*F. Breakfast was typical continental style buffet with a waffle maker. 20 dollars a night for parking, lot is pretty big. They also offer parking to event goers for 80 bucks ‍ Customer service was poor, the two ladies that switch off from morning to afternoons do not like to smile and like to hide in the little corner office, eating chips. Attitudes are short-tempered and will pick an argument or change their tone of voice when they begin to feel some type of way lol. Seems to be that way for other guests as well. The only plus side was the location. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the Allegiant Stadium, easy access to the strip (with a shuttle but not sure how reliable it is). Would probably stay here for a night or two again just for the convenience of being able to walk to an event but that's about it.

I stay 150+ nights a year at Marriott brand hotels ... This seems to be a fairly new location, lots if construction in the area. The staff seem nice. The room spelled, was dirty, had a broken window, plus bulbs out. They need to do better with the quality checks before assigning the rooms. I raised my concerns to the management. General Manager, Crystal Smith-Kline, promised to correct my concerns and grant some points for compensation. Now, two weeks later and several emails ... no points!

Horrible experience. Never have I ever had the worst service from a Marriott staff at check in. The gentleman at the front desk was rude and not helpful whatsoever with a very nonchalant attitude. Still a Marriott loyalist but won't ever book here again.

Got the worst two nights sleep.

Gabi the general manager has been extremely unprofessional. The hotel didn't check me out as asked and a credit card on file was used without my permission. As soon as we found out, I called, tried to reason with the staff and Gabi. I gave them almost two weeks to get this corrected. Gabi assured me she would investigate and call me back two days ago. Every time I call I'm told she's in meetings. After several unanswered calls, I'm writing this review in hopes she resolves my issue. If it was $200 I'd let it go because it's not worth my time but we're talking about a few thousand dollars. I've never stayed in a hotel that does not believe in hospitality. I had to check out early due carpet allergies as seen in pictures. I went to urgent care, checked out of this hotel and left to a clean hotel.

If your going to the Raiders stadium, you might consider this place as it's .5 miles away, easy walk. Plus you might want to save money, avoiding the strip hotels, so that means more $17 beers at the game! Breakfast and coffee served daily is nice but our room was dirty AF and for $200, a little disappointing. I love seeing long brown hairs in the bathroom when I first get into the room, makes me feel like I'm at home with my wife haha
