I hate writing this review because I'm the biggest Hilton fan but this place sucks. So the bars are great, the restrooms are great, the restaurants are awesome and the decor is amazing. What sucks is that when I checked I. The very nice lady said that she upgraded me because of my lifetime Hilton HHonors status. Little did she know that my employees weee also checking in and they stayed on a higher floor, in a bigger room facing the same direction. They didn't get an upgrade and there room was bigger and better. Why would the lady say that? The room was great, don't get me wrong but it was just a smaller room. Last light I stayed at the Hampton Inn back in Barstow, CA and the room was the same size and both the bed and the sign said something completely different. Plus the pillow at this hotel were so bad. When we got up and went to break the fast my four employees all complained about the same thing, Everyone should stop in and see this place at least once but I don't recommend you stay here.

I recently stayed at The Hilton at Resorts World Casino in Las Vegas, and the entire experience was an absolute headache from start to finish. I booked one night and somehow received three separate charges, two of which were listed with security deposits. How does that make sense for a single-night stay? After checking out, I was hit with additional unexplained fees that were never disclosed during check-in. No transparency, no explanation. Just more money taken from my account. This wasn't just my isolated experience. I was part of a group booking with eight rooms, and every single person dealt with the same problem. We spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to figure out what was going on, and the staff seemed just as confused as we were. Every employee gave us the same response: "You need to call that department". Nobody seems to know what is going on. No accountability, no solutions, just finger pointing. The parking situation was another disaster. The sign states $21 all day, but that wasn't true. I was charged $21 every time I exited. So if you're visiting Vegas and want to explore the strip, expect to be charged $21 over and over again. When I asked the front desk for help, their only response was to hand me a phone number for yet another "third party department." With all the resources and technology available, you'd expect a resort of this size to have a seamless system. Instead, it feels like they've perfected nothing except sending guests in circles. Every problem led to another department. Every question was deflected. Nobody knew what was happening, and nobody took responsibility. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating and disorganized hotel experiences I've ever had. Being over-charged, bounced around between departments, and given no real answers completely ruined what should have been a fun Vegas stay. Save yourself the stress. There are plenty of better run hotels in Las Vegas. Resorts World needs to get their systems and staff communication together or stop pretending they're a first-class establishment. GREAT JOB, RESORTS WORLD.

This is absolutely one of the most confusing hotels I've ever stayed at. I was part of the 8 rooms / 8 couples booking for a birthday trip at the Hilton this past weekend. Each room had a $100 voucher to be used at various stores, bars, and shops within Resorts World. Multiple staff members of the hotel gave conflicting information of how the $100 voucher can be utilized. When we checked in, we were given a list of places that would take the $100 voucher. The bar Gatsby was on there. When our whole party asked them to bill it to our vouchers, we were told that they didn't accept it because they were "3rd party" and not part of Resorts World. That didn't make any sense, but we decided to pay the bill out of pocket and move on with our night. Thinking that we now have the full $100 voucher left, we decided to go to the RW store located next to the hotel elevators. I confirmed on three separate occasions if the voucher can be used here and they all said yes, as long as you bill it to the room and show proof of ID. We did that thinking that the $100 credit would be deducted. When we checked out, all 16 of us (the 8 rooms) were billed for all the purchases made at the RW store. The front desk said that the RW store is a "3rd party" vendor and the store employees had to check with the front desk to verify how the voucher was supposed to be used. On top of that, the parking situation is a nightmare. If you guessed they were also a "3rd party", you got that right. Don't trust the signs that say you pay $21 for 1-23 hours of parking. You pay $21 each time you come in and out. The sign that tells you to text _________ doesn't work. What a scheme to get more money from your patrons. This was a complete waste of time that took away from the entire birthday weekend. This will be the last time we stay at Resorts World. I don't think the employees can be trusted when they're giving everyone the runaround. We are all still waiting for the charges to be disputed. If I could give 0 stars, I would. For all the headaches you caused us, the stay should be comped.

I booked 8 rooms for 8 couples at Hilton at Resorts World for a birthday trip, and every room came with a $100 beverage voucher. What should have been a smooth experience turned into a confusing mess due to multiple staff giving us incorrect and conflicting information. At check-in, the front desk gave us a printed sheet listing all the locations where our vouchers could be used. Gatsby Lounge was on that list. Our group of 16 went there, ordered drinks, and when the bill came we were told they do not accept the vouchers because they are "third-party." This was already confusing because the printed list from the hotel clearly included Gatsby. We paid the full bill anyway since it was our first night. When we went back to the front desk, suddenly we were given a different list via QR code, and this list did not include Gatsby Lounge. So the printed information they gave us at check-in was wrong. Later, we went to the RW Store to use our vouchers. Two employees there told us we could use the vouchers on drinks and snacks, so our group used the full $800 (8 rooms × $100). At checkout, the front desk told us the RW Store was also "third-party" and that the vouchers were not valid there either, and the charges were billed to our rooms. They also said the store employees weren't allowed to authorize voucher use without verifying with the front desk which makes no sense if the store is supposedly third-party and separate. At that point, all 16 of us were completely confused. A manager did try to help and told us she would dispute the charges, and I appreciate her effort, but the experience overall was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, parking was another issue. We parked for two nights, but every time we left the lot we were charged $21 per exit, even if it was multiple times in a single day. When we asked the hotel staff, we were told to "contact Metropolis," because parking is also third-party. Between the incorrect voucher lists, employees repeatedly giving us wrong information, and multiple "third-party" excuses, this stay felt very unorganized and not up to the standard we expected from a Hilton property.

Resorts World Las Vegas is one of my favorite hotels . I love attending concerts there . The venue is the perfect size so you can enjoy a good view of the concert. I was recently there to see Erikah Badu and Maxwell .

My first visit to Resort World was in 2022, the year of its opening. The Big Smoke Cigar Convention was held here so I booked a room for the weekend. Unlike several of the resort hotel casinos in the strip, Resort World doesn't have an overarching theme. I arrived early, the check in process was easy, there are several restaurants on site that are included in the food court and stand alone. The room was good, standard amenities. I enjoyed my experience each time.

I ended up going to the Resorts World Las Vegas on a Friday evening to see one of the last Janet Jackson final shows. Resorts World Las Vegas is one of the newest resorts and casinos developed in Las Vegas. It opened in 2021. This is a Hilton brand. It's a three hotel structure with the Hilton Tower, the Conrad Las Vegas, and the Crockfords Las Vegas. Together, the resorts world offers over 3000 rooms! There is a variety of different services and amenities in each hotel. The resort's casino floor is huge! It has thousands of slot machines, table games, poker tables, and a sportsbook. This casino also has digital, mobile integration! There is a lot of entertainment, nightlife, and dining options at Resorts World. There is the large theater for concerts, and shows. There is also the Zouk Nightclub and the Ayu Dayclub. You can go to the shopping experience at the district with boutique shops. The hotel offers multiple pools, a spa, fitness facilities, and meeting or convention spaces. I really enjoyed the Resorts World Theater. It was spacious and you could hear all of the music amazing! The Janet Jackson show at the Resorts World was fantastic. My husband and I had seating towards the middle of the theater. We were able to see the entire stage perfectly! The sounds were fantastic! We did look at all of the dining options after 10:30 P.M when the show ended and ate at Mulberry Street Pizzeria in the District. We had a great time at the Resorts World!

Front desk guy named Ken helped us out a great deal. I was in line for a while because he was handling what looked like a misunderstanding with another guest. When it was eventually my turn he didn't carry that baggage with him and helped me check in quickly. He also appreciated that I didn't give him heat for how long it was taking so he helped me upgrade to the Conrad which was super nice of him. The Conrad standard room with the strip view was great. Loved the view from our room and the room itself was very spacious. Gaming floor is large and spread out well. I didn't feel trapped and it didn't feel narrow it. Great food options. NADC Burger was solid as was Mulberry Pizzeria St. Their Famous Foods Street Eats section is also very cool with a lot of cheaper eats. Away from the casino are a some bars, lounges and a plaza/shops. It's a little dead but I did go on a weekday. The pool area is phenomenal. Great selections of pools and great views/ambiance. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. I would come again and because the North end has less foot traffic it's more "quieter" which I really appreciated.

I had a wonderful time hosting friends visiting from out of the country who stayed at the LV Hilton at Resorts World. The hotel itself is excellent, and Resorts World offers something for everyone with its diverse dining, entertainment, and shopping options available throughout the day and evening. FYI... it's on the expensive side, but so it feels like everywhere these days.

Brought my wife and kids here for our annual summer vacation trip; we had a great experience. Sure, there were a few hiccups, but nothing major. First, when we arrived, the check-in line was horrible. Only one person was checking in people, and the other person was checking in, I guess, members? We were stuck in the peasant line, and it took me close to an hour to check in. That was the major issue we had during our trip, but it got better as we had booked to stay at the Hilton, but the guy upgraded us to the Conrad Tower with a city view. Tipped that man well for that. When we got to the room, it was gorgeous! Big, spacious, and clean with no stains. The bathroom was nice, and the city view was amazing! It came with a free fridge, which is rare at hotels now, and it was peaceful and quiet! We loved it! We went to check out the pool, and the kiddos fell in love with it. They have about 8 pools, which includes an infinity pool with a crap view of dirt, haha, but it was still nice to experience, and it includes a kiddy pool area with splash pads. It was fun, plus they had little side games the kids could play; my kids were fans. The hotel is not as big as other hotels, but it is nice. It has a great food court area that's themed out to represent, like, a city vibe or something. I'm not sure, but it was nice; there were plenty of options. They even have a Dunkin' and a pop-up burger spot. Starbucks is also here, but it is pricey. I'm talking about 10 bucks for a grande latte? Bruh! 12 dollar sandwiches? Bruh!!! The mall is also connected to the hotel, a small one, so there are some nice stores and other food eateries to check out there. Parking here was free, another huge plus, and the staff was kind, and the casino was a lot of fun. It does have a nightclub and a sky lounge area that I have a separate review on. Overall the hotel was amazing; my kids loved it and even asked me when we plan to come back and said that they don't want to stay at Mandalay anymore but here. So that's always a good sign! My kids are hard critics lol. Safe to say we will return
