This company literally called me a liar about my terminally ill father on my review about having to cancel because of a family illness. They apparently expect me to keep my trip and be stuck in the middle of the ocean if my dad passes. Horrible shady company. Suggested "family illness that is 9 months away". Yes jerks terminal cancer is until the end of your life. Insensitive.

If I can give no stars I would. This place is an absolute joke and money hungry. They take a portion or all of the money toward your reservation should you have to cancel any reason. There's absolutely no reason a agency should keep more than the deposit if you cancel in enough time. They lock you into these expensive reservations and bully you for your money. I will never use a travel agency. You could use the same sites they use to book your own trip for half the cost. It's not worth it.

Had charges posted that were not authorized. When they ask me to send email and they would cancel reservation I did. They said they would cancel and return funds. The funds posted to my account and then the following day were removed. This company is very shady do not do business with them.

I paid this company over $1,000 for a resort stay. They canceled my reservation last minute. I had non-refundable flights. They would not issue an immediate refund for me to book another resort. They canceled my stay 2 weeks out, but said I had to wait 30 days for a refund! I took leave, scheduled a sitter, and bought flights!

Just no no no: I have had so many issues with this place. They are the reason I canceled my birthday trip next year. A former friend of mine said he was going. As a courtesy I booked the trip for him. I made it clear that it was for this man not me. I already had a cabin. I asked him to put everything in his name. He said ok and I thought he did it. I accidentally paid for his cabin thinking it was mine because he did not change the info in his name. The travel company would only put one payment on my room. In order to get the other payment he would have to send an email with a credit card. At this point he isn't even responding to me. Everything was in my name yet they refused to fix their error. Now I have to be responsible for 2 cabins? I just canceled my room. They went from telling me they would charge me 375 per cabin to 375 per person. Now I owe my cabin mate 700 for a trip I didn't even go on! I am aggravated

Today is May 6th 2020, I cancelled my trip to Temptation due to Covid-19 last week and asked about the cancellation fee being waived. My trip is next month mind you, they told me that it was not affected by Covid!!! How the hell is it not affected?!?!?!? My state is sill under a no travel ban and Mexico is only open to essential personnel. Not vacation tourist. Needless to say this travel agency is only after the money and does not care about the well being of its customers. I going to temptation next year and WILL NOT BE BOOKING THROUGH THIS COMPANY! I suggest you stay away and find another company to travel with.

This agency is the absolute best. I have used them twice now. The second time I had to change my reservation not once but twice. I drove them crazy yet they worked very hard to make me happy. The second time I changed it, the hotel was sold out yet they kept working hard with the hotel to try to get me in. All within days of the travel date. They finally did get me a room and even a better room. The people at this agency are really hard working customer oriented people. They respond to e-mails quickly and called me a couple of times to keep me updated. I would not use anyone else.
