I'm reading the reviews for this location and I'm thinking to myself, they must have not been at THIS location because this one is the best of the Roberto's I've been to since the pandemic. Service staff is usually very friendly, not like they're going to be your friend or remember your order, but still good customer service with a smile. I know this isn't what may be considered authentic, but if you know what you're going for, it absolutely meets that expectation. I'm often here on Wednesdays for their Chicken Taco special. The meat is juicy, the fry on the shells are not too done and they're filled quite well with lettuce and cheese. I also like the fact that when you get 4 tacos, they don't wrap them individually, but instead put them in a styrofoam to go container which I think helps keep the taco crispier for the drive home. While this location has a drive thru, just know if you're wanting some of the carrots and cucumbers and radishes, you need to go inside to get them yourself. They will get you salsa through the drive thru just make sure to ask! Like most of the Roberto's I've been to, inside is clean and spacious, and this location is brighter than some of the others with the dark red walls. Know what you're gonna get here and you won't be disappointed. The drive to this location on Hualipai is worth it!

I spent almost $30 on 4 lengua tacos and this is the meat I got...definitely take your money somewhere else if this is what you crave! I was seriously craving this and I called ahead to make sure they had lengua tacos...all for this to be the end result this is so gross!! Beef lengua is supposed to be steamed...not grilled!! The consistency was gross and the flavor was even worse. Do not come here if you want this!

Roberto's has not changed. The cheese within the cheese enchilada is never melted. I believe the quality of produce and food is by far mediocre to the number of franchises that are located in Las Vegas. This is my last trip. There are too many other take outs to consider.

Go the enchiladas and they had chunks of chicken Pretty sure. Enchiladas are supposed to have shredded chicken, so you can eat them properly.. I couldn't even eat it, and it was super salty. :(

Favorite location!!!! We love these guys. I don't know how I have missed reviewing this location. We always feel like family when we come here. The cooks are fabulous and everyone is always so friendly. When we haven't been in a while we are told we were missed. The Wednesday Chicken Taco special is always great. I think this location has the best. Call me biased but it does seem they really take care of the produce and washing it to give it the fresh taste. We always order a side of fried fresh jalapeños. They are delicious! Our food is always fresh, hot, and stuffed with extra goodness (cheese, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, etc-whatever the dish calls for). I cannot brag enough about his location. The Asada taco salads are so incredible! We love the beef chimichangas also! Definitely one you can share! Quantity and quality are always on point. One time we came in and asked for huevos rancheros. The location near the Las Vegas Outlet makes it and it's great. We haven't found any other locations that have it on their menu. The cook told me he would make it for me. He threw it all together and even included bits of thick fried bacon. It was the best huevos rancheros I have ever had. The plate was so big and delicious. Man....it was incredible! Thank you to all the staff for always making this our favorite place to eat.

Come only at night time like late night hours , the guys in there can cook and the guy taking orders is cool I tried to give this place a chance during the day time and I see why they don't have any business during the day they can't cook or hear . I order CARNE ASADA FRIES & CALIFORNIA BURRITO I asked for sour creme in the burrito and didn't get that , I opened my fries it was chicken , the lady said I heard chicken, why didn't you repeat the order to me to confirm ... I asked for my fries well done and remade they are undercooked smh! Never again during the day is a BIG NO! What a waste of $26! Smh

I love this Roberto's. The drive through just hits different. And I dunno if Roberto's switched over from the packaged tortillas to homemade, but I have been loving their flour tortilla. It is SO GOOD. The carne asada plate used to be meh to me, until I discovered their flour tortilla. You can have a ton of mini carne asada burrito when you put some beans, rice, salsa on to some flour tortilla piece and top it off with their red sauce. I'm normally a fan of green salsa, but the red tastes better here. The 3 rolled tacos are bomb. I like their Wednesday chicken taco deal. I used to laugh at people who said they get chicken taco, but these are like so good, I'm a sucker for their crispy tacos. I got five for $8 on a Wednesday and get full off of 2 of these. The beans also seem super good at this location. If you love carne asada burritos with rice inside, just get the carne asada plate and you can make it yourself.

Location @2151 Rancho is garbage... I jus went in there asked for two Carne asada burritos extra meat... the price over 32$ ... my only request was they dont use the old sand bag meat they have off to the side . First they jus tried to give it to me as if i weren't watching then they flat out told me they wouldn't cook fresh meat. I am completely exasperated...I thought if a customer pays and pays extra, should they not get what they asked for?? Roberto's has lost its way... smaller and smaller portions for more and more $ and no service... my last time going As a chef myself I find this all unacceptable ..
