This location has improved so much from the last time we came here! The quality of food is amazing! And all the servers are super nice especially Tina. Our family always visit Sapporo whenever were in Vegas. Theres something for our entire family even the tiny little humans.

Sometimes we're not looking for anything fancy -- just decent, fresh sushi we can grab right away -- and this place always hits the spot.

The food here is good, not amazing. The conveyor belt and instant access to food makes it easy for when you're really hungry or short on time. Server wasn't that aware of menu items (when I asked where on the menu was the Screaming O, they replied they don't serve that - even tho I had it there before). Jalepeno shrimp was excellent although the lemon should have been half the width. Presentation was nice but I'd prefer it be small enough to eat it whole. Sapporo roll was great. I loved the crispy onions. Tiramisu was just OK.

Good sushi for a great price. I love that all of the plates are the same price so you're not questioning how much you are gonna spend. Good variety and each roll is labeled clearly. Service staff was very friendly. Perfect portions of each roll so you can try many different ones. Very clean as well

I've gone here many time and it's great for fast sushi options and HH. On the self serve belt they have nigiris, half rolls, appetizers and dessert. Everything else can be ordered on the touchscreen. My favorite is the salmon belly and paradise roll. Service is pretty fast.

This place is a cool experience. A must try for the sushi lover. It can get a little pricey if you are a big eater or used to AYCE. They do have a late night happy hour as well. Overall sushi was fresh and they had a good selection.

We enjoy a good sushi and Sapporo doesn't disappoint. It's a literal conveyor belt of goodness. It's entertaining to watch the menu of items move by your table. You can pluck your mini dish from the belt or order a full dish from the kitchen on the digital screen at the table and have it delivered by an autonomous trolley car. Each mini dish is a flat price irrespective of what is on it. The New Zealand King Salmon melts in your mouth. Their drink menu is also extensive. A cold beer or a hot sake make a perfect accompaniment to the meal. The restaurant is tidy and the service is friendly. If you enjoy striking up a conversation with the sushi chef this may not be the place for you, but it is worth trying. They offer happy hour pricing as well if you don't mind dining after 9p.

I been to the Sapporo in Chinatown and thought I try this location. During lunchtime, there weren't that many people. The 90s grunge music bothered me and gave the wrong mood. The conveyor belt of random sushi was similar to the other location. However, the quality of the sushi was not that great and the portions left much to be desired. That said, the seaweed salad was excellent.
