My family and I ate a Pepperoni slice of pizza each, at the Heritage Park 4th of July festival. The line was long but they served the food fast. The person who took our order had great customer service manners. When we received our pizza they piled up the pizzas on top of each other so each slice had a paper plate on top. By the time we walked to our seat, the entire cheese was stuck to the top paper plate they provided. I wish they gave the pizza a different way or used a different type of plate where the cheese wouldn't stick. The pizza itself tasted good and the cheese, once we scraped it off the plate was thick and tasty! I must add, the pepperoni was on the spicy side according to my 8 year old daughter. I didn't notice the spice. Great service, awesome pizza. My only issue was the cheese being stuck so we had to eat it separately!

Clearly I am in the minority here because I rather enjoyed the slice I got for lunch from Sin City Pizza. It was a slice of pepperoni that was put through the oven and served up pretty quickly. It was a good size slice too. Equivilent to 1.5 - 2 regular slices. Was it the best most fresh slice of pizza I've ever had? No, not really. But the crust had a nice balance of crunch and chew the way a good crust should be. The sauce was a little spicy and a little tangy. And there was a good bit of it. There was only 3 pieces of pepperoni on my slice which was skimpy but it was enough to taste. For a quick lunch from a truck, this was A-OK in my book.

Went to a car show in Boulder City. Their food-truck pizza looks processed and tastes like it was microwaved. No wonder the line for the other food-truck was 3x longer.

Does not even deserve one star.Literally the worst pizza in the world. Digorno pizza is 10x better do not waste your money. The sauce is straight up from a can, no flavor and way to doughy. How could you sell this???

This will be one of my easiest observations. DiGiorno. You would be better off visiting the grocery store and picking up a DiGiorno Pizza and finding a microwave. The pizza from this truck was about as equivalent to a Jr. High School cafeteria, so don't expect much. The pieces of pizza cost around $6 a slice (at least during the event I was able to experience them at). The toppings seemed about the quality of a discount Pizza in the frozen section at the store, and the bread was stiff like cardboard. Not too impressed this round. The single start goes out to the fact that the service was fine.
