Big store, lots of deals. Close to where I live in Las Vegas. They even have security roaming the parking area and store. Pretty safe for all shoppers. My 3 Star is for the 'no' check stands open after 8pm. I didn't know this. Otherwise I would have done a light shop. Had to check out my whole basket at self check out. I'd prefer to have a live cashier/checker and help with my groceries. I'll go earlier I guess. Located Decatur and West Flamingo, 2 miles from Las Vegas Blvd.

Today I had an accident in the aisle. I grabbed a hot sauce and it fell and dropped and it was a glass hot sauce so it shattered. I got hot sauce in my eyes, and I thought I got glass in my eyes as well but luckily I didn't. I panicked and yelled for help and one employee came. Then he called for more assistance and before I knew it I was surrounded by at least 5 employees all jumping in to help. They brought me a water, paper towels, while I sat on the ground and washed my eye out. I was bleeding, panicking and crying but felt comfort from all of them. I will be reaching out to the distract manager and cooperate if I'm able to get the contacts because I want to ensure these employees are recognized. I left with a cut on my face but I am okay and still so grateful for them. They comforted me and cleaned up my mess quickly. I got the names of a few of the employees: so thank you: Mike Sharon Stacy David And a few more who I didn't get the names of but THANK YOU!!! I will be personally stopping by again to thank you all.

Most times it was a 1-2., but this past year some employees work diligently and make visiting here much better. Western union/financial serviced here is great as well as the hosts/attendants at the gaming lounge. Self service has been functioning most times I went. The majority if the cashiers at the registers have been efficient.

Smith's: Another proud member of the Kroger empire since 1998. As an Arizonian, I have a soft spot for Kroger. Back home, we call it Fry's, but let's be real. Once you've seen one Kroger layout, you've seen them all. It's like walking into a grocery multiverse: different name, same vibes, same exact spot where they keep the sour cream. That's why whenever I'm in Las Vegas, I end up at Smith's. It's familiar and more importantly, they sell water. They sell a lot of it. And if you've ever tried to exist in the Vegas heat without staying hydrated, you know why this is a survival-level priority. I don't care how glamorous your hotel is, you will need that gallon jug of sweet sweet water. I've visited this Smith's multiple times, and every time it delivers exactly what I need: water, snacks, and a moment to pretend I'm just doing regular errands and not melting under the Nevada sun. It's a few miles off the Strip, which makes it a perfect low-key resupply stop. Bonus: there are some great eats nearby such as Yun's Noodle and Dumplings and Makino. So thank you, Smith's. You may not be flashy, but you're reliable.

Stopped in for snacks and to look for local root beers. Didn't find those, but they had a store brand, and are owned by Kroger apparently, so I learned a little. Good selection. Clean and well organized inside. Didn't stay long enough to deal with staff. Parking was easy, place is accessible from the street pretty well. I'd come back if I lived in the area.

Been coming here for years. The staff were, roasted chicken was good, and some ice cream and chips. The place is nice and clean, not many homeless or problem around here.

I had an amazing experience with Vanessa, she went out of her way to help us find a product and give us insane discount information we weren't aware of! Will definitely return and have nothing but pure shock at how well we were treated.

LIKE THIS REVIEW IF SMITHS NEEDS TO HIRE MORE CASHIERS I know this sounds privileged as F. But when we patrons are CHOOSING to come in here and spend hundreds of dollars per trip on groceries...we want a cashier!!!! We are literally paying your bills smiths, Hire more cashiers (at a decent livable wage!) and have them check out our mf groceries!! The cashiers you do have are amazing and work their asses off far beyond what you deserve (in management or ownership) Personally we spend thousands a year at smiths...and buy tons of produce and FAR too many groceries to fit in the tiny self check out area. hire people so we don't have to resort to ordering from Amazon fresh online.

Nice place for our essentials. Beer, Gatorade, water... Decent prices and they honor the Kroger points. It's the place closest to the hotel we usually stay at. Definitely don't talk to the people lounging around the outside.... Thank me later for that pro tip. Respectfully, Bryan Oklahoma City

The self- service staff member, SAM (Young lady) had a very bad attitude and very rude. She yelled at customers, There is NO REASON TO YELL!!. She also yelled at two other customers who shocked by SAM"s attitude. She moved to another location when the customer still talking. Her service is very Low-level and SAM is an employee with no education. I hope the in charge will provide some training for SAM. actually 0 star.
