BEWARE, I was left stranded! My recent shuttle ride on the St George Executive Shuttle was a nightmare. Going from Las Vegas Airport to St George, UT March 2025. First, I made and paid extra for the front seat, and the driver did not have me as reserved. The front seat was given to another passenger. Approximately 1/2 way through the trip the driver stopped for an agreed restroom stop for a few riders. He instructed us where to enter and return to for the remainder of the ride. Less than 5 minutes when I returned to get back on the shuttle, the van had left me stranded! I saw it pulling onto the freeway without me! I immediately called the shuttle office and was put on hold, transferred and finally was told they would call me back. Moments later I called back again and was finally able to get through to a person to speak with. As I was very upset and explained, they finally said they would call the shuttle, please hold. Moments later was told the shuttle would be back in 10 minutes. More than 13 minutes later the shuttle arrived. The driver gave some reason for the mix up, but I could not understand what was said. The driver said he would get me a refund for the next ride I was scheduled for a week later, which I later cancelled. The following days and multiple phone calls to the office seeking a supervisor to explain my situation, I spoke to at least 6 people and was given nothing but runaround to call back later. More than a week later I was able to speak to a supervisor, Shawn which he had all the notes from previous calls I made. His response was totally rude and unconcerned. He said since ultimately I rode the shuttle I would not receive Any type of refund, credit or consolation. Nothing to mention of the major inconvenience and trauma this ride had put me through. There was absolutely No Customer Service or respect given, and I was put through multiple calls to get no where. I understand if a mistake happens, but as a business that people depend on for transportation there should be some type of consolation and not just a continued fight to get my point across. I have used the shuttle service more than a few times, and this was not the only mix up. Previously there was to be a taxi service added, which it was not and I nearly missed my airport flight. So, beware when considering using the St George Executive Shuttle, the customer is treated as the wrong, with no respect!

Gave our seats away to someone who had booked a later shuttle, then told us the bus was full and we had to wait until the next shuttle, an hour later. Maddening to see the shuttle leave and no apologies, no discount, nada. Take St George Express

Currently on the Las Vegas - St. George Executive Shuttle cruisin' through the canyon with Dennis expertly manning the helm. What a pleasure this is!! Definitely the way to go! Plush leather seats are so comfy the guy behind me is snoring. They recline easily and there's plenty of leg room for us tall folks. Didn't know complimentary water and snacks were available so dropped $3.50 on a bottle of water at the airport vending machines..oops!

Before COVID the experience was good, but the second time it was not. While the driver was on time and handed out waters, he didn't follow the CDC recommended guidelines of keeping masks on. He told everyone they could take their masks off. I kept mine on, but I felt really uncomfortable the whole time. Even though it was only 8 other people. It was still a pretty small space, and people were coughing with their masks off. It made the space feel way smaller than it was because I was leaning away from people. I will not be booking the standard shuttle again.

I took the shuttle from St. George, UT to LAS airport. There are three types of shuttles offered. All leave at different times and are different quality. Note that before reserving. The ride was smooth. The shuttle was clean. The driver was quiet. It was great. My only complaint is the advertisement of "WiFi the entire drive" except the same places I lose cell service is where the WiFi would drop. It wasn't a big deal except that they advertise WiFi the whole drive.

My 86 year old mother had a reservation on the 3:50 shuttle from Las Vegas airport to St George. She arrived at 3:40 as instructed. At 4:00 no shuttle so I called to get status and was told it was running 5-10 minutes late so should be there soon. Waited another 30 minutes and still no shuttle. Called again and they said let me talk to driver and see where he's at. I was then told that the driver had already left so I asked how could he have left when my mother had a reserved seat and was there on time. The response was that the driver said he had a lot of passengers so he left early. Unbelievable! So my old handicapped mother had already been sitting in 104 degree heat waiting and was now told would have to wait 2 more hours for the next shuttle . Will never book this place again!!!

Horrible customer service. I called to book a shuttle from Las Vegas Airport to St George. Told the phone representative our flight information and he suggested a shuttle that left 35 minutes after landing. It seemed like a tight turnaround but I trusted his expertise. Our flight was delayed by 30 minutes, I received a call from the driver at 10 minutes prior to departure asking where we were. Told him that we had to collect our bag and take the shuttle from our terminal to where the van departed, and asked if he would wait. He said he was required to leave on time, which nobody told me during the booking process and I would have never agreed to such a tight turnaround if I had known that. So I spent 15 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone on their main phone line. When I finally reached a human, I was told that we were scheduled onto the next shuttle departing an hour later. So first off, making us wait in the 100 degree Vegas heat for an hour. Nice. Then, I pointed out that I had booked the "executive" level shuttle, and the one they rebooked us onto was just the basic bare bones. I asked for a refund the difference and was told by the CS rep that they don't refund but would give me a travel credit. I asked where that credit was usable and she said "anywhere you can transfer it to". Wow thank you for that helpful information... really cleared it up. Then I explained again that this timing wasn't my choice, she goes "I'll transfer you to mgmt" and hangs up on me. Call back, wait on hold again, get the same rude lady and she argues with me that she didn't hang up. Classy move, st George shuttle. Would definitely recommend avoiding if you want to be treated like a human.

Sure, it's convenient. And yes, it's nice to have somebody else drive. The price is even decent. But holy cow, what a rattle trap. The interior squeaked loud and continuous all the way down. Headache level of loud. The interior was clean, the seats decent, but far from a comfortable ride. It rode like a cargo van with very stiff suspension. Not terribly comfortable. Pluses and minuses here. If you need to get to the Vegas airport, I'd use them. If you have ANY other way to get there, I'd use that first.
