I've been to this Starbucks location a few times, and it's always a pleasant experience. The baristas are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the store is clean and well-kept. One of my favorite features is the outdoor courtyard -- it's a great space to sit and relax, with plenty of tables available. The only downside is that drinks tend to take longer to make here, even when it's not particularly busy. So if you're in a hurry, you might want to consider another nearby location. That said, if you've got a little time to spare, this spot is definitely worth a visit. I ordered a cold brew with salted caramel cold foam and one pump of vanilla syrup - and honestly, every coffee l've had here has been exceptionally well made. Totally worth the wait! (:

If I could give this place a zero I would. I rode through the drive through ordered my items and immediately felt uncomfortable. I figured it's fine, the barista could be having a bad day. Then I get to the window and she was just as rude as I felt she was. I felt rushed, I wanted to use my stars for a drink and she gave this rude tone and was like you only had enough for one which I already knew hence why I said 1 of my drinks. I always have great experiences at Starbucks as I go everyday but Amy just made it a terrible experience. Overall she a was rude, unfriendly, & had a very terrible attitude towards me. I would not recommend visiting if Amy works the window. Mind you it was 2 drinks 1 hot 1 cold I left & ended up not purchasing my drinks.

Wish I was able to give 10 stars. I have been a customer here everyday since their opening. I was seen so many people come and go, however, over the past several months since Monica (new manager) arrived this store has become fantastic! These employees are caring, friendly & really care about their customers. Monica is awesome & if you should have a problem she will make it right. Regardless of who is "working the window" on any given day, the majority of employees will say hi to me by name or start waving as they are working. I can't say enough about all of them (to many to mention), however, one thing I can say is they make each day better by their kindness & caring. This review isn't negative for the employees there now, coffee is great they are very friendly and working fast, they are just short staffed and so service is slow, 20/40 minute waits inside and the drive thru Please get them some more help.

First time at this location... met up with a client of mine that was already there and after almost 30 minutes of going over documents, the manager walked over and said that we need to buy something if we will be sitting inside.... She was especially looking at me and I said well I just met her here and she said well someone needs to buy something while you're in here. She was so rude and very unprofessional.... This was a first ever!!! My elderly client and I just looked at each other in disgust at her attitude. I didn't know if she had bought anything before I walked in but the place had so many open tables/ chairs as it was only about 5 people inside. Stay away from this place!!! Customer service was the poorest.

I wish I could give ZERO stars ! This location went from good to horrible.. it's had a handwritten note on the door stating " closed due to staffing " twice in the last 2 weeks. If they are open they only have 2 people working and you wait 15m for your drink.

My first visit and the line in drive thru was extremely long. I thought I could quickly get my tea fix but turns out it made me late. I didn't get a receipt nor was I asked for one and my points did not credit to my Starbucks app. They don't even answer the phone so there's that. I will never come back to this location. The one on rainbow has 2 or more cars waiting not 9!

I don't know if she's the manager but very rude! Didn't bother greeting us just said, "what do you want"? No wonder Starbucks are closing locations. You can't work in customer service and have a stink attitude. It not only ruins the customer's day but leaves a negative impression on the location and brand!

Nice baristas and clean, spacious interior. I inadvertently mobile ordered for the wrong Jones location, but the baristas went out of their ways to make my drink quickly anyway without charging me again. I apologized many times and felt bad taking the drink, but the baristas insisted. Hard to find friendly service like that nowadays.
