GREAT SPOT! Got a sweet deal on a Superior Room (Jacuzzi Room). The outside hangout/smoking area is kinda cool and the staff were great. They even got grills outside if you like to barbecue. I really have no complaints about this place. I am a humble person and appreciate the little things. Some people may say that this place is in a bad area, but I'm from East Los Angeles. I paid for a Jacuzzi room. I got a tub with insane water pressure. That thing fills up in no time. I am happy. There is a 7-Eleven; LITERALLY a 4 minute walk. They also have a lunch truck across the street that is open 24hrs that sells Tacos, Burritos, Hamburger Specials, for great prices. I think I got a burrito for $10 flat. It was stacked. Anyway, that's just a side note. May resonate with some people. Overall, calm and chill experience.

The price was super cheap compared to everything else during EDC weekend and you get what you pay for quality wise. The staff was great everyone was nice but the room wasn't very clean. My feet turned black from walking the room without shoes the show drained very slowly and the spa tub needs a deep cleaning.

Not a bad place to stay down on Fremont only problem I had was put the deposit down on a room that supposed to be pet friendly, not so cat friendly but if it were k9 would of been no issue what so ever, after some temper boil over did get deposit back otherwise for large part staff was friendly.

My husband and I moved to Vegas and needed a place to stay till we found our apartment. I stumbled upon Sterling Gardens online and booked it blindly. It could not have gone better. The staff is amazing and friendly. Any and all requests handled promptly and professionally. The surrounding tenants were all adults and respectful. I never had one issue with anyone taking or damaging my property. It is dog friendly and has great areas for your fur baby and plenty of friends walking around on their leashes as well! I can't say enough about his gem of a place on Fremont. The price was right we were very comfortable. Too be honest we were sad too leave. Miss you guys alrea

I ended up staying here because someone said it was cheap.. You KNOW What IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!! I booked for a week because I ended up HOMELESS because of a AIRBNB, The people here are VERY UNFRIENDLY. I didn't have a choice but to book this. I have ask 6 times to get fucking toilet paper , it took them two days to get it for me even though I went to the office twice and called 4 times. Also I asked for extra towels, they said you only get towels once a week so when I asked again for TP they kept saying I m busy and I'll get there when I can Then when they finally gave me one FUCKING roll, He said WE DON'T NORMALLY DELIVERY YOU TOILET PAPER...REALLY. WHAT THE FUCK KIND OF PLACE IS THIS!!!!

Do not stay here!! They want cash deposit and make you wait to get it. Or in my case try to keep said cash. We stayed one night because we were going to be charged for it either way. After entering the room I wanted to leave. Went back to the office and told them we don't want to stay in this filthy room. The person said well we can't give you the cash deposit back until 2 hours after check out. I was also informed I will be charged anyway. The following day we check out and called to get our deposit back. Needless to say they did not answer the phone nor did they return messages left. The following day I went back to get my deposit and they inform me that the deposit has been sent to accounting. Really it's Sunday? Shady af. I was eventually charged 2 nights and $100 cash deposit. Now I am disputing charges with my bank. I have lived in Vegas since the 70s and have never been this ripped off and disappointed. Btw forget that it's COVID pandemic because this room and property was inexcusable. I will be contacting the health department

Tiny piece of tranquility in the heart of downtown. Room was recently remodeled and Maria in the office is so nice! They are pet friendly and have two areas to walk your four legged fur babies. I was able to do some laundry. 3 dollars a load. Definitely worth the price. Weekly rates available. Thanks so much Sterling Gardens we will be back!

Checked in Friday night just before midnight. There was A LOT of paperwork to fill out and I noticed they were making a copy of my license and credit card. I asked if that was legal and the lady said "We just need it to verify your online reservation" I agreed and got to my room. I booked a Theme room and my best guess is rejected yard sale leftovers was our theme. It was really bad, the room smelled old and the bed felt like it could break at any time. The day I arrived back home I noticed multiple charges on my credit card, the thing is, I ONLY used this card for this room nowhere else. I called to speak to the owner and the lady told me "He might be back sometime next week" and that she can have him call me (I won't hold my breath) so instead I am going to contact the police department and let them know what is going on here. Do not stay here unless you want your identity stolen!!!

A funky little hotel that's close enough to the action that you don't have to drive or walk forever, but far enough away that you can't hear it! I stayed here at the beginning of the month, just as things were reopening. Had a cool room with a big bathroom and Jacuzzi tub! The place is super funky, their doing their best to social distance and all, and the staff was really cool. I liked that I could pull right up, in front of my room, and the central courtyard. Would recommend!

The worst! Does not get back to you and keeps your deposit. The manager demanded 100 dollar deposit after we had already paid for the room he casually said we would get it back the next morning at 11 after the room was inspected but our flight left at 10 am so we asked him if we could get it sooner he still said no. He said he would send a check once inspected. He never sent a check and we've tried to contact him for over 3 weeks! Do no stay here
