Wanted a quick sandwich on a time crunch. Nope. I tried five times to make an online order for the 6.99 promo and it would freeze. So I go down to the store. They tell Me again. Online only. So I do it another ten times in front of them. Freezes and exits me out. Another two customers are in the store. The worker says let me get the manager. He was a jerk and then some. He just says. Yep not my problem. The other customer says I need to pick up my order. He mumbles to her about online. She says the website is down. He hands her the order and she leaves. He just tells me sorry, he doesn't care not his problems and walks away. I just leave. I'm not a regular customer and had a gift card. I can see that I won't be. The food is barely edible.

I ordered a footlong meatball marinara, cut in half & wrapped separately. The 1st half was ok but the 2nd half was wrapped differently. It had a white paper that had black smudges all over the paper that it looked so dirty ( so I was just so pissed off I forgot to take pictures before I returned it to the store.) The girl at the counter said the paper was part of the preparation when they toast the bread thus the black smudges. MY POINT IS WHY DO YOU SERVE YOUR SANDWICHES ON PAPER THAT HAD BLACK SMUDGES? I understand what the girl was explaining but she should have replaced the DIRTY paper after toasting and wrap in CLEAN paper. SO DISAPPOINTED i give your branch a big fat ZERO!

Well I got no tomatoes on my salad no extra lettuce on the sandwich and pizza was cold and when I called to let them know she seemed bothered. First of ALL!!! You made the mistake NOT ME!! She said I can go back for some tomato and re make my sandwich girl I tipped you and everything more than most people and you want me to waste my gas for YOU TO DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!!! I DIDN'T EVEN GET AN IM SORRY OMG!!! What ever happen to customer service just a tip when you make a mistake ALWAYS START WITH IM SORRY that at least would had made me feel a little better Definitely telling everyone to STAY AWAY! Plus homeless always hang out outside just avoid this subway others are better

Alejandra and Jonathan was great they gave an excellent service definitely way better service than the other shift they were very attentive and is nice to go eat where you are welcome with a great customer service

I started taking a bite of my sandwich and realized there's a hair that isn't mine ... that is very much disgusting I had to throw it away and eat else where. Also the 2 girls working there as I was there waiting to get attended kept laughing and talking in Spanish in the back and they kept giving me dirty looks bc I was looking at them packaging my food... lol very unprofessional and to top it off they didn't even give any napkins! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL
