I come here more often than not by sheer convenience on location close to home. Oftentimes product is out, service is slow, but I still keep coming. When the place first opened it was great. Now, not so much. On to the most recent experience. There was one person working. Not having a sense of awareness that there were a couple people in line including myself. As we are waiting, the employee just talking to the other guests likes she may have known them. After 10 minutes or so I finally was helped. Went to the soda machine and dr. Pepper comes out clear. They are out. I was going to say something but didnt want to push back the others as they waited to get help. If this place isn't out of soda, it's out of onions. If not onions, no chocolate chip cookies. Yes, all of those examples happened. I don't think ill be back here again for awhile. One star was given for the coupon.

I ordered online. The staff was super friendly, but don't teach them to substitute items. If you don't have what I ordered, either don't make it, or make it without that ingredient and ask when I arrive. I now have a sandwich with cheese that I won't eat.

Unfortunately these reviews are accurate . This place has really struggled . New management needs to come in and take over . This place always is missing items , bread is stale . And the service is slower then my 90 year old grandmother . I hope they figure this out soon for the local community.

Sandwich "artist" said he had to be "stingy" with Mayo because he only had one bottle for the entire day. What?!? Literally said he could barely add Mayo to my sandwiches because he was down to one bottle during lunch rush. Seems like every time I go there, there's a new issue. Sad.

The reviews are accurate. Two employees working on one person's order. After the lady finished with the order, I started giving her my order. She told me that the dude that was helping the last customer will take my order. She then proceeded to make an order that was coming through. Wtf she was very rude. The guy seemed a little bit confused when it came to ordering. All in all Subway does a decent job with sandwiches

The soda machine was broken so they let us get a bottle of coke but we paid for a large which is $3.50 and then found out it was broken after we paid for the meal. The first employee said I would have to ask my manager if you can get a free second bottle as a refill. She never got back to us. Before we left another employee walked out and we asked her to check the machine and she fixed it so we were able to get a refill but it was purse lazyness on the first employees part. The tables were sticky and we will not be back. The sandwich was also a mess.

I had talked this location up for months. Subs were always good. I have steered clear of Subways for years. Thought they were crap. Thought this one was different. Not sure what happened today. Bread was rock hard, no mayo or oregano and apparently no oil vinegar. THE DRIEST ROCK HARD SANDWICH EVER. Guess Subway is back to usual and I'll be back somewhere else. By the way app says coke products.....nope, Pepsi products. This trip was a complete fail.

Ate here yesterday and have been violently ill since. Veggies and other ingredients looked old. I only ate a few bites and threw it away. 4/5 hours later i had awful food poisoning. U guys need to do a better job.

This is yet the worst subway location i've been to! Let me start off, I had to wait 15 minutes because there's only 1 person working and the rest are all talking loudly in the back. They only have a few breads out i asked for italian herbs and cheese or just regular italian they only had wheat or white bread only 6 inches and no other options like ???? What kind of knock off subway shop is this ! Not to mention they didn't have any cookies except Oatmeal raisin and white chocolate chip and both taste so old and hard !!!! That is disgusting it's like they make new cookies every 3 days instead of daily same with the bread seems like they only bake them every 3 days. And to top it off they didn't even have to go bags like this is ridiculoussssss! I've never seen no such thing and please do not come to this knock off location ! I was already running late on my break that i couldn't afford to go else where but save yourself and don't come to this location.
