I ordered from this Subway located in the Aliante Market Mall next to Rocco's New York Pizza today. Ordering through their app was easy as expected and received my sandwich at the time promised. Service is great. The ambiance is standard Subway with no loud music with clean tables inside. There are tables outside, but these do not belong to a particular restaurant. My tuna fish sandwich was fresh with the vegetables I requested. No doubt I'll be back.

This is the only Subway we will go to. These sandwiches are really made with their best intentions. Tuna is our favorite there and they all were perfect! The women there are so nice, informative and in tuned with their clients. Always smiling and make you comfortable. I usually go in and pick up after ordering on the app and it always looks clean and has a good vibe. Our only complaint is the coupon issue on the App. It's not the workers fault but please get your IT dept to figure this out. It should've been a $12 savings and it wasn't. Our sandwiches were worth it but that's a huge false advertisement on Subways part. To the staff, thank you for making life a little easier on those days that no one is cooking.

I am so tired of having to fight over their deals. TV says all footlong subs are $6.99. Go to app and order and do everything to get the deal with no luck. I go into the store and ask they say you have to do it thru the app or you need the coupon. The store people are clueless. I went next door and got Mexican instead.

I drive out of my way to come to this Subway. Tania, Katie, and Jenny are the best. One of my biggest complaints with fast food these days is it's expensive AND they typically don't care. NOT here! Tania, Katie, or Jenny not only quickly make your food but they make it perfectly! Everything stacked neatly. Sauces spread evenly. Wrapped all tidy! Never a bad experience here. Thanks for making my day when I roll through.

My son sent me for a sandwich run, since I was in the area. Flatbread toasted buffalo chicken with pepperoni, provolone, bacon, salt and pepper buffalo sauce on the side that's what my son gets. He doesn't eat anything else. The young man that was working this evening looked like he had been busy. He had no problem fixing the sandwich correctly. The store was clean, and they have a nice corridor area you can sit and eat. Very nice vibe

This is the worst subway... no the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been too. This is the Thanos of fast food restaurants. I am really surprised that anyone has given them more than 1 star. Every time I have been to this location I make a vow to NEVER go back but then after a year or so goes by I try it again because I love sandwiches and subway used to be good 10 years ago so I keep hoping they will make a comeback and surprise me. Sadly the only thing that surprises me about this subway is that they are still open and in business. We went again today only because it's the closest subway to my house and someone that must hate me gave me a gift card for subway. I was standing in line for 30 minutes (no exaggeration) because the First Lady in line was so irate because they were out of everything. They were in the back of the store trying to find items for this lady's sandwiches. Yes this really happened. They actually found some olives which was one of the ingredients they said they were out of. The lady was trying to get them to give her a discount because of how bad her experience was but they would not do it. That's why everyone else in line had to wait so long. She finally had the kids call a manager on their own personal cellphone and the lady took the kids phone outside and unloaded everything on this manager. They said they couldn't clear the cash register so we all had to wait until this was resolved. Another customer in line was understandably mad about this so she was yelling at the original customer. If it wasn't for the show these two were putting on I would have left the store already but I stupidly stayed and waited for one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had. The manager had the kids comp the first angry ladies entire meal so she finally left. I ordered my sandwiches. They were out of several items. There was only 3 kinds of chips really 2 because there was plain potato chips and baked plain potato chips which are basically the same boring thing and the cheese Doritos. When I got home the sandwich bread was dry and stale like it was the bread from last night. I don't understand how they didn't notice when they were making the sandwiches that the bread felt like a piece of wood. I'm not exaggerating, the bread was hard as a rock and dry. That was probably the worst part. That alone ruined the sandwich. But there's more. The lunch meat was also dry like it had been left out and partially dehydrated to chicken jerky. Non of the veggies were in the chilled containers. They were getting them from bins on the counter behind them. They were out of all cookies accept oatmeal. The store was a mess like they were in the middle of moving. Nothing was where it was supposed to go. My daughter got a sprite and it was completely flat like they were out of carbonation at the fountain. The root of the problem with this location is what it has always been. There is never any kind of management at the store. It seems like the owners are trying to use the store to make passive income and they are never there to make sure things are running good. There is usually 1 maybe 2 kids running the store and they don't have the experience, or care enough to run the store on their own. I'm surprised corporate hasn't taken this store back years ago. The last time I was at this location there were onions all over the floor in the dining area. Where you stand in line to order your sandwich. It was like someone dumped out the onion container on the floor where you stand in line. I said to the kid behind the counter "there is onions all over the floor over here." he said I know. 10 minutes later we watched that kid struggle to cut a sandwich in half As he was smashing the bread and massacring the finished sandwich, a lady finally spoke up and said I think the knife is upside down. he didn't say a word and just flipped the serrated side towards the bread and cut the sandwich. And that's this subway in a nutshell.

Restaurant was locked at 4:18pm. Luckily a team member came to the door; she let us know she has to close early. Myself and another patron stood there curiously thinking we would be able to order and THEN they would close; but that was not the case. Monday night football and no subs for anyone. Very disappointing.

I'm updating this review. This Subway has seriously gone down hill over the last few years. I used to eat here all the time, now I stop at other Subways on the way home. The owner here doesn't respect the coupons, a footlong coupon is not good for all the footlong sandwiches, only the cheaper ones. The quality of staff had depleted as well. There used to be a lot of good people that worked here and they have all left. The last few times I have been here has been the first time I have seen that staff member. They are all new, have to continually check their reference sheets for what meats go on what sandwiches and still get it wrong sometimes. The recipe for the chipotle southwest sauce is not being followed, it is different half the time you order it now. The new staff all has long fake fingernails that I worry about falling off into my food, gross. Store is still in good condition and well maintained, management needs new staff hiring practices and management needs to respect the coupons that corporate sends out. Don't like the coupons, don't buy a franchise and act surprised people use them.

I ordered a teriyaki sandwich with lots of meat I was starving I thought I was gonna get a good order because happy but I saw a sandwich with NO meat at all just veggies my close guy went back for me but said there was NOTHING wrong with it they're all liars

I went in to order a sandwich and noticed the meat section was shielded so that customers cannot see what they are ordering, a way to sell unfresh and old meat. Hopefully the customer won't taste the difference. I asked about it and was told "unfortunately the manager decided to do this to keep the meats more fresh." Nice try. I walked out.
