So this was our first time at Bagel Cafe Mama raved about it & we finally made it...... As U can see, food portions R HUUUUGE; prices R cool and the food was Goood The house potatoes taste JUST LIKE MAMA made....BOOOOMB. Our server, Karla, was nice and attentive to our needs. The ONLY downfall, parking bites‍. Overall, DEFINITELY will B back & bringing other Family & Friends

Where do I start with this place. So it's a satellite location from the original bagel cafe. The location where you can pick up food without any interaction with the kitchen staff. It has several different kitchens from various restaurants. Once you walk in , there aren't any signs of anyone to speak with. You can order from a single kiosk. And there are lockers, like Amazon's lockers to pick up your food. There isn't anyone to talk to from the restaurant, and no way to contact them. I started my order for 5 bagels at 0957and received a text that it should be ready by 1012-1022. After 30 mins of waiting, the lady at the front desk, who is responsible only for the waiting and eating area tables in the front of house. She isn't tied to any of the restaurant kitchen. Luckily she was very nice and went back to the kitchen to check on our order. She went to the kitchen after we waited 30 mins. About 15 mins later. The cook from the kitchen comes out and tells us they are out of the everything bagel (3 orders) and asks us to switch the bagels. The other 2 were on jalapeño bagels. We agree to the swap and he says just 5 more minutes. Then it took another 15 mins to get our order. ALL of the bagels came out on plain bagels and were not even toasted. For our inconvenience he gave us free drinks. There was only a kiosk to check on the order and it would just show that it was in progress without giving any updated times. You have to go to another kiosk to check on the order. There is also no way to cancel the order. There really should be a screen that shows an average on how long people are waiting for their orders by kitchen. I had to take my daughter to here volleyball game earlier and returned. It took an hour to assemble these bagels and it was very frustrating. They should really allow people to cancel their orders if it goes beyond 15 mins. I recommend you go the original bagel cafe even it's a little further. You would get there, eat and return before you ever get your food at the bagel cafe "express". It seems like a great idea, but it was absolutely terrible system and service. Everything for the bagels are premade and all they need to do is assemble the order.

My overall experience with bagel cafe was incredible I enjoyed the food and the delicious and sweet flavors of the different types of dessert that they offer I enjoyed the experience I had with bagel cafe I have nothing but amazing and awesome things to say about this company I highly recommend the chocolate brownie and it's large eclair the chocolate cigars looked fantastic they looked so chocolaty and sweet and delicious I would recommend and come by for some when ever I am free my family and friends both side it was the most delicious things they had ever had eaten as a dessert in the whole Las Vegas area with there affordable pricing and chooses to choose from they are an excellent choose when it comes to getting your favorite bagel and desserts

Pretty slow service is an understatement Quality was mehhhh at best. I ordered a bagel in person at 12:18pm and got my food at 12:55. Go to a real place.

For the style of restaurant, it was 5 stars for food and 5 stars for service. It is the quintessential New York-style Jewish Deli. We started with a couple of bowls of soup--Chicken Noodle Soup ($13) Kreplach Soup ($15)--about a quart of soup in each bowl. The soups were rich in real chicken flavor and were served with a freshly baked bagel with butter and cream cheese included. There was also a table starter of Bagel (n/c) Chips with Pumpkin Cream Cheese that were actually great tasting. We split a Pastrami Sandwich ($20) on lightly toasted rye bread. It was like a Stage Delli over-stuffed sandwich with about a half pound of delicious meat. The sandwich was served with a creamy, slightly sweet coleslaw. I couldn't resist the baked products to take home--Giant Eclair ($7.50) with a freshly-bake choux dough and a creamy vanilla custard pastry cream. I also took home a Boston Cream Slice ($8.95). The desserts traveled-well and I got 6 portions out of 2 desserts. I love the place and there isn't anything left in Las Vegas that is like the old delis of the bygone years. I will be back to The Bagel Cafe soon even if I have to travel 20 mike to get there.

Food is always good! I usually get the same thing but tried something different and as not disappointed. The place is always packed but service was still good. I also took home bagels and pastries, they are always good too!

I love the vibe of the bagel cafe, it's friendly and welcoming and people actually talk to one another. Great attitudes from customers and staff alike. Very friendly and accommodating. Let's get to the food. I had a corned beef Reuben, the corned beef was not as juicy as I hoped it would be also kind of tough and I couldn't taste the thousand island dressing. But I love the fact that you get a huge sandwich - the homemade pickle was really simple and without the generic grocery store pickle taste but it needs a little something to perk it up. The fries were great! My son had chicken salad on a bagel which he loved and there was an abundance of chicken salad on the sandwich also. I'll have to try that next time. They have a gorgeous dessert case as well as wonderful assortment of bagels and schmears as well. I had really high expectations for the Reuben and it didn't quite measure up. But they have a great extensive menu and I'm going back for sure for breakfast, bagels and other sandwiches. Oh! Got a chunk of strawberry cake to go, again expecting fantastic but it was just ok. That minion cookie was fabulous though! Try this place out!
