Their portions are huge! We came at a good time before it got busy, so we were seated right away. Honestly this place isn't bad. My review is 3.5/5. I wish their utensils weren't placed directly on the table- I just don't find it sanitary, so some points off of that. We ordered the following: Honey roasted carrots, sweet potato fries, Veggie burger melt (but it's on sandwich bread?), a lunch special Shepherds pie, and a lunch special chicken piccata. The food was 4/5 in taste! But the serving was 5/5. I do recommend this place if you're out shopping at North Outlets :)

Walked in today with my 2 nieces and nephew we were was told by the hostess please sit at the first table at the end of the row. So we did waiter came by asked if we sat our selves. I explained no repeated what hostess stated. He looked at we were liars. Saw him approach the hostess and Saw them argue however felt like we did something wrong and didn't like that feeling. My first time at this restaurant doubt we retirn return

Haven't been to Cheesecake Factory in a minute - but this time around our visit was just kinda meh. Not necessarily bad, but not the greatest either! I'll chalk it up to it being the day after Christmas, I know the outlet mall can be a rushed crowd! What a busy shopping day, Cheesecake Factory was no different! We patiently waited for a table for 2! The service we received was good even with the full tables all around the restaurant. It did take while though to get our food and a refill of drinks. But that day the food was lacking in portion and appeal. I get it, the day was a blur for all the workers, but our food arrived on the cold side! But the restaurant was packed, servers were constantly busy, and we didn't want to send our entrees back in fear of waiting even longer for it to be re-fired. We ordered: -Bistro Burger ($18.95) - burger with bacon, caramelized onion, arugula, house made steak sauce & garlic aioli on a toasted roll -Korean Fried Chicken ($19.95) - crispy chicken tossed with spicy Korean bbq sauce, with avocado, kimchi, mushrooms, cilantro & sesame seeds over steamed rice The Bistro Burger was just ok. The burger itself was cool, dry, and the roll was cold as well. I did ask for extra arugula and caramelized onion on my burger, but neither request was handled. I also asked for the fries to be 'well done' and they came out cold & soggy. Flavor or the overall burger was on the light side since the house made steak sauce & garlic aioli was used rather sparingly. Wifey's Korean Fried Chicken was greatly lacking. There were maybe 5-6 pieces of overfried chicken on the plate, the sauce was too sweet with no discerning Korean flavoring, and there was almost no kimchi on the plate as well. it seemed to be replaced with some slightly pickled cucumbers. The rice underneath the entree was somewhat cold, dry, and hard on the edges. I get it, it's Cheesecake Factory - but for the price point, the serving sizes and the quality were just off kilter. I'm gonna go with it was just super busy that day and orders were getting backed up. Usually we have a good experience at their restaurants. Oh well, hopefully we can try again next time!

It was my birthday and I was stuck between a couple of choices I wanted to go to for dinner. I ultimately chose Cheesecake Factory. Luckily, there wasn't much of a wait list so we got seated fairly quickly. Our server was great, she was friendly and patient with us. The food was great. We both loved the appetizer, it was ahi tuna, shrimp ceviche and guacamole with big chunks of tortilla chips. Not sure what the sauce was but it was a good mix. I chose steak Diane as my entree (my usual go-to). It was good. My husband got the tomato basil but wasn't entirely impressed. It didn't meet his standards, although I thought it tasted fine. Our server did send in the wrong pasta and my husband noticed that was not the dish he ordered. Our server noticed and able to change that mishap. Our server made me feel special when she brought out our cheesecake and an ice cream in a cup with a candle for me to blow out. I haven't blown out a candle for my birthday in a few years. It was a nice touch. The celebration cake was something new. I wanted to try something different from my usual go-to, red velvet. Overall, the experience was great. The ambiance felt intimate. It was dim and felt romantic enough to feel like it was just the two of us.

Just a dessert review. We came in late in the evening and just ordered cheesecakes. All of them are excellent, there's no wrong choice. Service was great.

Waited to be seated even though the location was pretty empty. No problem, maybe some sections were closed. Got seated, went through the entire menu (which is big) and still no one came to acknowledge us. Waited and watched while others were seated and served and still no one. Finally got up to leave and the two "hosts" up front were chit chatting and having a good time. Went up to them and thanked them for wasting our time and having no one come to our table... not even water!. The two stood there and just stared, so we walked out. Would NEVER go to that location again! Absolutely terrible experience.

Stopped in for an early Saturday dinner with the wifey. It was the typical Cheesecake Factory ambiance with a small group of guests waiting but we were seated promptly. The server was polite. Food was as excellent as it's always been at other locations. My only complaint was the bar. In-spite of how mellow business was it still took much longer than it should have to get an Arnold Palmer and a lemon drop. I ain't mad, I love this place.

My husband and I had the best lunch we have had in a very long, and it's because of Deja. She was exceptional, kind, professional and her attention to detail was phenomenal. Not one thing was missed, it's rare to dine out and feel like service was seamless. Enough to really enjoy your experience and she made it possible. Food timing, perfect! Never empty drinks, perfect! Even the bread, only sourdough was available when we sat down. Usually when someone says they will be back with wheat when it comes out of the oven they forget or you need to ask. She brought it out so fresh and hot, you could tell she was on top of it. Just really blown away by her service, and her kindness. She easily radiated love and joy for her job! We were so blessed by her today!
