I had no idea that the Poodle Room even existed until last night when we had omakase at ITO. This is an added treat if you dine here. It's a private club which is a must do if you live in Vegas I was fortunate enough to go into this cute bar and have an espresso martini. I also was surprised to see the poodle on the toilet. It was so much fun taking selfie's!

Because we were staying as guests at the Fontainebleau through the Fine Hotels and Resorts program, at check-in, we were offered entry to the Poodle Room, an exclusive cocktail lounge at the very top of the hotel. There are other ways to gain access but I believe they involve memberships or dining in one of their high-end restaurants. Even with the invitation, you'll have to make reservations. And make sure you plan ahead because we weren't able to reserve a spot the same day as our check-in. You can either do it through a form submission and wait for an email response or you can ask the Concierge to assist with bookings. We tried to see if they would let us bring more people with us but unfortunately, they said no due to space (there was plenty of space when we went). Concierge also informed us that the dress code was casual elegant. The check-in counter is located in the hallway between the lobby and casino. The hostess will provide a sticker to cover your phone cameras (no pictures or videos!) and direct you to a private elevator that goes directly up to the bar. At the top, another hostess asked whether we would like sit in the main bar area or in the den-like area to the side. We picked the latter for a quieter, more secluded experience and got to enjoy some pretty amazing city views. The cocktail menu has some delicious drinks and if you're feeling hungry, they even have food options too. Prices are what you'd expect from a cocktail lounge in Las Vegas. Overall, a very cool experience but not something I'd go out of my way for. The no cameras rule enhances the exclusive experience but there wasn't really anything there that felt like it needed to be exclusive. The views are amazing though!

I came here for a private event party at nighttime. The FontaineBleau is the tallest hotel in Las Vegas and the Poodle Room is right there at the top. Let me put it this way. When you go in the elevator your ears will pop. This is a good thing because the views are spectacular. I wish my photo was better but the reflection on the glass window has distorted it. But rest assured it's amazing to see all the lights from so high up. The bartender and the waitresses serving the hors d'oeuvres were straight out of a movie; meaning they were on point and exactly as you'd expect. The bathroom is fancy. As fancy as they come. I'd say this place is notable for the high class luxury and amazing views. Be sure though to take a Sudafed prior to coming so you can be sure your ears don't stay plugged from the elevator ride up.

The Poodle Room - Fontainebleau Las Vegas Where glam goes woof at the top of the damn Strip. Perched on the 89th floor (because Vegas math is extra), the Poodle Room is the kind of spot that makes you feel like a Bond villain and a vintage showgirl at the same time. Velvet on velvet. Live jazz or curated DJ sets. Floor-to-ceiling views that whisper "you've made it, baby." But don't get it twisted, it's members only, invite-only, or you better be rolling in from Ito Sushi with a $800 omakase & drink, and a look that says "my outfit costs more than your rent." Pre-game tip: Slide into Tangier Whiskey Bar downstairs or Bar Ito with Bartender Danny is a magician in Superman mood , warm, charming, and pours like he's trying to erase your student loan trauma. Then upstairs you go, to the land of poodles, martinis, and NOT a single damn selfie (oops, I did it again). That's right. They slap a "NO PHOTOS" sticker over your phone camera like it's Area 51 in there. Mine's still stuck on, and now my phone's just a $1,000 coaster. But honestly? Kinda iconic. Pros: * VIEWS. Like, you could spot your future from here. * Mid-century glam décor that would make Frank Sinatra rise from the grave for a Negroni. * Live band music, bougie vibes, and a dessert cart that rolls deeper than your ex's emotional baggage. Cons: * You can't just stroll in, unless you're Beyoncé or booked Ito. * Dress code? If you even think about Crocs, they'll send you to the Excalibur. * No photos, no videos, just vibes. And therapy later when you realize you couldn't record it. But if you're in, you're in. And it's worth it. Because what happens in the Poodle Room? Stays off Instagram... thanks to that damn sticker.

Very cool place to come for a nightcap inside of the hotel. The bathrooms have the most gorgeous view and the service is of course top-tier. Didn't enjoy the jump scare in the stalls though.

The views are absolutely stunning, and the decor is beautifully done--both are a solid 10/10. This place has so much potential to become a standout spot with the right leadership. Unfortunately, the vibe doesn't match the aesthetic. While I understand the exclusivity aspect of this bar, it doesn't justify the staff being pretentious, dismissive, and unfriendly. We waited quite a while before being served, even though our waitress was standing at the bar talking with other staff for at least 10 minutes before acknowledging us, despite the bar being nearly empty. When we finally received our drinks, they were disappointing, and when we politely raised our concerns, the waitress seemed annoyed and uninterested. The staff could really benefit from customer service training to improve their friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism. With better service, this place could easily live up to its potential and create an amazing experience that matches its beautiful setting. With that being said, I won't be a repeat customer. As a former local, I can attest that Vegas has endless options for high quality experiences, with exceptionally better service and drinks.

The Poodle Room is an exclusive and private room located at the top floor of the Fontainebleau. I was invited after dining at Ito. They serve great cocktails and if you're hungry you are able to grab a few bites. As you sit, you are approached by a waiter who offers you some scrumptious chocolates. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the poodle room and I'm glad I was able to take advantage of a once in a lifetime opportunity!!!
