This place is a local favorite. It gives hometown vibes in the best way! They will have live music on the weekends and the bands are awesome! They have the option of gaming at the bar counter and the bathrooms are well kept. I honestly come for their wood fired pizzas and the vibes! I love ordering the one with burrata and add hot honey! It's honestly so good after a night out drinking. The crust is so crispy and fresh from the oven I usually can eat 2-3 slices! You can only order a full pizza but it's great to share w another person or 2! The bartenders are nice and they make sure you don't need anything. They keep a good amount of staff and there is security at the door and good amount of parking out front Definitely come check them out during the holidays because they have holiday themed drinks and they deck the whole place in Christmas decorations it's the best time!

Sometimes u crave corned beef hash or filet mignon. This is one such place corned beef hash kinda place. And it's perfect for what it is. I don't even know if I'd call it a dive bar--feels like this place is older than the term itself. More like an OG "been there, drank that, bought the T-shirt" kinda situation. It's so old school they don't even have a bouncer--probably because they already know the average customer age is 40... maybe 39 if it's someone's birthday and their niece brought friends. Now before I got here, I was over at the ultra-swanky "Wax Rabbit" at the Durango Casino--a luxe speakeasy hidden inside a Mexican restaurant. Talib Kweli was DJing, the crowd was cute and cooler than thou, and everyone looked like they just walked off a runway. Including me--because one thing imma always do is serve a look. So when the party migrated here afterward... Ya girl was--how do I say this politely--CONFUSED AF. This is the kind of seedy-looking, dimly-lit spot you only see on TV, where the bartender keeps a shotgun under the bar and knows how to use it. The kind of place your parents go to and only invite you to when you turn 35 and they think you've finally earned your grown-up card. It's got everything you need: Live bands that change nightly to keep the vibes fresh. Chairs, tables, and two big couches with coffee tables--premium view of the stage, ideal for vibing or judging quietly. A center bar that's clearly been through some things but still standing tall. Pool tables for you to either win with pride or lose with excuses. Now let me tell you--I fully expected to feel outta place walking in. Our crew? All under 45, all people of color. My Black a$$ was ready to do a U-turn. But I couldn't have been more wrong. It was rainbow city up in there--folks of all kinds, just vibin'. And people were actually dancing... rhythm? Minimal. Pizzazz? Barely there. But the effort? Top tier. One off-beat couple was 5-6-7-8'ing like it was their final callback. And this older lady--apparently a local fixture--was two-stepping around the stage like it was her own personal Soul Train. And chilllle when i say she was giving shhooulders!!!! This place is definitely a "come as you are" kind of vibe--which is rare and appreciated in the glammed-up thirst trap that can be Vegas nightlife. Now me? I like to be in bed by 10:30, lights out by 11. So by the time we pulled up around 1:30am, I was already locked in a full-on battle with the Sandman, who was whispering sweet bedtime lies. But my friends? WIDE awake. Ordering pizza (which they sau is incredibly gooood) Telling jokes. Acting like it was still happy hour. Even my super straight-laced veteran brother was living his best life. By 3am I called it. But my brother wanted to stay (let's be honest--he was tryna flirt with one of my younger homegirls), so I left him with the crew and dipped. And I left knowing he--first-time Vegas visitor from the deep South--was in good hands. The live band was tearing up classic rock and country like they had something to prove, and he was all in. Used the bathroom before I left--small, but clean (honestly that's a win). Got to my car easy, thanks to the solid parking lot right out back. All in all? A damn good experience that I totally didn't expect. And yep--already planning to go back. Service/Product: 4.4 Atmosphere: 4 Customer Service: 4.5/5

Dive bar with live music. Service isn't amazing, but the live music atmosphere and chill dive bar feel makes it worth it. They have a pool table, big bar and then an area with tables on the main floor. I wish they would invest in some couches order more cozy chairs. It feels like I'm at a park in the uncomfortable chairs they have while watching the live music. It's not a huge place so not sure how well small couches would do but there's two couches up on the small stairs area and those work, but just small metal chairs with seats on the main floor. I still give 4 stars cause I love it here, and always keep going back. Never had the food here, actually have no clue if they actually serve food here. If they do next time I will need to try the food

I have spent two weeks on vacation in Las Vegas and I have had my fill on the tourist trap locations. Luckily a musician friend recommended the Sand Dollar Lounge as a place to catch some local musicians. I really enjoyed myself here. The beer selection was good, the pizza was amazing, and the local group playing, The Foster Collective, was on point! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back here first thing the next time I'm in Las Vegas.

Miracle on Spring Mountain left me speachless! I was seriously amazed at the Christmas Wonderland they created!! Not a blank spot. I wish I took more pictures and videos. Such a cute and chill Christmas spot. And the drinks... wow were they good and festive!! They go all out. Had the Christmapolitan, The Koala LalaLa, Jingle balls and the Christmasaurus. All delicious and festive drinks. Also had the chance to enjoy some of their pizza! We shared the Champagne and Reefer so good.. with creamy ricotta and artichokes. Can't wait to go again this year!

Such a fun bar a little off the strip. It's super decked out into a Christmas wonderland with holiday themed cocktails and shots. They come in the cutest mugs (which you can buy for &18-20). Nice bartenders, great live music and pizza! Dan Fester was preforming today and he was a lot of fun. He played a variety of genres and you can request songs with tip offers via a QR code. Or you can use tip bc he he's so talented a fun! It's decked out for Halloween as well. I such a fun time! A must visit!

Festive December outdoor event called "Miracle on Spring Mountain" is a lot of fun! Especially when Mega Scopes is playing inside the blow up igloo, with 2 outdoor bars. It feels like a house party vibe with bands. Indoor Sand Dollar Lounge is the same divey bar with different bands lined to play. A local favorite bar with possibly some tourist/visitors brought by locals? If you're looking for another local favorite bar that is festive, try Phoenix Restaurant Bar (great food there too!). The igloo is up since October but the actual event is all of December with DJs, bands and such indoors. For the event we attended on Saturday, red solo cups are given from indoor bar. Or speciality cocktails are made indoors too in special cups. The two bars outdoor serve different drinks in clear cups, and may differ in offering beer or seltzer. Apparently, an outdoor band is not a usual occasion so it was super crowded for Mega Scopes. Free parking. It's maybe possible to find even if you park all the way to the back area. Crowd is friendly. Everyone comes with their crew. Gender Restrooms are indoors, one near each outdoor door entry to the Sand Dollar. Don't get this Sand Dollar confused with the downtown similar name bar. Most locals will know you're going here.

We stopped in for the annual pizza pop up series that they do every year for charity. This on was with the Wahlberg brothers. It's all decorated up for the Christmas pop up and they have all of their Christmas specialty cocktails available as well. We arrived early and grabbed a table, I ordered a beer from the bar and my girlfriend got a mystery beer from the vending machine. We waited till 6pm to order our pizzas. The pizzas came out fast and could've been cooked longer. The flavor on both were great but they were a bit doughy and underdone. My girlfriend loved meeting Mark and getting a picture. He was really nice and a down to earth kind of guy. He took time to take pictures with everyone and sign autographs. We can't wait for the rest of the pop ups. A great series that raises a lot of money for different charities.

I always love coming to the Sand Dollar during their Miracle on Spring Mountain holiday pop up. This bar is one of my friend's favorite bars in town and it's nice to stop in periodically. I went last night for the first time this year and the decor was in the full swing. I enjoyed the holiday drinks, both flavor-wise and in terms of glassware. I may have also picked up a unicorn mug to take home. Toni was our primary bartender and she was absolutely delightful. She was super sweet and attentive, anytime we didn't see her for a while it was clear that she was helping other patrons on the other side of the bar. Drinks were pretty solid. I tried the Christmapolitan, Run Run Reindeer, and Rudolph's Replacement. All three were tasty. Glad they got rid of smoking a few years back, although we did get wafts of weed from some of the patrons. Band was OK, but I did enjoy chatting with other patrons prior to them going on.
