WARNING: Do Not Overlook This Review -- A Sister's Heartbreaking View of a Ruined Wedding at The Stirling Club As the sister of the bride, I write this with deep frustration and heartbreak. What should have been one of the happiest days of our lives turned into a disaster -- one that we were forced to smile through while watching everything my sister had planned and dreamed of slowly unravel in front of our eyes. Let me paint the picture: late May in Las Vegas. A black-tie wedding. Family flying in from all over. Months of planning, thousands of dollars, and so much anticipation. But from the moment we arrived at The Stirling Club, things started going wrong -- and it only got worse. The venue had no working A/C. Yes, in the Las Vegas heat. Instead, staff wheeled in swamp coolers filled with ice as some kind of solution. It was laughable -- until we watched the flowers wilt, guests begin sweating through their clothes, and people leave the event just to cool off outside. My sister stood there in a custom gown, makeup melting, overheated and devastated. The bridal suite was suffocating. The reception space was unbearable. We did our best to keep smiles on our faces, but it was miserable. Watching her try to hold it together broke my heart. And the worst part? There was no accountability. Elise, the wedding coordinator, was nowhere to be found when things fell apart. She didn't communicate the issue with any urgency, and it became painfully clear she had no control -- or didn't care. The General Manager, Ali, was even worse. When my family tried to speak with him after the fact, his response was smug, dismissive, and completely devoid of empathy. He talked over us, gaslit the experience, and made it seem like we were overreacting -- as if we were imagining the heat, the sweat, the ruined flowers, the guests who left early. For all of this? A pathetic offer of compensation that didn't even cover 10% of what my sister spent. This wasn't just a vendor failing to deliver. This was gross negligence. Add in moldy shower heads, the stench of sewage rising with the heat, and you've got a venue that is all surface glamour with a rotten foundation. To whoever owns The Stirling Club: Ali is hurting your reputation and driving your business into the ground. He failed my sister, my family, and every guest who showed up that day expecting to celebrate something beautiful. If you're considering this venue, don't. We will never get that day back -- but you still have a chance to make a better choice.

We recently hosted an event at The Stirling Club and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The space we rented was absolutely beautiful--with doors that opened onto a lovely outdoor patio complete with tables and chairs, it gave the whole room such an open and spacious feel. I had a very tight turnaround between a trade show and our event, so I was only able to drop off decor and gift bags the day before. To my surprise and delight, when I arrived to set up, the team had already arranged everything for me. They placed the décor, laid out the gift bags, and took so much pressure off my plate--something I truly appreciated given the time crunch. The food was excellent--delicious and beautifully presented. We also had specialty cocktails, and the bartenders executed them perfectly. Every detail was spot on. The entire team was incredibly accommodating and truly anticipated our needs throughout the evening. Elise did a fantastic job coordinating everything with us. She was responsive, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The Stirling Club is a stunning property with several beautiful rooms to choose from, depending on the size and style of your event. I wouldn't hesitate to host another event here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant, well-run venue in Las Vegas.

This review is based on a professional organization banquet. If this were an expensive restaurant, I'd consider the food quality unacceptable. For a banquet situation, though, it had some remarkable high points. Pros: consistent medium-rare filets delivered to five people at our table! Tender and flavorful to boot. Hardly any catering operation achieves this. Bravo. Other strengths: buttery potato purée with the steaks. Large, non-overcooked portion of salmon. Remarkably tasty vegan panang curry -- this was arguably the best dish on the table. Soft and creamy ricotta cheesecake. High quality berries alongside the sorbet. The bar and table staff were swift and capable. Cons: mediocre salad with some sad, wilted old greens. Some of the asparagus with the filet was so woody, it was inedible. Bland, barely seasoned "piccata" -- I ended up putting some panang curry on my salmon and (mushy) spaghetti, which was a huge improvement. As served, it was basically spaghetti with oil. So, do you grade them on a banquet curve? If so, job well done. Major snaps for the steak temperature. But in a restaurant town this strong, there's no reason they can't stock fresh salad greens, snap the asparagus properly, etc., and get the whole system clicking.

I was invited to join a friend for an afternoon Cigar Break at this Premiere Private Club. The amenities are extremely Elevated. Membership includes use of the Dining facilities,banquet rooms,bars,Cigar Lounge,and pool and spa with exercise facilities. The service,from the Valet to the Servers and Checkin Attendants was exemplary. The Chef is amazing and of course special dietary requests are never a problem. My meal was amazing! There is a full calendar of dining events that look amazing.

Had the privilege of going to a Las Vegas Philharmonic event with conductor Leonard Slatkin as the guest of honor last night. About 26 guests. The room was elegant. Nice wine bar. You feel like you are away from the maddening crowd. We all were dressed up, food was very good and service was spot on. We could carry on conversations and heard 2 musicians play pre dinner which was very special. A great fundraiser. Hope they have more like these intimate fundraisers. Great way to meet new people and see some old acquaintances.

Warning DO NOT overlook this review. It would be completely remiss of you to do so, and you'll likely find yourselves in the same nightmare we experienced. The Stirling Club is an abysmal failure as a venue and it all starts with the inept leadership of its GM Ali, and ends with the lack of awareness and communication of its wedding coordinator, Elise. We planned our wedding here, regrettably, and should've have taken notice of the dysfunction once both the original wedding coordinator and the head chef were lost to attrition, or so we thought. This is something unheard of in the planning process, but it would all pale in comparison with what was to come. Note: GM Ali informed us during our infamous call, which we'll discuss shortly, that they actually left the venue for other employment. Surprise, surprise. Picture this...Las Vegas...black-tie wedding...late May...no A/C. Now, if you've ever been to Vegas in the summer, you know how imperative it is to have A/C. Hell, (pun intended) the heat is so significant that refrigerated air is a requirement because anything else is substandard. So, you can imagine my chagrin seeing two barely operable swamp coolers wheeled into my suite being filled with ice. I thought to myself, "hopefully it's just this area experiencing the heat?" After thousands of dollars in wilted flowers, and witnessing the misery of a fully dressed wedding party and guests seeking refuge outside of the venue for cooler temperatures, the reality of the circumstances became clear. Unfortunately, this level of awareness was lost on our wedding coordinator, Elise as she failed to convey the extent of this debacle to her equally apathetic GM Ali. So, long painful story short, our wedding was a barbecue people couldn't wait to leave. As compensation for their failure, Elise offered a comp equivalent to less than one-tenth of our total cost! I tell you, her awareness is uncanny. This oblivious gesture led to the need for a call with her management team, an equally fruitless endeavor as we now encounter the enigma known as Ali. Every bit condescending and dismissive, this encounter would prove to be the most unprofessional experience I've had as a consumer. First, the outright gaslighting. This man actually tried to explain away the heat as if the sweat wasn't rolling down my back under this three piece suit and it was all in my mind. His constant interruptions as he tried to dismiss our circumstances as normal to their guest experience, left me infuriated. How could a professional lack empathy for a circumstance that is clearly your own doing? Unwilling to make any significant concessions for their failure, I'm now left to express my displeasure with you, good consumers as a warning. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! From the poor leadership, to the black mold on the shower heads, or the rancid odor of sewage that sprang from the heat, this venue is a receptacle of failure dressed in a elegant facade that immediately fades when you scratch the surface. We are only left with regrets and only find solace in hopes you do not experience the same outcome. Whoever owns this venue, Ali is a disservice to your bottom line. I can only imagine the loss you've experienced with him at the helm. If this review doesn't compel you to action regarding his unprofessionalism, then he is a product of your apathy and you deserve the rotted fruit he produces. True scum.

I play poker here when the Charity Series of Poker has it as a venue. Played here four times in the last few months, so I feel more comfortable writing a review. Every time I've have been a great experience. Food is solid, service is great, drinks are strong. The place is very pretty and does a good job for these events.

Been a long time member. Has been in a steady decline for the most past 3 years. They refuse to fix their air conditioning in the gym and lower levels. Memebers constantly complain about this but nothing changes. They have also installed a $35 guest charge even on family members or friends at the pool. They also got rid of their inhouse aesthetician team (don't let them fool you with the full spa amenities pitch). The jacuzzi in the women's locker room is never open and under constant repair work. Today the indoor pool was also closed. Their outdoor pool is only open for 3 months out of the year- sorry but this is Vegas and the heat lasts far longer than 3 months ‍. For awhile members also had to really look at their monthly billing statements as often times there would be miscellaneous charges that shouldn't be on there for instance if they paid with credit card sometimes it would get charged as well to the monthly bill. Who wants to to have to scrutinize their own monthly bill? The place is empty and the poor girls that work the coffee shop have to have portable fans just to keep cool. The restaurant is great tho as well as the hair salon. Other than that it's hard to justify paying almost $300 a month for this place. It's no where near an Equinox level but that's how they see themselves. Oh and if there's an event there, and they have rented out a specific area then members can't come and use the facility. It's really a joke. Most of the positive views of this place come from people who've just visited and not the actual members themselves. Take it from my member who comes here daily- it's unfortunately not worth the price. The only reason we still go here is for the gym and the gym only.... but when it gets too hot and uncomfortable to work out it, we just resort to going in the gym in our building.

Service at the wedding venue fell short - the crucial cake-cutting moment was skipped, and guests were left with empty water glasses. A letdown overall. The venue itself was pretty posh. Clean well lit but horrible horrible service. For the price the bride and groom paid, I'd be upset and ask for a refund. Waiter were non existent. The wedding it self was fun. Would I recommend this place? Yes, if you like overpaying and love bad service. Book somewhere else.
