Do Not Stay Here!!!!! Should have walked when checking in. The hotel staff were dressed in t shirts. There was a homeless person asleep in the lobby. The room had No smoke alarm. Just some wires hanging out of the ceiling. This hotel was booked through Southwest Airlines Concierge. This place is a dump.

I booked this room thinking the location was closer to the strip but it is actually quite a trek and there is a giant fence around the back end so you have to take the street which is a long way around. We needed a place to stay after the I Heart Radio show just to crash for a few hours before taking an early morning flight home. So for the price, this was definitely worth it instead of a hotel on the strip. The room was basic. Nothing stood out to me on decor or anything. The beds were uncomfortable so I am glad we weren't there too long. It was quiet though, which is rare in the Vegas area. The staff was friendly and available at all hours. I would suggest this place if you want somewhere to stay off the strip for a cheap price, or need to be close to the airport.

I am rating this hotel on my experience for the price versus a luxury hotel right on the strip. I was Leary on Upon coming to this hotel but all around pleasantly surprised on every aspect. Reading reviews from some that had bad experiences I braved for impact but had none. I guess my bad for not figuring out they had a shuttle back anD forth to the airport for free. I took a cab who informed me while in route it was a standard $19.000 anywhere near the strip. It was maybe 2 1/2 miles drop from the airport. I was dropped in front of the office and was greeted upon entering with a smile. The check in went fast with ID and was given a key card and directed to my room. I was also told upon asking about breakfast that they now give sack breakfast instead of set up bar in the breakfast room. You ask for it at the front desk and they hand you a sack which you can take with you to your room or eat in the breakfast room. They have coffee and juice machines set up and bananas and oranges as well. My breakfast bag had a breakfast nut bar, a cinnamon or fruit danish and a bottle of water. I stuck in a banana and grabbed a cup of decaf and went back to my room to watch some TV and eat breakfast in bed. Now speaking about beds, it was a California King and wonderfully comfortable and I'm serious about my bed and pillows because I have back issues like most 55 year olds that worked hard and played hard all their lives. The pillows were so fluffy and cool when I laid my head on them I floated off to sleep before 10:00 and I'm a night owl. Haha! I really can't say enough on how comfy cozy I was and I was by myself and felt safe. The shower was big walk in and the sinks as a big stand alone, not like the counter cabinet that I seen in the pictures so I think renovated bathrooms. Room also had a microwave, small fridge and big flat screen TV. It's a little walk to the main strip but I'm up for it and you can call an Uber which is cheaper than a cab. The Tropicana is behind this hotel and the MGM across from the Tropicana. I would definitely stay here again but tonight I'm headed to thE Continental for the restt of the weEk to celebrate my birthday.

WOW! I LOVED THIS HOTEL SO MUCH! Let me start off by saying I am so picky, and I know that it's very hard to please me when it comes to hotel stays, especially in the SUMMER! I usually stay at Luxor, and it's too damn hot in the West towers this time of year, so i decided to try something completely different. CHECK-IN: I booked this room a month before I actually came, and I had to get a family member to the airport, so I figured this is as close as it possibly gets. When we first arrived i was EXTREMELY HESITANT! It liked a little droopy, old, and there's was construction going on in the back. As soon as we checked in, we were greeted by a nice woman, and the check in was so fast I couldn't believe it lol we were off to a great start! We went to room #146, and when we first went in there it smelled and felt like heaven! I had been driving for a few hours, and it was just so damn hot just from going to the check-in office to our room! ROOM: The room was honestly great, i was very shocked. Two huge beds, nice decoration, fridge, microwave, and a decent sized shower. We laid in the a/c for a few hours before hitting the strip, and it felt wonderful lol the biggest problem we have had with Luxor was the temperature of the room. Here, it was an igloo and I loved it lol. BREAKFAST: The next day, we had the continental breakfast. Well, i guess it was average, I didn't like that there was so many sweet options. I'd rather have a bagel and cream cheese vs 4/5 different types of danishes and 3 different types of muffins. However I did get a banana and some hard boiled eggs. I thought it was great that this place even served a breakfast at all, so I tried not to be too picky/hard on what they served. Could it use a bit of a change? Sure. Would I eat it again? Yes. SHUTTLE: This has to be the best part of the stay, and what really made me book here, and honestly what would bring me back. The shuttle drivers to the airport are the BEST. They're so kind, and so helpful. I had no idea what the hell it was that i was doing/ have never been to MCcarran airport. The shuttle dropped us off, and told us where he would picked us up. Instead of having to take an Uber and wasting tons of extra money, the shuttle definitely came through for us and this service was by far the best part about this trip. Both drivers even gave us great tips on where to eat/things to do. CHECK-OUT: Was as easy as the check-in! Be sure to tell them if you used the safe or not (we didn't and to be honest I don't even know where it was lol) and they give you back your money for the deposit you paid for. Very easy and perfect! ALL AROUND THIS WAS A GREAT ROOM AND EXPERIENCE! Thank you Wyndham for making our stay so special when we are away from home.

A nice, quiet, clean affordable stay in Vegas with free airport shuttle service and within walking distance of The Strip. The staff were friendly and provided helpful information for those visiting Vegas for the first time. They also had 24hr coffee/tea available, as well as a grab-and-go breakfast bar which had cold water (needed in the heat), fruit, granola bars and such. The rooms were clean; the only downsides were that the bathrooms were very small and the air conditioning unit was loud. Apart from that, the stay was comfortable and we were able to walk to the strip (closest is MGM) and walk back without feeling unsafe. They also offered free airport shuttle which was a great bonus.

No frills, basic motel accommodation with airport shuttle service and by the airport. Room was clean; hot water worked; and A/C felt amazing after a hot week in Mexico. Front desk staff were very courteous, prompt, and detailed with any information we needed during our short stay in Vegas. Drink vending machine was not stocked the best and a little pricey, but good in a pinch. They also have baggage/luggage storage available through the Bounce smartphone app (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/bounce-luggage-storage-nearby/id1444570755). (*NOTE: Prices charged in the app is a bit pricey, but we really like the convenience of it. Travelodge is not responsible for the app - only storage of goods.)

Friendly staff, check in and check out was super easy but 1) room smelled of cigarette smoke 2) dirty bathroom floor 3) light didn't work in bathroom (flickered every time it was turned on 4) dirty bed spread 5) husband found a roach in bathroom 6) someone else's hair on "clean towels" so glad we took our own sheets, pillows, and blankets. everything was put in a bag when we left and closed tight. straight to the laundry mat before we took stuff home.

BUGS BUGS BUGS! I arrived in Las Vegas about 1 A.M. went and gambled til 5 and by 5:30 the bugs were biting me. I realized this and spoke with management who offered me 10 percent off. Then kicked me out when I asked to speak to a manager. Was not giving a GM Number or customer service number or anything. The manager is a joke. When I told her there were bugs. Here response was "let me see" I have lived in a lot of places. I showed her the bugs and she continued to question the timeline. It was her dirty, in trimmed nails for me. This place is a joke. dirty, unhealthy and not safe. No security. To be clear it was not a MOTH. That was documented by me and by the staff. It was indeed a bed bug. I wanted to talk to management before going online but I was told to come back tomorrow. The lady was difficult and treated me poorly when I demanded answers. I was asked to leave before I was giving a receipt. I was told that My reaction was not from a bug bite. I asked for a refund and was offered 10 percent and a lecture on what I did wrong. I always stay on the strip and will continue to do so. THIS PLACE IS TRASH AND THEIR ON SITE MANAGEMENT IS NOT HOSPITABLE OR HELPFUL. So let's be clear, A MOTH WAS NOT WHAT WAS BITING ME AND WHAT I DOCUMENTED. I will post pictures but more importantly I will post the video of the bugs I found to my youtube page. I am disgusted at the way I was handled and dealt with by this place and will never be back.
