Such bad service I went here last minute to find my mother a rental and they put her in a red Toyota, that had unusual deep scratches across the radio, and a broken right side-view mirror, they switched her into another car which all the service check engine lights came on including tire pressure going low. The transmission was going out , I returned this crap of a car a whole 24hr period ahead of time and left a half of tank of gas, MIND YOU WHEN THEY SWITCHED MY MOM OUT THE RED TOYOTA the owner agreed I could give him $10 for gas and I did. HERE COMES THE CATCH SENSE EVERYTHING IS CASH ONLY THIS IS HOW THEY MANIPULATE YOUR DEPOSIT MY DEPOSIT WAS $140 the owner took almost a week to return my deposit, on top of that he tried to say I turned his car in late saying he would give me $115 back plus he was adding a charge for gas in the red Toyota *that he forgot I gave him cash for in person after getting his facts straight and after correcting him he said I was right but he had to deduct $5 for gas cause HE FORGOT THE MINIMUM OF GAS IS $15. Then he says he will send me my deposit through cashapp, but takes a $10 fee giving me $125 for whatever reason . Needless to say I'm going to the better business bureau I have my Receipts cash app deposit and pics of both cars even a video of the the young lady worker in the front office cursing at me telling me I should act more like a lady and respect myself because I'm transgender a real piece of shit place.

I don't know why this place got such negative reviews, we rented a minivan over the weekend to get to and from EDC and it was a breeze. First off, when we arrived at the airport, we shuttled to the rental car area. We called U Save and they sent over a Taxi to come fetch us and give us a FREE ride. This was a little scary because they have a contract with Deluxe Taxi Service and when they came to pick us up, the taxi driver in Spot #1 thought they were stealing his customer. So he ran over to us, yelled at our cab driver and even called her a bitch! I had to jump in and say we called for her, he would have took a swing at her if I didn't back her up! When we got to U Save, it just looked like a small parking lot with convertibles in the front and a single blue minivan. I instantly thought that was ours but when another group came in after us and asked if that minivan was theirs, I was like OH NO how about us?! I then sat down while my boyfriend checked in and I decided to read the reviews on yelp. Not gonna lie, I was SCARED. I saw all these negative reviews, I even texted my boyfriend that we might get scammed LOL. After my boyfriend was done checking in, we went out and a really cute White Kia Minivan was waiting for us. It was actually really nice aside from a couple small dings here and there. They did a walk through with us to make sure every ding was accounted for and then we were off! When we came to return it, the process was very smooth! The guy even gave us a lift back to the airport. I would definitely recommend this place to others who are looking for an affordable rental.

Recently rented a car that we had to bring back not even 30mins of driving off. The engine had valve tap (noise), dirty interior, smelt terrible, gauge cluster was hard to see due to the plastic being cleaned with a chemical that fogged up the plastic, and the steering shook terribly on highway speeds due to improper wheel balance. Fast forward to the replacement car. It was cleaner and no shaking. Not even 30mins of driving off the lot the tire pressure light comes on. Then half way through the week we rented it the brakes decided to squeak and grind. I rent cars quite frequently, this by far is the worst of all. The first car had 46k miles the second with 40k.

RED FLAG! AVOID! Who knew they were part of U-Save, which I booked via Orbitz. Notice it's not #YOU-Save. The company uses the letter U, because #you don't save. #You suffer. We arrived at the airport and headed to the rental car terminal only to learn that U-Save wasn't with the rest of the rental car companies. They dispatched a driver...45 minutes later! We think, "Okay, as long as the driver is nice, it's all cool." The driver looked like he just woke up. Doesn't greet us. Not one word. Opens the back of the van and doesn't bother helping us with our luggage. I ask him, "Rough night?" After all, it is Vegas. Dead silence. 10 seconds later he answers, "More like rough morning." Alrighty then. Guess the 10am pick up was too early for Mr.Sunshine. He drives us into The Strip and we learn U-Save is Dream Car Rentals. We think, "Okay, as long as the car is clean, it's all cool." A Hyundai comes out: stains on the upholstery, garbage on the floor and in the crevices, and a hint of cigarette smoke inside. We inspect the car to see all these divots and scratches along the car, like someone tried to break into this #beautifully, maintained vehicle. We think, "Okay, as long as it doesn't break down, it's all cool." We drive out on I-215. As soon as this "Dream Car" hits 65 mph, it starts to shake...violently. I notice the tire pressure lights going off too. We take it to the nearest gas station. Tire pressure is fine. I call up our man at Dream Car Rentals, Matt. He tells me the pressure lights go off b/c this is Vegas and it gets hot so it throws off the sensor. Buddy, it's 80 degrees and we're from California where it gets to 100 degrees like Vegas. Mr. Dream Car Rentals then explains that this car has a known problem of shaking at 65 mph, but Dream Car's mechanics said it poses no danger. Yes, Dream Car Rentals leased me a car with a known mechanical problem. So, I demand another car. He refuses. I demand my money back. He refuses. I demand to speak to his manager or supervisor. He refuses. It's Easter Sunday and no one is available. Fortunately, Matt acquiesced and allowed me to switch cars. Another Hyundai comes out. This one isn't as filthy. Just a wad of gum smack dab in the middle of the passenger seat. So 4 hours after arriving in Vegas, we finally have our Dream Car. Yes U-Save...U SUCK!

Worst Car Rental Ever. What a Scam! I would not give this car rental any star. At first, when they bring the car out to me, the car was dirty and the employee have to bring it back in to clean up the car, making me wait for another 30 minutes. When the employee finally drove the car out, he complained about not getting a tip. Once I started driving the car, the signal light doesn't work, so I have to manual turn it off. Once I get out the car, the remote doesn't work so I have to manual locked the car from the auto button inside the car to lock all 4 doors, because if I used the key, it would only lock the driver side. Gas wasn't full when I received the car. After getting to our Hotel and parked there for 4 hours, we drove from MGM to Bellagio for dinner and a show. So we parked at Bellagio for 7 hours, when we came out, the battery was dead at around 12 midnight. I called the 24 Roadside service. The employee said that "we are getting ready to close and no one is here to help you, can you locked your car and call back early in the morning. So take a cab back to hotel and get a reimbursement later" Luckily, I am not that type of person that will make it a big deal about the 24 HOURS Roadside service. Please do not advertise 24 Hours Roadside service if your company does not offer it. False Advertisement This service was unacceptable. The next morning when I called the company get checked on the car. The same employee who complained about getting a tip, came and picked me up from MGM to where the car was at in Bellagio. He complained again about tips from the pervious customer he just took to the airport about promising to give him a tip, then didn't. I felt sorry for the guy, and he did picked me and jump start the rental car for me, so I gave him $5 tips. So...once I came to back to the car rental place to return my car rental. I explained what was going on and try to get my reimbursement for the cab. The front desk staff said she would have to talk to the manager and to all of the staff that I spoke about my incident to get my reimbursement back for cab and stated that if my story was true and I get my refund credit back, but I have to wait until the next day when the manager come in. I cannot wait because my flight is boarding in 2 hours. This morning I checked my email and saw an email from this them stating that they cannot reimburse my cab fee because they believe it was my fault for leaving the light on (which I did not). I don't want to make it a big deal and call them to complain. It's not worth my time. I never used Yelps before so I decided to go on to Yelps and read their reviews. Man, I didn't know that so many customer have problem with this care rental place. I learned my lesson and will not ever come to this place again. I only created a Yelps to post this review. I thought I would save some money because they offer the cheapest rates but it was very inconvenience because when you arrived at the airport, there are no sign of they car rental company, you would have ask one of the staff at the airport for direction. You will have to take the regular car rental shuttle to the car rental place and then their company cab to their place. (where I waited 45 minutes for the company cab to arrived). PLEASE BE AWARE, this company might offer a cheap rate, but it's not worth the time to go through the problem with them.

Should be called "u-suck extremely old and filthy used car rental co." One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Ruined my vacation! First car I got was a 2007 Camry that was filthy and it stunk like wet dog. Had to cover the front seats with a bedsheet so we didn't catch anything. After having engine problems with that car they gave me a 2009 Altima with 415,000 miles on it. I kid you not..they told me it used to be a cab. That one didn't smell but it was filthy as well. Made reservation through Travelocity and I thought all rental car companies were created equal but boy was I in for a surprise. STAY AWAY!!!

TERRIBLE PLACE! RUN BY CROOKS! STAY AWAY! This is essentially an epic Fail Blog, so the key points first: - Bait-and-Switch Pricing - Reserved Car Not Available - Downgraded - Cars in Non-Road-Worthy Condition - Cleaning Fee Extortion Only Circumvented by Bribing Mechanic/Cleaner We came into Vegas with a plan to do two days of off-roading in the Death Valley area, four Jeeps in total. We reserved the Jeeps, got a price quote (over the phone mind you, not written) for the rental of four off-road ready Jeeps. We mention multiple times that we would be taking these Jeeps off-road, checking to make sure that we can buy sufficient insurance coverage for the drivers who do not have it through their auto insurance. We show up, and low-and-behold, they only have two off-road ready Jeeps, another being a stock vehicle with no lift and rock-crawling tires. A long wait ensues until that third Jeep is made ready. Yay. The fourth one is sourced from Death Valley. Then comes the bait-and-switch; the clerk behind the counter tells us that "oh, since you'll be taking these Jeeps off-road, there is an $80 surcharge per day to the price that we quoted you." Completely ridiculous, classic bait-and-switch! We told them from the beginning that we were going off road. After arguing for an extended period of time, and letting them know that what they're doing is really not cool (and illegal, for that matter), they reduce their surcharge, but do not void it altogether. Well, we were in a holdup position and had to get out of there if we were to make our planned arrival in Death Valley. Once we were on the road, the check engine light comes on in two Jeeps. Mine also shows "Change Oil" every time I start it. Great. Just what you want to drive into the desert. Once on the highway, we find that all of the soft tops have essentially disintegrated. They no longer clip into the body properly, and half of the zippers break once they're hit by the road wind. We have to repack the cars to make sure that we don't shed any equipment onto the highway or possibly strike a motorist or biker. In the end, we have to pull all of the soft windows out so that they don't flap violently and hit the backseat passengers in the face. We go into Death Valley, run about 60 miles off-road, have fun anyway, and bring the Jeeps back on time on Sunday. We drive into the lot, and the clerk (a different guy) tells us "the way those Jeeps look, we will have to detail them and charge you for the cost of cleaning. They are disproportionately dirty. " I ask how much it will cost, and he tells me "up to $350, but I won't know until we're done." We paid a dubious off-road surcharge, and now they want to ding us again! Are the Jeeps dusty? Of course they are! They were in the desert...off road. Could we do anything about it? NO! We couldn't even put in the windows of the soft top since they were BROKEN. In the end, we just pay off the lot tech with $20 each so that he gives the office his "seal of approval". At that point, we just wanted to get out of there with as little further financial damage as possible. What a miserable place. On the way to our hotel, we at least heard that the owner of the company likes to take his cars out into the desert, get drunk, and then drive around in donuts. Quality bunch. My advice: NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Note: U Save Car Rentals and Dream Car Rentals are the same business.

I would give them 0 star if I could. I rented here for the first time because I had a gift certificate. After my first experience, I WOULD NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN, not even if they gave me a free rental. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT workers. However, they are good at lying and not caring about ethics or principals.

The staff was friendly but it took close to an hour to get a car and that's with only 3 people ahead of me. The same people who check out also check people in. After checking in the same person walks you out to a car. So in other words they should have separate staff to check people in and out. Bring proof of insurance.
