I've really enjoyed this place. I have hosted groups of adults and children and are planning more in the future. We go for their Wednesday special. Free easy parking is also a bonus. This past time, several of the pinball machines weren't working, so hopefully that has been resolved, but the majority of the other games have not had issues. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

We came to my cousins birthday that was hosted in the esports area. It was overall a very good experience! We got some wristbands that gave us access to the games that you go up to the desk and ask for. They have SO many to choose from! The staff is really friendly and helpful so the whole process is really smooth. You have comfy couches to play the consoles from and it's not super crowded. The party had food too! The chicken tenders were actually really delicious and moist. Most of the time I don't have high expectations for arcade food but this was genuinely good. I recommend hosting your kids next birthday here!!

Instead, we left with empty pockets, sticky fingers from handling too many arcade buttons, thank God for hand sanitizer! Don't get me wrong--we had a blast! The games were fun, the vibes were solid, and we laughed like maniacs. But let's just say the only thing we won was the realization that claw machine was emotionally abusive. We're in the process of healing.

This review is strictly based on the food. Pizza was bad, the dough was like cardboard and didnt have much of a flavor. The sliders were dry... Not sure what the patty was made up of, thought it was a sausage patty. Not pictured, the wings.... in the words of The Sugarhill Gang "Ever went over a friend's house to eat and the food just ain't no good? I mean the macaroni's soggy, the peas are mushed, and the CHICKEN TASTE LIKE WOOD?" Yup wings were like eating overcooked chicharrones. The fries on the other hand were pretty darn good and the reason i gave 2 stars. The venue it self is nice and the service was good. Would go back for just the games.

I just wanted to leave a review for a great company! I stopped by recently to ask if they would be interested in supporting our school fall festival fundraiser and without hesitation they gave me a voucher for 2 entrees, an appetizer, 2 drinks, a milkshake, and 2 one hour play cards all for free. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the generosity! It's a great place to visit with awesome games and a really cool concept. Thanks again for supporting our school!

I brought my nephew and his friend to play here. They love this place, I sat at the bar and drink beer ate nachos and since I'm a pig, I also had a bacon cheeseburger. Everything was good and the customer service was excellent.

Love the concept of this place as it gives an alternative to Dave and Buster's while having a similar feel. Have been here a few times now for work outings as well as just casual play and have enjoyed it each time. The first time we came, the food was pretty disappointing for the catered event but most recently (a week or two ago) the food had improved significantly so that was a major win. The lanes are nice in the bowling alley, though the ball was getting stuck fairly regularly. The staff was nice to help out but it definitely dragged the games a bit. It wasn't a big deal since it was for work, but if we had been paying by the hour it would've been pretty unfortunate. The arcade itself is nice and clean, without too many issues with games. Basically everything we played worked as expected which is nice for an arcade. There's a wide variety of games so you're bound to find something that suits you! Outside of the work events we brought some family from out of town and had some game cards leftover from the work events to give them. They went to town for a whirlwind hour of running through the place and had a blast. Definitely the perfect place to just let the kids have a good time. Overall we enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

I had a great time at Velocity. I came on a night that they had karaoke. I tried the burger and fries. Loved the garlic aioli sauce that came on the burger. Cheap prices. Fun games. You can't beat that.
