We recently visited VIP Family Indoor Play Room and had such a great time! The location is on the second floor, so keep that in mind when arriving. Socks are required, and you'll be asked to remove your shoes and place them in cubbies before entering the play area. The flooring inside is soft and padded, making it safe and comfy for little ones to run around. There's a nice variety of toys, a kitty trampoline, and a decent-sized jungle gym that kids can climb and explore. It's a perfect spot for toddlers and younger children to burn off some energy. They also have private rooms available for parties or events, which is a great option for birthdays or group playdates. The owner is super friendly and approachable, and the staff keeps everything clean and organized. There are two restrooms (one on each side of the venue), lots of seating including couches, benches, and chairs--very parent-friendly! They offer snacks and drinks for sale, and if you're a regular, they have a $45/month membership option which makes it easy to stop in with your little ones anytime. A bonus: they're also on POGO Pass, which is an awesome way to visit without extra cost if you're not member. We were also lucky enough to attend their recent Back to School event, where they gave away backpacks and hosted local vendors--a great community touch! Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming indoor play space in the area.

Under new ownership by Chelsea and she is SO nice! I love the new rates that are more affordable, the layout is better, and she is so patient and understanding!

VIP Family Indoor was the best place to have my daughter's birthday. Here are all the reasons why: 1) the whole place is closed for your party of up to 45 guests 2) 2 party hosts to help set up and guide your guests 3) party room with 2 tvs for games and karaoke 4) very clean 5) lots of toys and things for entertainment 6) you can get a pull piñata added 7) you can have them decorate for you 8) drinks and utensils are included in your package 9) service was great!! I barely did anything and it was perfect! The kids and adults loved the experience. We were treated like VIPs, but the real VIPs are the owner and employee who helped with the party. Thank you, Jasmine for an easy and fun birthday!!! Highly recommend.

I've taken my kids to play here twice and they absolutely loved it. They could play for hours and I am comfortable just hanging out letting them do their thing. They are within sight and sound at all times, which I love! I also love that it's not overstimulating for us. The owner checks on everyone, makes sure the kids are safe and parents are comfortable, and is an active part of the experience. They have snacks and drinks, but also allow you to bring food in. They have great pricing, competitive deals, and are truly in business for the families. I look forward to all the play dates and events here. Highly recommend! Your family will love it!

My son 6yrs old loves coming here! Meeting up & seeing other friends that come too is super fun. Love it! I can be here all day and not worry about food. So many options to grab lunch downstairs & u can eat inside here too. Clean, safe & lots of space to play and they even have video game area. Friendly staff and lots of space for adults to have a good view on the kids.

We used our POGO pass for one hour of play at VIP kids so I'm not actually sure how much it would cost without a POGO pass! I think you pay for a whole day pass per kid. The website has the prices. It is not pay per hour. Anyways, we were pleasantly surprised. This location just opened in November as a play area for kids, babies, and adults. And honestly, it does that! There are lots of couches for adults to relax, games for adults, party rooms with karaoke for groups, a play area of crawling babies or sitting babies, a basketball for older kids, and a jungle gym for the littler kids. Thus, lots of toys everywhere to play. As for the toys themselves, they had a good mix of toys for all ages and genders. The toys were sometimes separated and sometimes mixed, it just depended on what you were looking for--but generally, the types of toys that needed to be in the same area stayed together. For example, the board games are together, the car toys together, Barbie's together, and food toys by the kitchen, etc.. Some were broken and might have needed a bit of a wipe down, but I think that's expected in any indoor playground that has many kids playing with toys on the daily. The bathroom was clean and had a stool for kids. You can bring your own food and drinks as long as you keep it on the table areas so they don't spill and cause mess. And there are snacks there for sale if your kids are hungry and you didn't bring anything. McDonalds is also right across the street and an Indian food restaurant in the same complex. The service is also good, we were greeted and the front desk was very friendly. There is a place for everyone to put their shoes. Make sure you bring socks because they are required. For the location, it is upstairs in the complex so you need to take the stairs or elevator to reach it. It wasn't hard to find. There was ample parking. Finally, we were the only ones in the play area for the hour we were there. We went when it opened at 10:30 am on a weekday. That was really nice because my kids could have the whole place to themselves. The place is really safe because it is all carpet or something. It isn't hardwood so that's awesome for clumsy kids. But my older one was looking for other kids to play with, he is 5. So an hour was okay for him without other kids. If there were other kids, he probably could've played all day. My younger one, age 1.5, didn't want to leave. He would have been fine to play there all day with just his brother. Overall, it was a nice, short outing for us! If they had passes for half day or a couple of hours, I think we would definitely come back more! I'm not sure we'd be able to play all day though, but I think you might get in n out privileges if you need to leave and come back later. Worth a look if you are in the area and want a place for your kids to play while you mix with friends without having to worry about cleaning your house or cleaning up after little ones!k v

I really liked this place. It was a great way to beat the heat. It gets so hot out, and I needed somewhere to take my almost two year old. They had tons of toys, for all different ages. They also have an indoor playground. We enjoyed it so much we came back the next week for another play date. They have lots of spaces for the parents to sit as well, and I liked the baby area they had. Everyone does need socks to go in. The staff member was awesome, I didn't catch her name. She kept the place very tidy, and we didn't feel rushed out when our time was up. Will be back again.

This is one of our favorite play spots for our toddler! She is always so busy once she gets inside and as parents, we can either follow her around and play with her or relax on the couch and watch her play. The family that owns this puts so much love and care into the business with everything from Cleaning meticulously and being careful about germs to creative decorations, and game ideas for each event they hold. We just went to their Halloween event and we' impressed with how creative they got. They even turned one of their rooms into an escape room, which was fun for both kids and adults. We come back here all the time because they are kind and thoughtful, creative and fun! We think that you're a family will love it here too.
