Okay- I have to give these guys something to boost their rating because we went Saturday morning- they were short staffed (like two/three people working) with a line in the lobby and people in the drive-through. A bit overwhelmed. Despite this, the associate that helped us was so kind and positive, she made sure very attentively that we all had what we needed, including drink orders, extra sauces and napkins. AND they had our complicated group of 4 served accurately and with fresh hot fries, nuggets and sandwiches within 5 minutes of ordering. I've been to better staffed Wendy's where this wasn't the case. It was nice to drive here for early lunch to avoid the rush in city center. We hardly had to wait. Women's Bathroom was clean and stocked as well. It's Wendy's, people!! The food is what you're getting at any Wendy's nationwide. Just don't be an A-hole to staff, be a kind human and you'll get treated right.

Really fast service. Placed through app and was first to order in drive through and get to window. Probably waited total 2 mins before I had fresh food. Overall sandwich was a bit dry but balanced with an appropriate amount of mayo. Fries and spicy nuggets were solid. The chili was balanced, but the beans were a bit undercooked. Frosty (not pictured) is the fan favorite of course.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never felt more disrespected in my life at a fast food restaurant. The cashier was friendly, but when she made a mistake and could not fix it, she called over the manager when I explained to the manager the issue she spoke to me very disrespectfully. She even had the nerve to tell me to hurry up and close out my coupon and pull it back up because I'm wasting her time. Mind you they didn't have any other customers at the time...And she's supposed to be a manager?! I've never felt like more of a problem in my life just to get my kids some food. I do not recommend going to this location. RUDE RUDE RUDE! I think this whole store should go through another customer service class. to make matters worse fries were double dipped and cold.

I come to this Wendy's most of my time in Vegas for breakfast or lunch depends the time I leave back home I came today at 10am the black lady taking our order was rudeeeeeee asf we canceled all the stuff we was getting which was around $65 bucks and went to McDonalds instead . IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK STAY AT HOME !! It's that simple

This has got to be the worst Wendy's I've been too I've never seen such a miserable manager at 10PM!! Girl these drive times ain't your life, I don't feel like there's ever a need to rudely interrupt a customer connection and then processed to not take the criticism like a grown woman. The staff here does not follow health and safety procedures. They are handling their phones, touch their hair and other personal items while trying to cook. The staff also refuses to allow you to order at the drive-through instead insisting you come in and pick up the food even if it's what you placed using the Wendy's app The place is dirty and gross. The parking lot is absolutely filthy. The staff also needs training on customer service if I could rate zero stars, I would.
