I have recently returned to WorldMark (WM) Las Vegas for a weekend stay. I was in the city that never sleeps for the Walgreens Open at the Las Vegas Strip held in the Las Vegas Convention Center. What a fun pickleball event! I booked a one studio unit at WM Las Vegas, but upon check-in, the nice lady at the front desk informed me that I got an upgrade to a one bedroom unit. Thank you! A studio is perfect for me, but I couldn't say no because they didn't have any more studio units since they somehow gave my studio unit to someone else. It was no biggie for me. More space is sometimes nice. Funny, I ended up sleeping on the murphy bed in the living space rather than in the bedroom. I prefer open space actually. Check-in was fast and quick. Service was very friendly. As I was walking out to my car, a wonderful gentleman from Member Services hollered my name. I knew exactly what was going to happen next. Of course I couldn't turn down a WM owner's update. I love attending them! Sign me up as long as I have time to attend them. I enjoy listening to the group presenter and vacation counselor as to what they want to share with me. I am always excited to hear what's new and what's happening within my WM vacation ownership. At the end of the day, they just want me to buy more WM credits from them. That's all. Anyway, thank you Mark (Member Services), Adrianna (Group Presenter), and James (Vacation Counselor) for your great service, your amazing presentation, and your honesty, respectively! Thank you WM Las Vegas for another wonderful stay. Just one note, Building 13 elevator was squeaking or rattling. Please have it looked at. I was concerned I would be stuck in it, but luckily, it didn't happen. Unit 13-303's carpet could use some cleaning or a replacement. It was quite dark and dirty. The tile floor was not swept or mopped at all. Overall unit cleaniless could have been better. Hence, 4 stars!

I went to sales presentation at Worldmark Boulevard in Las Vegas today which lasted 2 1/2 hours. I said I had to leave but would come back next day. A few hrs. Later I got an email informing me of my new Worldmark credit card which I never said I wanted. They signed me up for a worldmark credit card without me knowing and ran hard credit without me knowing. This made me realize I couldnt trust anything they were selling me. I currently have 32,000 points and am a bronze member. they wanted to sell me 6,000 more points for $21,000.00 to access vip benefits and finance it at $350.00 per month including interest. My existing dues are $320.00 per month for my 32,000 annual credits. they said if I purchase vip benefits my payment of $320.00 per month for my bronze membership is no longer due since I would now be a vip owner paying $350.00 per month to pay off the $21,000 fee for joining via program. Financial Considerations A $21,000 purchase for 6,000 additional credits equates to about $3.50 per credit, which is roughly triple current resale market pricing (around $1.10-$1.40/credit depending on market conditions). Financing at $350 monthly implies high developer interest rates with long amortization periods. As such, resale acquisition or rental from existing owners often provides identical vacation options for a fraction of the cost--albeit without cosmetic VIP labeling. Conclusion: My current Bronze tier already permits nearly all functional booking abilities of WorldMark ownership. The proposed $21,000 VIP upgrade primarily grants modest luxury-tier perks that have questionable practical value against the substantial increase in financial obligation. Independent real-world reports highlight that such upgrades typically do not result in tangible improvements in booking flexibility or cost savings. Don't walk, but run from this sales pitch. I researched this information in my room/unit after leaving the sales pitch using Perplexity AI.

Upon arrival this location has surprising amenities. The staff is very friendly. I came to write a story but ended up yelping solo. Tonight I will sleep well and be the dreamer mark my world. Gayle's Sister owns a lot of WorldMark timeshare points and has been playing the timeshare "game" very well over the years. We sometimes get invited to come along and at a nice rate. Our 3 night stay at the WorkMark was around our taking in a recent B-52s show at the Venetian. This is one of the nicer WorldMarks that we've stayed, with our 2 BR Suite being roomy, comfortable, and almost luxurious. We slept well, with plenty of early morning privacy from those who get up earlier in the day. The Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room, and Scenic Deck were all excellent. WorldMark staff were friendly and were right on it when we reported a problem with our room. That involved a serious plumbing issue that forced us to move to another Suite. We had to wait to check into that one, and experienced a manageable inconvenience or returning our luggage to the car for later. For that bit of trouble, we were offered a $75 gift certificate, which of course is better than nothing. This WorldMark runs a shuttle to and from the Strip (@Excaliber) which runs on the hour. We didn't find it all that convenient as it was still a long walk to and from the Venetian. Pool time was problematic as the Lazy River and the associated hot tub near Building 4 were out-of-service for repair and tree work respectively. The hot tub was available near Building 3 (an easy walk), but the pool required 50 people in attendance before it would open. Tip: If you want food beyond an impressive selection of chips, visit a nearby Smith's and don't expect much from the "General Store" here.

WorldMark is an awful company that takes no accountability. If you're looking for the following experiences, you'll get them: 1) Never being able to answer a question- they will pass you around for hours to another department that can't answer your question because "that's not their department of expertise"- even though you were transferred to each of them by the prior dept. 2) Not being able to book due to obsolete restrictions, days cut out, and time. 3) Not ever being called back from owner services- corporate. 4) Endless meetings where they tell you you're stupid for buying this program, you should have bought a different one cause the one you bought is useless. 5) Actual problems from the first booking- exit program. 6) Being offered "gifts" that won't actually be useable. 7) Being signed up for several programs yet not actually have any coordination between any of them, and you're the "mother company" too- yeah, I get it now, because you do all the work and get nothing buy insults, ignored, and walked over. 8) Bad views and rodents in your rooms- yep! It's included! So, in short, if you're looking for a scam that will take your money, never actually help or answer, poorly conceptualized company that goes beyond the NOT caring of even their VIP owners. If you want to be forced to go on vacation on their terms vs what actually works for you. And pay endless maintenance fees that are more than you would pay to just rent a place when you want to get away. If you want have scam callers with all your information, consistently call you at all hours, WorldMark by Wyndham is exactly what you are looking for. If you want a vacation, that you just go and enjoy- this company is NOT what you are looking for.

As a longtime owner, I'm not a fan of Worldmark Las Vegas. There are many reasons, one is the sales staff is pushy, arrogant and, in my opinion, unethical. I travel the world and I can assure you, that you do not need timeshare points to go on regular and fulfilling vacations. Additionally, on our last visit, the pool was closed and said they would only open it if 50 guest wanted to use it. 50 guests... Furthermore, the rooms need to be updated. And it can get very loud in the corridors and between rooms. Not at the pool... Because it wasn't open. A lot of the times it is the staff being loud. There were two staff members having a loud and obnoxious conversation right at our front door at 8am. There is a lot of potential for this resort, but many of the staff need retrained.

Roaches! ! Roaches, everywhere!!!! When we woke up on our first morning there were roaches on the kitchen walls & counters. The OG roaches didn't even run away! (See the video). The front desk did not seemed surprised and even inferred that we might have brought them with us, smh! Offered us a coffee voucher - gthoh! Of course, I will not be returning!

This is our first time staying here using our timeshare. We stayed here many years ago with my parents and remembered the lazy river. First of all, we arrived early from Cali to avoid traffic on a holiday weekend. They were accommodating in getting us in early. In fact, we had an awesome corner room, 5420, overlooking the lazy river. Instead of a pullout couch, there was a Murphy bed which is so much more comfortable and convenient since our friends could set on the couch if we were still in bed. The room was clean and well appointed with a balcony, an electric fireplace, full kitchen and two televisions. Now the downside; the air conditioner compressor made very loud noises. It wasn't constantly but sometimes when we were sleeping and it would wake us up. In addition, there wasn't enough towels, coffee, and other supplies and we continually had to call for more which was really annoying. The water pressure in the shower is weak. All of the other resorts we've stayed at, we've always gotten one cleaning during our week stay. We weren't allowed a cleaning here. The lazy river could use a vacuuming and netting. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed it and our stay.
