Applebees on a Thursday night and it wasn't too busy. The ambiance is like a bar style with restaurant on the inside For food we started with the Ultimate Trio: 1. Riblets: these have a bone in them and unfortunately was hard to eat- didn't love that 2. Boneless Wings: lots of breading, almost more like chicken nuggets. 3. Chicken Wontons: best app of the night and absolutely delish with a crispy shell. Brew Pub Pretzels: the pretzels were okay but the cheese sauce was super super salty. Wasn't my favorite Loaded Brew Waffle Fries: also very salty. It may have just been the cheese sauce, but it was a lot. It was still okay, better with the ranch for some dairy to calm down the saltiness. Overall: it was okay, but I think I'm gonna stick to my Chilis

Tara was our server and she was amazing. Applebee's is always a good place to eat, but what really makes it stand out are the amazing servers! They're super friendly, quick, and always make sure you have everything you need. It feels like they genuinely care and want you to enjoy your meal. The food is tasty and comes out fast, but the awesome service is what keeps me coming back. Definitely 5 stars!

We both had burgers, I had the Mushroom Swiss and hubby had the Classic Bacon. They were both delicious. Waitress was very good and got us our food in good time and was very friendly. The only problem we had was that we were freezing. But, that was our bad for not bringing a jacket, we know better than that. Overall, we will be back.

Diane and I ate here for a late night dinner, and I took advantage of its promotion of The Really Big Meal Deal with a Big Chicken Sandwich and Classic Fries. The breaded chicken was hot and juicy, augmented by a little bit of mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomato slices. After I asked for and received more mayo, the sandwich was quite tasty. The fries were fairly standard. And, a crock of French Onion Soup contained ample Swiss Cheese and tasty broth. Diane liked her Double Crunch Shrimp. Booth seating was comfortable, and service by Ryan L. was excellent. XXX-1/2 stars overall!

Applebees happy hour is my go to spot with my son since the appetizers are half priced. The Chicken Wonton Tacos are always a hit and so are the mozzarella sticks. I was surprised today it was not super packed and service was quick. We ended the night with the triple chocolate meltdown and that made this late night meal worth it.

When walking in the lobby was filled. So we sat at the bar. Bar scene was empty. Our server was Mireema. She was a nice young lady. We did have to hail another server for more napkins. My mom ordered steak broccoli mashed potatoes. The steak was good. Her was good. She ate it all. She did order a Dosequis beer. They added salt around the rim that was weird for us so we had to send it back for a regular beer no salt. I ordered the Cajun salmon with green beans and potatoes. I have a honey chicken sauce on the side, which was a good idea. When they delivered our food, there was a man in the back, just holding our food and yip yapping. And we can watch him plain as day. My drink was a strawberry margarita. It was very delicious. The bartender here lady with black hair semi fit build she is heavy-handed.

This is probably one of the worst experiences I've had with Applebee's. I ordered three meals and called in to place the order. The phone was answered by someone who speaks very fast and had little listening skills because I had to repeat myself many times. On top of this, none of the modifications I asked for were done and before I even called my grandmother called to ask about those modifications and was informed they could be done. I called and the same person answers the phone. I explain the order is wrong and he just said "hold on" then a manager gets on the phone I'm assuming and I'm explaining what went wrong and that I was on my way back. I arrived and shortly the manager working at the time came out. It was a white male, can't remember his name but it was about 3:20pm on Sunday 03/23. And when I was explaining to him my order it was like he was looking at me as a child (I look young but what does looking young have to do with how you treat someone) or someone who was trying to get free food (he also tried to tell me that I was wrong about one of the orders being incorrect without even looking at it). When he finally slowed down and listened to me fully we got on the same page and the order was corrected. The only meal that was hot was my grandmothers meal which was the only one remade since they used the wrong sauce. I don't know if the kitchen was just moving fast or if the modifications just never made it to them because the guy on the phone was moving and speaking very fast like he didn't have time to take the order in the first place but how all the orders were incorrect is beyond me. I will just go to the rainbow location going forward whenever I do eat Applebees which isn't very often. They did let me keep the incorrect order due to waste which was a nice thing that came from this. I think they only did that when they realized I just wanted my order corrected and I wasn't trying to get anything from them because he was walking off with it after I handed it to him then stopped and asked if I just wanted to keep it.

Stopped by here today with my son & husband. My husband & I were pretty dissapointed with the kitchen service. Our server was excellent, but the kitchen was just horrible, my sons chicken tendies were overcooked as well as the fries, my husband asked for no sauce on his burger, and still brought his burget with bbq. Which he sent back and also sent my sons back. My food was perfect however i asked for a side of brocoli which never came with my meal I was already pretty much almost done with my meal. My husband and son were still waiting for their meal the waiting period if i can give it a negative 10 in the kitchen I would have. My husband and son waited 20 min for their food to be corrected. The manager did come by, but to be honest . We addressed our concerns, but I knew we should have just eaten elsewhere. She comp a cake for my son. We still payed our food, nothing was taken off the tab. I also noticed another table behind us was complaining about not getting their appetizer and they got their food 1st. I am not sure if thats the kitchen or the service but this location deff needs structure, and to be a little more organized. Other tables got their food, 1st as well before bringing the food that needed to be corrected on our table. So we were deff dissapointed given it was our 1st time here. We are from cali, and are out here for a few days but i deff wont be returning.
