I love this Bourbon Street. Bourbon Street is very "hit or miss" here in Vegas. This location is wonderful. The staff is friendly & all around good vibes for the atmosphere. I had a great time coming to this location!

I was up to about $70, changed games to poker double bonus bonus. Max bet, hit the draw bottom and it went back to the bet screen. Didn't even get to play my first hand. The machine toke about $25, without me even playing. I call the staff over and they said that they didn't know and a bet is a bet. So I just lost my money without even playing a single hand. And there is nothing they alcan do about it. They also said this has happened to multiple people as well, and didn't even log anything time machine ECT. This is a scam.

I walk into the place, mind you it requires being buzzed in like a ghetto New York City apartment building, and am greeted by seemingly the hostess who cards me. Ok, she asks if I want to gamble and I say yes, before I ask if they have any beers on tap. She tell me "I'm gonna be honest with you, they never clean the lines, so you should just grab a bottle," and points to a tall stand up refrigerator far behind what was apparently the bar counter, but with a very large gap in between, before walking away to help another guest. I attempted to read the bottles so I could choose one but it was so far and there was no bartender or chairs to sit at... I saw a hunched over bald woman dragging a cart from behind the bar counter and assumed it was just a homeless person they let in, so I hurriedly moved past her to get a closer look at the bottles of beer. Then, the hostess came back over, looked at me, and said "oh honey you can't be back here, you need to get out." Confused, I apologized and backed up, before she continued with "no, not your bad, you need to get the fuck out right now." 0/5 Would not go again. I work in restaurants and that kind of behavior is never acceptable.

This place suuuuucks. Machines out of order. Half the menu is unavailable. Bartender has a crappy attitude, is non-apologetic and gives zero f's about customer service.

Glen and Kat were wonderful today. The games have supposedly been down since covid but the pool tables are still good to play. Hope they can get the games going again but drinks are great and attitudes are the same. See ya next time.

Only 1 star endless the Raven is bar tender she is very disrespectful to customers she not friends with!!!! 5 stars when all others are working!!!! You have to go in with a mind set of not expecting too much to truly enjoy Bourbon Street. Each location features different video games, frozen drinks, NOLA themed food options, and delicious Zapp's chips for sale. This is a CASH ONLY bar so make sure to bring plenty of cash or expect a $2 withdrawal fee from the available ATM. For drinks you'll need to go to the counter to order, they won't come around to serve you. The drinks are pretty cheap, $4 ish for a beer. For each $1 you spend you also get a token, who doesn't love free games on top of drinking. They also have different prizes available for the redeemed tickets like sport themed beads, coasters, stuffed animals and more. It's definitely more of a dive bar and it does smell quite smokey inside, but overall I always have a good time.

I would say that the people here are really disrespectful, but after reading all the other reviews seems like I'm beating a dead horse. May the owners be bought out and the staff replaced.

This place deserves zero stars. As soon as my friends and I entered the bar, the old lady was like "you know the games don't work right? Are you guys gonna drink?" Like DUH we're gonna drink. Who wakes up one day and goes "oh I wanna go to bourbon street so I can play their toy games" Then my friends and I ordered shots, which we haven't even drank yet and she told us we're cut off for an hour. Even though we were minding our business and not even drinking recklessly. Get a grip you old fart. Take your lousy attitude somewhere else because when we enter the bar it says "hiring friendly people" and you are definitely not friendly. No other bourbon street in Vegas is like this.

First time going to bourbon street, not knowing what to expect but just wanted to go get drinks and gamble a bit. I've always seen these around town and always tempted to go in. Me and the wife go in and looks cool but weren't greeted. We sit down waiting for someone to come up to us or we started looking for menus, 20 mins later I get up and go to the register and ask if I can order here. "Their response was we can go up to you." So he follows me back to where I was seated at the bar and takes our order. Fine he took our order, gave us our drinks (bland to be honest so I switched to beer). Now don't get me wrong I'm not trying to bash on them I would like to return and see improvement, and that's the only reason why I'm making this review. I was a server/ bartender for a couple years not hard giving good service or faking it but show at least you wanna be at work. Food is literally is what you should expect for the amount your paying.tbh No where does it say cash only bar, that should be everywhere.
