We've been to this location a lot through out the years but we stopped coming after experiencing countless times it would take a long while for the food to come out.. once the food comes out you rarely get checked on. We decided to come back recently just to give it a try again & sadly nothing has changed. We really like b-dubs, just wish this location was more attentive & employees seem like they care.

Juliet our waitress was just so terrible at her job we sat down at our table not once did she turn around to acknowledge us it took her 20 to 25 mins to get to our table to take our drinks order when the drinks finally came she brought us the wrong drinks left the incorrect drinks on the table and said she would fix it when the food finally arrived she didn't supply us with no utensils and no napkins and the correct drinks still haven't made it to our table we got our food way before our correct drinks it was till I asked for a manager that we got napkins utensils, and our correct drinks we got our drinks 45mins later after arriving, just overall awful service from our waitress Juliet we been here before and never experienced such awful customer service before!!!! What a shame!!!!

This place sucks. Idk just don't come here, thank me later. Slow service took over 30 mins just for apps and beer . Idk why I even waited so long.

Tried this one again , WORST BDubs ever , 7 tables empty with trash . This place was dead , plenty of employees walking around waited 10 minutes and walked out . Was told by one server they'd seat us in a minute but it didn't happen .... Will not be back to this one again . I've left several reviews and still try and give this place a shot . Go to the one on Craig ... it's way better and cleaner

Stick with the one on Craig, better yet Wingstop. Order was to be ready BY 9PM,l. Currently it's 9:20p and I'm still waiting. After waiting at counter for 5 minutes, Twice was asked my name for the order and both times cashier came out with no update at all until I asked. The icing on the cake is they are soliciting reviews with a cookie/brownie incentive for a 5 Star positive review. No surprise they can't get positively rated on their own merit and service.

I don't like to complain so I waited til more times. We've given this Buffalo Wild Wings some slack the past few months but it's just not cutting it anymore. It used to be "maybe they're just busy" but 2 other times we dined in it was still 40 mins for food and no one checks on you for refills. Today, we ordered a small online order for pick up at a scheduled time, and we're still waiting, past the scheduled time. The dining room is empty, it can't be that they're busy. It's convenient distance-wise but we're not going back here again. Try its lit wings instead on losee by the EOS, or order Wingstop. The operation here hasn't been the same since Covid.

Our waitress Natalie was AMAZING!!! She was super friendly. Natalie chatted with us even though the restaurant was packed and they were busy to go over the menu and gave us samples of sauces we wanted to try and my boyfriend asked for thousand island for his burger she said the restaurant doesn't serve it but offered to make to it. We thought she was joking but when the food was delivered she came and dropped off her thousand island that she made!!! What an excellent display of customer service! On top of that the sauce was delicious! We ended up dipping our fries and wedges in it along with ranch. The food was great for the 2 for $20 deal the cheeseburger and chicken tenders were tasty. The fries and wedges were hot and fresh. The restaurant was busy so unfortunately it wasn't as clean as it could've been but its casual spot great place to watch sports and hang out.

I hadn't been to BWW in over 5 years and I will never go back. I ordered boneless wings and the wings were all bread with a very thin slice of chicken in between. My wings were so old and hard. Their food quality has gone bad and it shows. Never again. I'm better off at wing stop.

you get better service in fast food then this location its takes forever to even be acknowledged. food was fine... the server bianca took forever to bring the check. i asked for a box she returned ony with receipt not the box and proceeded to check other tables waited another few minutes for the box ended up leaving with out the box. all workers ignore you and do not seem friendly for a sit down restaurant go else where the service here is the worst.

If you can't get to go orders correct, don't offer them! Every time we order to go or delivery they forget either the sauces or part of the food. They even have someone sign off that it is correct & everything is in the bag... The quality of the food is always pretty good as long as they get it right. The queso is tasty and even better with the chili added to it. They have a great variety of sauces and the wings are always crispy and delicious.
