This is my first time at The Cannery. I was here to see The Whispers featuring Lenny Williams. This is music that I'd hear growing up from my parents to my grandparents. The show was great. I just wish I knew the show was outside. It was a very windy day in Vegas, so it got quite chilly at the show. Many people were underdressed for the chilly evening. The casino area smelled like stale smoke from a bar. I get that the casino wants people to be able to smoke, so that people will come to gamble. I wish there was some type of air purifier to remove the smoke smell. They do have a live singer in the bar on the casino floor. There's another bar that has karaoke. There's a monetary prize to be won for karaoke, first place $2000, second place $1000, and third place $500. The prize is in the form of a gift card according to what I read on the website. I'm not sure if it's a gift card to only be used at The Cannery or if it's a Visa or MasterCard gift card. There's also a movie theater attached to The Cannery, for the community as well as the casino/hotel guests. There's also a restaurant by the casino floor, but I'm unsure of what they serve because it appeared to be closed.

A dealer would not stop yelling and berating another player on our table. The player had done nothing wrong. We've never witnessed anything like it. We've seen players get angry at dealers, but we've never seen a dealer continually yell at a player. This dealer would not stop. What she did is called harassment. She harassed the player when she continued to yell at him while we were playing. She was wrong about the entire matter and should have been stopped by a pit boss. I'm sure her high-pitched voice was heard by all, but no one did anything. The other player was polite and did not talk back the entire time. We finally left because it was extremely unpleasant. The dealer tried telling me her side of the story as she was cashing me out. That's how bad she was. She just would not stop. Shame on her.

This place hasn't changed much since we were last here. Casino still has a stale smoke smell. If anything, it was pretty busy. There were a few families and people who also brought dogs. It says it's a pet free place. Clearly, guests don't follow it. Check-in was seamless. People who work here are super nice and friendly. The rooms are dated and have some wear and tear but still decent. Towels were in need of changing. I was surprised to see they have a lock on the TV. Have people really tried to steal a TV? Makes me think how rough this area or desperate people are becoming.

For a change, this isn't an issue with Ticketmaster. The Cannery reassigned my seats for tonight's concert. I had a decent set of seats but they were changed at the last minute to the end of a row with a terrible view of the stage. For shame!

One of my favorite Boyd properties. Rooms are always cozy and everything worked without any issues. Refrigerator is small but who needs a big one when staying for just a couple days. I love that the parking lot is close to the rooms and you can enter and exit with your card without having to track through the casino. Pool and jacuzzi are nice and clean. I always look forward to visiting the Cannery in No Las Vegas!

We decided to stay here for our first EDC. Chose this place because of its close proximity to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and we don't regret it. About 12mins away and we didn't hit much traffic heading to and from the place. Cannery has lots of free parking and the check-in and out process was quick. We ended up staying on the first floor and it helped us with recovery. I had multiple reservations since we added more days to our trip and the staff handled it flawlessly. We were able to stay in the same room at no extra cost. Location was also perfect. Just a few minutes away from the strip, yet far enough to have some peace and quiet. We were also close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Our only complaint? The rooms are freezing and the small fridge was more of a freezer and made our sodas explode/food frozen. Otherwise, it's not a terrible place.

I guess this establishment never heard of "girl dinner," "girl chat" or maybe it's only permitted inside at the bar or otherwise while you are spending money huh?! My friend and I were finishing up Sunday funday in the parking lot finishing conversation, exchanging jeep stories, etc., just finishing our conversation in the parking lot. Apparently that is considering loitering of all of 15 minutes. Fine, no problem. But as the security just doing his job, casually strolls past us, ENGAGE in conversation with us. Then proceed to do a u turn and say that his supervisors are watching the cameras and asking us to leave. If we were being a nuisance or had a large crowd, but to not be able to finish conversation outside of our vehicles is absolutely insane. I am disgusted with this establishment and will unfortunately not be returning. Not for a movie, a beverage, food, nothing.

The cannery casino use to be a favorite spot, we drove 4hrs from California in are rv only to find out no rvs allowed.had dinner and gambled and then kicked out by security guy in parking lot that is used by semi truck drivers. I wish he would have talked to us before we spent money there. Do not stop at Cannery Casino, save your money and go to Santa Fe Station Casino, 4 miles down Craig Rd. they are very accommodating to RVers and security chauffeured us to a nice parking area.

All the people are pleasant doesn't seem to be anyone that doesn't want to help if you have a question. I heard a lot of the machines going off as people one which is always a good sign. There's parking in the garage and all around the property. I appreciate the fact that there's handicap parking and lots of it.

The stay overall was good, I've been here before but never stayed until this trip. It's a nice location with a lot of food options around which is good because there's ot much food options inside the casino/hotel. It is clean, rooms are nice and modern. However the reason why I gave it 3 stars and not 5 are 3 reasons: 1. Check in only had one receptionist and there was a line of 10 waiting to be checked in. Why only 1 person to check in at a hotel/casino!?! He was very nice though once we did get to him. 2. There was leftover food in the fridge makes me think how well was this room REALLY cleaned? 3. The bathroom sink won't drain Without these 3 issues this stay would of been a 5 out of 5 for sure.
