It's Always a Pleasure to Dine in at one of the Chick-Fil-A restaurants in Las Vegas. I know enough to say, If my food isn't entirely up to par. They'll fix it instantly. My only complaints are their condiments are all behind the counter. Which means you have to be an annoying customer if you have placed your order, sat down to eat, and then you notice you have No straws, and Napkins, etc. That's one of my complaints dining at this location. I know there maybe other locations that have this very same set up but I've only encountered it here. Outside of that, Again it's always a Pleasure to eat at one of the Franchise restaurants.

The quality of service at this location varies depending on who is working. Today, I was assisted by a young lady named Jamiah, whom I've seen three or four times before. She is always very polite. The food is typically hit or miss, but it is usually hot. I prefer using the mobile drive-thru because the service in the area isn't the best, and I like to collect points. When I go through the mobile thru, the lane merges into one after the curve. I noticed that I had to go through some cones to re-enter the lane, and Jamiah informed me that they are only using one lane now. This was a bit frustrating, as it defeats the purpose of having multiple lanes. In fact, on a previous visit, I was told that I needed to be in that lane.

Disappointed at the new location I was really excited to try the new Chick-fil-A that just opened up in town, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. Everything looked polished and the staff was friendly, but I was shocked to find out they don't have tea for their sunjoy At Chick-fil-A?! That's like showing up to a pizza place and being told they don't have cheese. Sweet tea/sunjoy is a staple of the Chick-fil-A experience, and not having it available--especially at a brand new location--feels like a big oversight. Hope they get this sorted soon, but for now, I'll be going to other locations that actually have the full menu

I was surprised to see how empty this newISH chick fil-A was on a Saturday evening. My crew and I ordered spicy deluxe chicken sandwiches, tenders, a hot girl fillet, a couple Mac and cheese sides and a kale salad. All in all, the service was sweet and friendly young adult faces. The food quality was delicious as per usual and the sauces were more than enough. The ambiance was clean from the drive through and I liked the set up on the palm trees. I was very satisfied with the taste of our food and the quality. Idk why this place is low rated but I actually enjoyed my food from start to finish.

It's Opening Day! The service was great per usual, the wait was a bit longer than normal due to them training employees (which was ok with me) . My food was fresh and the quality looked great. I'm so glad there's a closer location to me now. I will be back to dine inside

When this place first opened the interior was lame like a doctors office and everything was slow. The service was slow. The food was slow. Everything was slow now it's running really good. Everybody's doing such a great job.... I never have to wait for my orders anymore. everything's going really smooth and they decorated the inside for Halloween so I just wanted to come in here and leave a review that they're doing a good job and I've been going here a lot for breakfast and I never have a bad experience with the employees or wait times

Although I feel they need to reopen their Mobil order line especially during lunch, I love this location and they actually listen to your feedback and follow through with improvements. I ordered a parfait a few weeks ago, and was disappointed with the amount of fruit that this location puts in it well after leaving my comments, I went back today and noticed they put a lot more fruit in their parfaits, which I love. I know in the picture it may not look like there's a lot but when you only get two strawberries and two blueberries and you ask for more this was way more impressive so thank you for listening.

The photo speaks for itself. You can't serve someone this; it clearly belongs in the trash. It's rock hard and inedible because it's so burnt. Mistakes happen, but use common sense--this should have been thrown away instead of served to anyone.

Finally this location is open, this is closer to where we live. Shoutout to DOMINIC who took our order, he was patient and polite. SIERA the one who deliver our food asked us what's the question of the day? Which is the juice of the day (something like that) she said orange juice or apple juice We said orange juice. 'Thought we're gonna get one ‍. She was still kind of shy and hesitant, but she'll be good at this job. Food was all there, but the sauce was only one, we needed more. We got fries, chicken nuggets, chicken strips and we only got one sauce smh We had to ask for more
