Had a birthday party for my autistic daughter there. The host was excellent. His name was Zach. He was great. Thank you Zach!

This was an awful birthday party experience. The hostess who was was in charge of the party was not attentive, we had to wait for an extended amount of time for anything. For whatever reason the manager ended up finishing up taking over the hostess duties. The salad bar was bare, another party attendee I was with politely asked for them to get fresh salad because it was soggy looking. It took 5 different employees to come by and ask why we were standing there waiting to serve our salad. The 5 person who came by was the manager. When she asked for fresh salad he looked in the salad bowl and actually made a face. He reluctantly picked the salad bowl and brought back salad that looked like he mixed old and new and rinsed it in water to make it look fresh. The ranch dressing and croutons were empty, and we never saw anyone tending to the salad bar. I ordered chicken wings (bone in) I specifically asked about the bone in and made a comment about the price. When I got my order I got nuggets and when I looked at my receipt she charged me for nuggets! My final thorn in my side with this whole experience was when I asked my 13 year old grandson (who I might mention is 5' 10") to go buy 2 soft drinks (we didn't want to take any of the cups for the kids who were attending the party). He came back and told me he wasn't "allowed" to buy 2 drinks. I was baffled and I walked up to the counter to buy my drinks. I asked the cashier if she really refused to sell my grandson drinks. She apologized and said she was about to but her manager told her not to because they were taking pitchers of soda to our table. I told her that was all fine & good but how could we possibly drink those drinks without cups! I was hoping she'd hand over 2 cups but she didn't so I bought the drinks. Which I didn't mind, but I still resent the fact the manager instructed her to not sell my grandson drinks, when I asked him to get them in the 1st place. I do not recommend this location at all.

Great pizza, lots of different topping to choose from. Don't sleep on the stuff crust. They even have gluten free crust if you like that. Always cooked to perfection. Employees are always friendly. If you are looking for quiet, don't come on the weekends. Weekdays in the early afternoon while the kiddos are in school are the best.

I would give it zero stars if I could! I was there for a small party with family and friends. While cleaning up after the party I helped a parent bring some things to the car, that was luckily right in front of the door, just to turn around and find my 5 year old child outside unsupervised without anyone from our party. When going back inside the employee at the front didn't seem to care that they let my child out of the building by themselves only saying "okay sorry". My daughter said that the employee scanned her stamp and still let her out by herself. Only person that seemed to care and tried to help was another employee named Zack and he apologized for the other employees mistake. I've been to this location a bunch of times and have never had this issue. This is unacceptable and that employee at the front should be held accountable.

Excellent service, Bella is the goat, not only helped find our account, but showed us a way better deal on our food order. Even during a rush she took the time to ensure an amazing experience. Coming back till our kids in college. That you for the memories Bella!!

My family and I were so excited to hear that Chuck E. Cheese was opening up a "Jump Zone" at a new location off of Craig and Revere. It was my grandsons bday this month so we planned ahead of time and were looking forward to the experience. When we arrived, we were very disappointed to see what they called their "Jump Zone". This place literally cleared out about a 10' x 25' area that was their dining room previously and placed some literal trampolines! And to top it off, they're charging an additional 12 dollars per child to use their "Jump Zone" area (literally a damn trampoline). Utterly. Disappointed! All you will get here is pizza and video games like any other place. Oh, and a trampoline.

Nicest Chuck e Cheese I've been to. Flew into Vegas on Saturday. Have the Silver pass and found a local Chuck E. Cheese so my son could play and I could rest for an hour. All the games are brand new and the facility is super clean. Will definitely be back next time we're in town. Would recommend.

I can't speak on the food bc my kids have allergies but the management is great and employees are nice and we have been here at least 3 times and always have a blast. I wanted to give a positive review because it doesn't deserve 2 stars. Minimum 4 star place, take your kids! Hope it stays nice and clean. We went recently and the ac was out but they had lots of ac coolers set up and it was fine... it was 115 degrees so sometimes you gotta roll with the punches, but we like coming here.

Friendly service, food was good and the place was clean. As expected in a place like this, the only downside is the few kids that have no manners or respect for others. But that's on the lack of parenting, not the business's fault.

It's chukie cheese... I read thru some of the reviews and still visited with my family. They need more staff. The place was clean and had an employee walking around doing nothing but cleaning, which is great. But there isn't enough staff to handle the front desk, game service and ticket counter. I'm sure the current employees are running around and doing everything. In order for us to exit, I had to interrupt a new customer trying to pay after we waited more than 5 mins just to exit. Prices are high but in today's world everything is. The value is in the 1 hour unlimited play and a package deal for food etc..... anyway, the place isn't as trashed as others made it out to be, some games not working and def... not enough employees...... so it's hard to give it a solid 5 stars. 3 or 4 stars? Sure thing and I'll return again.
