The food was ok, the service was superb, and the store was fun, but really crowded. It is a huge restaurant with tables in every nook and cranny. We ordered pancakes and eggs, some kind of breakfast omelette with a giant stack of onion rings on top that look pretty delicious, the gigantic breakfast, burger, chicken fried steak and eggs, and pancakes and eggs. Everything was pretty good, the atmosphere is really what you come for at Cracker Barrel. And the store of course. You have to go to the store and you have to buy something even if it's ridiculous. We literally bought a tiny knit coffee cup that doubles as a measuring tape ! Hahahaha! And a hat, and candy, and a magnet. Who knew you can get all that at the same store! lol

Natalie, our server, so attentive. I would go back just cause she was so nice. Our food was OMG good! Tasty with depth. Hashbrown casseroles are the way to go. We walked in at noon on a Saturday. So they were busy yet we were seated right away. Just felt like it was supposed too. Home, families discussing the weeks events. Ambiance was comfortable.

Skip this place. Service was shockingly bad. For some unknown reason our waitress didn't pay any attention to us. Our order took way too long. People around us who ordered after us were served before us. We thought it maybe because they'd pancakes or eggs. There were 4 of us who ordered lunch items. One order was totally wrong. One was warm. One was bland. One didn't even come, and it was the easiest of them all. Really vege meal. 4 sides. 2 came, 2 didn't. The 2 that didn't come were sliced tomatoes and fries. How hard is that? We asked a manager to find our 2 sides. The waitress came by and said she was "yelling at them to get the order" then proceeded to ask what it was we were missing. Unbelievable. The manager did not come back to ask if everything was okay. The order still did not come. We ended up having them to go as everyone else had eaten. I asked another manager to remove the $ of the meal the was totally messed up. He agreed. I feel that was the least he could have done. Pissed that I had we had to ask after all that, and that nothing else was offered in compensation for our 2 hour miserable lunch

My mother selected this place yesterday and wow this place is interesting to say the least. The service is sooo slow and very forgetful. Nearly empty restaurant around 3 in the afternoon. I ordered fried pickles because there realest anything I would eat after going through the menu. The pickles were basic and I only ate a few. The sugary beignets weren't anything to brag about, just another fried sweet treat. No bottled water for purchase. My mom had a fish dinner and she enjoyed it. Once is definitely enough.

This is not my favorite place but my friend wanted to come in to try the catfish. Our server was Bradley, a young guy. He was not horrible, but he was not the best we've had here. He took our order, my friend wanted biscuits with the catfish, I wanted cornbread muffin with my order which was the roasted chicken. Bradley brought a basket with 4 biscuits and one tiny cornbread muffin?? Seriously dude??? Bradley forgot the apples that were ordered when the food came and we had to keep asking for him to come to our table and asking for refills on our drinks. This was the most annoying as we had water, we would place our empty glasses at the edge of the table and after asking another employee to get Bradley, he would come over and ask "did you guys need something"? Yes, water please and point to the empty glasses right in front of him. This happened the entire meal. The catfish I'm told was really good so kudos to Cracker Barrel Cooks. The New Roasted Chicken on the other hand was really dry. It was soaked in a lemon sauce which was the only saving grace for this as you had something to try and rehydrate the chicken before trying to eat it. As for desserts, Cracker Barrel NO LONGER HAS COBBLER??? This was removed from the menu. The lanterns which used to be on the tables are also gone. The inside looked pretty much the same, but it was odd. There were definitely more employees than customers for a Friday night. Like I said, breakfast has always been ok but anything else is not good at all especially if it's fried. These folks fry the crap out of things to the point of being inedible. We ordered cheese curds, way over done and greasy beyond what they should be. Comparing these to other places in town that serves them, Cracker Barrel is the bottom of the list. Not sure why corporate is making so many changes but they are getting away from being different with Southern Homestyle Cooking to ruining what made them famous by being more American style and NO COBBLER??? It definitely took what made this place enjoyable and different out of it.

Food: 4.5/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 5/5 We had to come here after the whole logo fiasco to make sure things were left the same, and they were. Don't come after us but the food was really good, steak was tender, well seasoned and fresh. All the sweet breakfast items were cooked well, nothing over cooked. Food took a while to come out but it was PACKED, so can't fault them too much for that. Pretty great overall, and not to worry, the country store is still there.

If Santa Clause were to ask me. What makes certain places feel special? I suppose that would be a place that feels like Christmas all year around. But never feels redundantly bland. A placec that immerses like a holiday themed movie. Yet never feels like rerun. A place where menu meal choices continue traditional familiarity. While simultaneously being intriguingly interesting.

This Las Vegas Cracker Barrel is FAR better than all of them in Tennessee! We have been to Cracker Barrel restaurants in the southern and eastern USA; however, this location tops all of them. First of all, this restaurant is CLEAN, and the servers are attentive and friendly. The food is served hot and is fresh, and is always prepared as ordered. We have lived here for 5 years and hesitated to visit because of our experience in other states. Now I wish we had come here sooner. Kudos to the management and staff.

This particular location is situated right behind the Hyatt Place off the I-15 freeway. I haven't eaten at a Cracker Barrel in many years, and since I was spending the night at this hotel I decided to give it a try. It's mostly fried food here, so I ordered the country fried chicken dinner which was on special during the weekends for only $14.49. They gave me four large pieces of chicken and two sides, which was a lot of food. I upgraded one of the two sides for a dinner salad, and that was an additional $2.69. I thought the chicken was actually quite tasty and I could not eat it all.

Everything was amazing! I don't recommend the cornbread tho! The service was also wonderful! Ambiance 10/10 I also love the store inside!
