Very disappointed! Ordered large pizza with two toppings. Barely saw the toppings. My husband asked if I ordered a cheese pizza. I actually ordered mushrooms and sausage. Also ordered chicken wings, wasn't cooked enough. Yeah, not ordering from this place again, very disappointed.

This place is very inconsistent, but today they got it right. Although I still don't think they "cheese it up" when they say they do because it just doesn't look any different from when I do not ask for extra cheese. I'm also pretty sure that they have reduced the amount of toppings required on the pizza by at least 15%. Today's order very good, with the exception of the half ass attempt to "cheese it up". However, I wasn't real disappointed this time. Have a great day everyone.

Placed an order 804 was on 9/2/2024 at store #7469. Only 3 hot boxes and no salad were given. I called 7026337000, and the lady answered & and told me to get credits, but I need to call back the same#. So I called back the same number and this time, it was answered by a male & put me on hold for a long time. Then, a lady answered, and she's giving me a store credit since she cannot put back the $ back on my card. She said, next time you come, you'll get a free salad. That's not free. You're holding my $. I'm not asking for free or store credit. That's not what i was asking for. Why don't you refund me? She said, the system does not do that, and she needed to punch in my card. I said, I can give the # again. Then she said, "oh, you were already given a refund. I'm disappointed about the Domino's service and the people who tried to deceive customers. For Domino's customers, be careful.

We ordered a medium pizza pepperoni and sausage which was pretty decent can't complain. We also ordered the pepperoni cheesy breadsticks and it's one of our favorite things on the menu it was a little over cooked but we ate it. Now we tired the new bbq bacon cheesy boneless chicken which was dry and burnt so we called and the person on the phone stated that they don't think the chicken is actually burnt it's just the way it might look as if what I was looking at was wrong they replaced the food and delivered it to my door they didn't knock they just sat the food on the ground if my brother didn't get out of school who knows how long the food would have been there smh

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the dangerous behavior exhibited by one of Domino's delivery drivers. On July 27, 2024,on Washburn next to shells gas station, I was driving home with my 1-year-old child in the car when I encountered a Domino's delivery vehicle driving recklessly. The driver, who appeared to be a male wearing a hat and driving a what looked to be a black Honda, was swerving erratically from left to right on the road. This reckless behavior nearly caused him to hit child on the street and then almost collide with my car. In addition to the dangerous swerving, the driver was blasting loud music and seemed to be dancing while driving. This level of distraction and negligence is extremely alarming, especially considering the potential risk to other drivers and pedestrians. I felt compelled to start recording his behavior, at which point he noticed and momentarily ceased his reckless actions. As a concerned customer and a parent, I am deeply troubled by this incident. The safety of your drivers and the general public should be a top priority, and this driver's conduct was far from acceptable. Immediate action needs to be taken to address this matter and ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. Attached is a photo of the video I took.. no front plates

If they feel like closing early, which is often, they will just cancel your online order without even a phone call to warn you that there is no food coming. Zero stars! Does corporate even care that this location has only two stars? To Dominos pizza corporate office. Look at how many online orders have been canceled by this store.

Order 1 pizza and a coke for the family tonight for delivery. Have order for years upon years from this location. On occasion, the taste can be a miss but generally solid for a chain. Placed my order and received an email it would be an hour and fourty minutes before delivery. No matter the event, day of week, etc.. never been longer than 35 minutes. However, I can respect there are circumstances where things happen, leading to a delay. I attempted to call to see if I could switch to carry out as the restaurant is close enough that the wait is not worth it for delivery or perhaps cancel. Sat on hold to have the phone picked up and immediately hung up on. Will never give this establishment another dime.

They are morons I can't reset my password to get my free pizza. None of their numbers work they must save a lot of money by not contacting people when they leave an email I've left 5 in 2 weeks and none are replied too. Never will go there again. You Suck!!!!

I just picked up one of those New York style pizzas from Domino's at 5124 Camino El Norte in North Las Vegas it does not look like the commercial. it was cut in six uneven pieces.. two big ones and four little ones. it didn't fold over because it was like hard bread.. I will never eat a Domino's Pizza again. I would rather pay more and go to an Italian restaurant where they know how to make good pizza.
