As a gluten free girly, I always appreciate these places! The menu has annotations and the food is separated. The in house hummus is delicious - my favorite was the feta one. HUGE colorful portions and the staff answered all questions

Mediterranean flavors done right! Helpful Tip: Download the app So many options but the young ladies working did an excellent job at not only explaining the menu but patiently walking me through each item and elaborating on ingredients that I wasn't certain about. I created a bowl with cilantro rice chicken sharma hummus kale garbanzo beans pickled onions and so much more. I love the idea of clean ingredients especially in this age. If you love spice get the grandma sauce it is soooo darn good and the tzatziki was pretty delish as well. The pita chips are a must especially while hot! This place will be I rotation for sure. My only gripe is the temperature in the building was inferno. I was burning up and not just from the spice. There was no cool air at all!

Food: 3/5 Service: 0/5 Ambiance: 5/5 The good, this place looks REALLY nice, food is clearly labeled, and the selection is amazing, it's a Greek Chipotle. I'm sure, if executed correctly, this place would be pretty good. The bad, my friend placed an order for pick up at 10am and pickup was originally set for 11:30, it was for 5 build-your-own bowls, 1 build-your-own pita and an order of falafel. My friend realized that we needed it earlier, we both proceeded to call the location from 10:30 am (when they opened) until we got there at 11am and NOBODY answered. Annoying but whatever, we get there, ask if our order can be started early, the cashier says yes, and that it would be a minute. We get it, our fault for poor time management, and we go next door to the crepe place to grab a tea because who wants to be stared at while trying to make a big order, right?!? Come back 25 mins later, around the time our order was supposed to be done AND IT HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN STARTED. Why say yes and then proceed to not do it? Not only was it not started until we came back but it took almost a half hour after the time we were supposed to pick it up (pickup at 11:30, were at noon at this point) for it to be completed. And the inside wasn't busy, so there was no reason for it to have been that late. And the food itself? It looked pretty in the pics but the flavors weren't that great. Their tzatziki sauce and harissa hummus were really good, but the meats? Just ok. Might give these guys another chance, hopefully this was an off day for them.

I love this restaurant! It was me & my wife's first time dining here and I was not quite sure what to expect but the minute you walk in they treat you like family. The food was fresh, the portions were large & the best part for me was it was healthy. Not like all of these fast food places that are always predictably terrible & bad for you. If you're looking for a healthy change of pace I would definitely recommend Hummus Republic.

Excited to get more Mediterranean food in the north! This is a chipotle style dining experience. It was my 1st time here and the staff were awesome. They walked me through the ordering process and items that were available. You can pick your based, they even let you get all 3, then you pick your salad, 3 scoops of any hummus, I got original, spicy and Kalamata olives. Then you pick your protein, toppings and sauces. My bowl was packed and delicious! I will be back and hope they get support and last!

I love this place, they have amazing food with the vegan options being clearly labeled and lots of them to choose from. The pita, falafel, and sauces being some of the best Ive had and the staff is very nice and welcoming l! Definitely worth the drive I take to come here

Such a great place! Their ingredients are fresh, well seasoned and prepared. They have so many options and flavors compared to other similar restaurants. It's also a plus when you first sign up for the app you get a free bowl! I will definitely be coming back! Place is clean, and the workers are very kind and helpful!
