After shopping at Costco, my family and I decided to stop by this Jack In the Box location. It's located at Ann/Decatur. There is a drive thru available and plenty of parking spots! Inside the store, it was quite spacious with ample amount of tables available. We actually took our order to go though. Looking over the menu, we ended up ordering the following Jr. Chicken Sandwich (Plain) Jr. Hamburger (Plain) Chicken Tenders Combo (5 Piece) with large French Fries and a Chocolate Milkshake Classic Crispy Wrap (with no sauce) Extra Large French Fries Since our order was relatively large, we did have to wait a little longer than normal. Our order was hot and fresh. Everything was correct too! We had ordered a lot of customized items, and all of it was assembled perfectly. The French Fries were crispy and not too much salt was on the French Fries. The classic crispy chicken wrap was scrumptious with the lettuce and cheese! We did end up taking our order back to our residence to eat. The service at this location was awesome! I would stop by here again if I was looking for a quick bite to eat. I don't go to Jack in the Box too often, but this is a great location!

I work in the shopping center & go here for lunch almost every other day store manager arrogant & rude... an associate said lobby is closed due to being short staffed that they got busy. I'm Calling BS Jack doesn't close his Lobbies cause he's making too much money. Now I'm In KFC writing this review. Simply Terrible last straw for me at this location.

Waited 10 minutes with no acknowledgment at the front counter. Walked out and went through the drive thru only because I had to pick up a DoorDash order. Awful customer service. Terrible. Please create a better training or hire better people. I hate putting people down but it's just so rude. ZERO acknowledgement I exist at the front counter staring at them...

I don't know how this place stays in business. 2 Jumbo jacks both cold I mean cold not warm and dried out. One was a special order. French fries cold and soggy. Asked for ketchup got none. No receipt to complain to Jack!!! The reason for the one star is the tacos were hot. The only thing in the order that was. I think this is the last time for Jack for us.

My daughter loves the breakfast jack sandwich. It's simple egg, cheese and ham in a hamburger bun. We were nearby and that's what she wanted for dinner. I know I can make the same thing for her but why not do simple. We hit the drive thru and placed our order. There is a car wash next door that made it difficult to hear each other. The man that took my order got it straight. Within minutes I was driving away with our order. Staff was polite and helpful
