I went was just there and for the 4th time they told me oh we are only taking online orders no drive-through no in person... they were so unapologetic they did not say sorry they did not get an explanation. Why?

This Jack in the box location wasn't too bad, but today 15+ minutes in the drive through. Made us wait another 10 minutes on the parking spot 1. Very disappointed. Won't be coming back for a while.

-0 STARS . Went to get some food just now and Mr Glegin T . dude with tattoos working drive thru has very rude attitude about everything ! Barley can hear him trying to order my food . Not one word when I pulled up to get my food . I know Jobs are miserable in this world . But like come on now . Yall managers need to do better with these employees . Dident ask if I wanted anything condiments and when I did ask, I only got two ketchups mind you I'm feeding three kids and one ranch and also I asked for my receipt twice got ignored and didn't get it . Just just ridiculous ‍ asked to speak to a manager and I was told there was no manager in the building. I am a manager have been one for six years and I know that's the damn why has to be a manager in the building at all times. If upper management can get back to me, that would be great. Not to auto system bullshit you guys do on here because this is ridiculous. I only get on here and complain if it happens more than three times and actually this is the fourth time this has happened with four different people at the same Jack-in-the-Box. Managers get your employees in line. That shit is ridiculous.

This place sucks they need new management so they can train to have better employees. I'm not just saying the employees are bad but the managers are horrible as well. I used to come here often since it's near my fathers house. However the tacos are always cold or taste like they are old. Fries are never fresh. One time I ordered extra mayo on my spicy chicken sandwich and I guess whomever was cooking thought it said no mayo. I called and complained and they said to take the chicken sandwich back so that they can put mayo on it. Lol I had my brother apply online and he went in several occasions to ask the manager that he had applied online and would like to see if there was an opportunity of employment for him and not just once but multiple occasions they said they would call to set up an interview and they never did. My brother has been working for dominoes and is now given the position as manager after only working 3 months with them. Go figure. Never coming back. I can gladly say that my fat ass has been away from Jack in the box for 2 months now.

food was okay. Went around 8pm and within a few hours I have been vomiting and have diarrhea with fever. Someone needs to take a look at the cleanliness while preparing food at this specific location.

I don't know I guess if you go into the restaurant itself you are apt to get better service and better food because if it's not right you can always take it back up to the counter but when it's delivered to you from a delivery service there isn't anything the delivery driver can do about it and there is no way of getting in touch with that restaurant itself except I guess to make a review about it and if they happen to get that review then they will hopefully make it right they did for me and I thank them very much for that...

I wish I would have gotten the employee's name. But this one star review is based off of her attitude.. I went through the drive-through because I just wanted a chocolate shake. The 1st issue came when she dropped some of my change. I checked between the receipt and what she had handed me and she had dropped 10 cents. She said sorry when she dropped it but that was it she didn't make a move to replace the 10 cents and there were cars behind me so I couldn't backup and get it. I was sitting at the window for a few minutes, when they told me that the shake machine was broken. The employee asked me if there was anything else I wanted and I told her no. At that time I also asked for the 10 cents that she dropped. She shut the window and when she handed me my dime she placed it roughly in my hand without saying a word. There were no words spoken but you know how you can tell someone has an attitude? That was her. When I told her that there wasn't anything else I wanted she shut the window and then after another minute or so she opened it and asked if I wanted my money back. Duh! I did not just pay you $4.32 so I could sit here for nothing and come away shake-less. When she handed me my money back she didn't say anything. She was just rude all around that's why I really wish I would've gotten her name. I will never visit the Jack in the Box again!

I just ordered food from jack-in-the-box and it was a mess, the bum was hard and the meat was old, and they are changing so much for old food jack why don't you go and eat that nasty food.

On Thursday May 12, 2022 at approximately 5:41PM, we drove to the drive thru at this location, it was going fine until we approached the window a White Female Adult came to the window appearing as if she had just woken up. She was handing us our drinks and spilled the drink into the drink carrier and all over the window, instead of remaking our drink she put a fresh lid over the spilled drink, with soda still all over the drink carrier, she asked us to pull in front we did. I asked her for extra ranch and sauce, she said ok, since our total was $40.56. I pulled in front and a Hispanic Female Adult delivered our order, I asked her is the sauce inside she told me yes. We looked in the bag no sauce was inside. We called the store number it went to voicemail three times, then they disconnected the number, so I pressed the doorbell, the Hispanic Female Adult came out i told her we had no sauce, she apologized, and returned with (1) Ranch and (1) Good Good Sauce. I looked at the associate like are you serious, she said we charge extra for sauce, I asked how much. She talked to her shift lead over the headset and made up a price, we told her forget it. , we drove home with a spilled drink, no sauce, cold fries, and bad service.
