Was coming through the area a day ago and I wanted something quick, I guess I could have gone to Carls or Cap's but while I don't eat fast food very often, JITB is a reasonable choice once in awhile . Hit the drive thru... actually a very pleasant and easy to understand order taker. Usually when I go through a drive thru it seems I get the loudspeaker from hell coupled with an order taker who has no concept of customer service. But this place is always good. One car ahead of me, short wait and I drove off with a still hot sandwich. I was still away from home so I found a decent parking spot and ate my burger.... Ranking the traditional burger places around here I guess I would rank Jack in the Box and Carls as a tie for first place, Maybe hard to find Wendy's as next with McD's and BK rounding out the bottom of the barrel. I like five guys too, but they're too freakin expensive and sonic is good but horrible customer service at least around here. No pictures, after all it was a burger in a paper box.

A Jack in the Box discount coupon was expiring, so I decided to use it for lunch. I enjoyed two crunchy regular tacos, a small French Fry, and soda for under Five Dollars, as before. Diane really liked her crispy Hash Browns but her Cluck Sandwich was too dry. I am glad I tried a taco first to see how spicy it was before adding any packets of Hot Taco Sauce. As I quickly learned, nothing further was needed. Service was very friendly and accurate. Piped in music in the clean and new-looking dining room added to a nice casual ambiance. And a Coke dispenser with myriad choices was a nice touch.

Worst experience ever. Bought 2 before breakfast sandwiches. When will you left the drive-thru thru my son said there's NO sausage on his sandwich but the other one has it. With the crazy tariff happening I paid breakfast with meat so I went back and went inside told the employee one of the sandwiches did not have sausage so she ask of I want them to make 2 new ones so I said yes. I heard someone at the back named MARY who's complaining about making them again.... So finally they gave me supposedly 2 new ones, so I told the employee if I can check before I leave Well guess what...: ONE of em Didn't have a sausage either, WTH, money don't grow in trees, I hear MARY at the end of back complaining again so I told the 2 employees if there's a mistake just fix it, someone def made a mistake fix it NOT complain about. So they took them Back again. KAY who took the order over the drive-thru thru who was professional apologetic for the problem needs a shoutout. Its not her who messed the food yet she's apologizing. She's awesome but MARY needs to be just fix the prob and not complain about it. Customers Can hear her complained back there

Lemme just say.... they went above and beyond to make me fresh fries at butt crack oclock at night when they did not have too! now granted they had to do this because the first batch was TRASSSSSSH at the highest levels of traaaasssssh and i was like YO WTF is this? but they def fixed it at the best possible quality. And for that, I am grateful

Not much to expect because it's fast food but atleast hire someone who doesn't have a hearing problem. Had to repeat my order couple times, when the food came out it was missing an item, we asked for it and he said we didn't order it with an attitude. So, I had to walk in and make a separate order.

5:55 AM went through the drive-through Austin who took our order had no personality did not say good morning thank you thanks for coming hoodie on like he's going skiing or just waking up! Food was hot. Coffee was cold no syrup for my French toast. Tried to call them back. No answer bad experience at Jack-in-the-Box Austin!

My friend went in the get a burger and they said they had to remake it because they dropped it. When she got her burger, her, her husband, and her two children began eating and then she broke her tooth on a tac that was in her burger. So she stopped her family from eating anymore, and it eventually went to court. In court the jack in the box reps claimed that they didn't even have those types of tacs in the store. Ultimately they lost the case and had to pay my friends dental bills. But they tried -They tried to lie their way out of it instead of simply accepting their own responsibility for the damages their employees caused due to negligence and lack of oversight.

Located between US Bank and Walgreens off of Aliante Parkway and Centennial Parkway. Food is standard like all similar locations, but the service is great. The staff are fast and they ensure you get everything you order. I've never had any missing food items here. If you want quick and reliable food, this is it

Thris Jack in the Box has been our go to... I'm surprised that the reviews were bad. We consistently have good service here. I have visited early in the morning and after school. The drive-thru staff is normally always friendly and the food is always as expected. I haven't gone here yet and received old chicken tenders or cold fries. I have been frequenting this location once every few months for well over the last year. It's nice to see consistency. Thanks . To this location!

I don't usually like to leave reviews for fast food restaurants because they're usually subpar, unless I consistently had a horrible experience or wonderful experience. Fortunately, this one's the latter. Service is fast and friendly and their food always tasted fresh. I've never dined in before but I'm sure the experience is the same. I've always pre-ordered on the app because it's more convenient. I've used the app more than half a dozen times and they've always gotten my order correct. I'm so glad this location is just down the street for me because of how quick, efficient, and friendly the staff are!
