It's the 4th of July and I'm stuck with hubby at the VA Hospital. Of course, I didn't get to eat breakfast before we came down, so I figured I would run to McD's - staple breakfast! The wait was long, as to be expected on a holiday, but the crew members were nice, especially the drive thru peeps! Food is ok, but the whole upcharge for orange juice irks me. My regular McDonald's doesn't upcharge for OJ. Sigh. Inconsistencies drive me bananas.

My husband drove through the drive through on Tuesday and ordered food with a large lemonade. When he got home I tasted the lemonade and it was basically watered down and clear like someone forgot to change the concentrate. I called the store immediately and talked to a manager and she said she put my name on a list to get a replacement. Thursday comes and my husband goes through the drive thru again, orders food and informs them of the replacement lemonade that I called about. First, the cashier rings up THREE lemonades. He corrected them saying it was only ONE and that it should be free. We talk to the manager and she says that my name was not on the list and the day I called in there was another manager on shift. My husband decided to cancel the whole order. Glad he did because I called the store immediately as he was driving away and I spoke to this manager and she said he was trying to get three lemonades for free. I said, " No it was ONE lemonade and it was your cashier that messed up the order, I know cause I was on the phone and heard the whole thing. He mixed up THREE with FREE." She said that I can call back for the lemonade when that particular manager was working. NEVERMIND! Will not be back to this McDonald's. They are notorious for messing up orders. They're usually very nice but tonight they lost customers due to their inflexibility over a lemonade. Franchise owners: Please empower your managers to give amazing customer service.

We ordered two Sausage McMuffin combo to go and they did not include the hash brown. We only found out when we got home. I mean, I know I should have checked but that is not supposed to be my task. They should have been more detailed and attentive. There were not a lot of customers and I don't get how they could not pay attention to what they were doing.

This McDonald's has very fast and efficient service. It's very clean and organized. The workers deliver service with a smile and the food here is always fresh. They have reserved drive thru spaces for you to occupy in case your drive thru order isn't ready yet. We ordered the big mac pack and it came in a cute box, the food was fresh, and the service was fast and efficient. We had to wait in the front of the establishment for our drive thru order and it came out fast.

Ordered in the drive thru? Doesn't matter. Be prepared to go through the drive thru and be told to park out front and wait for your food in a parking spot. This seems to be the new thing with this location as this has happened to me the last 4 times I've been here.

Today I received delivery and immediately contacted the vendor and filed a complaint. Also called this location to advise them of how the food was made so hopefully this does not happen to the next customers as well. Upon doing so I was met on the phone line with a manager named Eva. Eva was not trying to listen to what I had to say and kept rushing to get me off the phone and repeatedly saying thanks bye. She would not provide the regional managers name. Terrible customer service. I hope you all continue to get trained on how you treat people because you could use it.
