I ordered a $5 dollar Value Meal and everything was fresh, not necessarily healthy for me but Hey I wanted the Golden Archie's and this is what I decided to order for myself lol. Service came out to my parking spot faster than I could pick up my phone and open it up. If I'm ever looking for quick, fast, freshly cooked, and not so healthy, I'll stop at this McDonald's.

Terrible service experience at this McDonald's. I asked for an spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and instead of fixing it properly, the staff decided to pour spicy sauce into a nugget box and hand it to me like that! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I paid for a fresh sandwich, not a box of sauce. When I tried to explain the issue, no one seemed to care or offer to make it right. This location seriously needs better customer service training and management oversight.

Went to Mc Donalds today 10/20. There was a trick or treat buckets for happy meals. Lady said they hand out on the 21st. How did I get 1 if that was true. We ordered 3 happy meals. 1 bucket 2 cardboard containers. You made 2 children cry over it. Shame on you Mc Donalds. The lady "D" (manager) didn't have nothing to say. I won't go to his Mc Donalds. Burger King instead.

My food was cold. I live less than 5 minutes away and it was cold. I paid 19.00 and change. Also the parking lot was filthy. I won't be going back.

Service and the drive thru line took a while to get my order. Once I received my order, they had just packed everything inside one bag which caused my hash browns to break in half.

Not really happy about the Sunday that I got in a paper cup how do you put ice cream in something that's paper. I guess I have to eat a really fast before it melts. Not happy about that. I want my 350 back. I might have to call somebody. They have nice little kids working there. The ambience is busy it's clean the service was slow. Waiting a while for my fries with no salt.

One of the weaker McDonald's locations. Waited in line 20 minutes and they were sold out of the Minecraft meal :( then I ordered a large nugget meal and they said I ordered a medium but then gave me a large fry and a medium Coke? Then they didn't put any Big Mac sauce in the bag after we asked but put it all over one of our McChickens, which is fine it makes up for the sauce but why not put it on all? Sad day for me :(

Me and my family live in this area so we go to this McDonald's a lot we have minor issues that usually ain't worth complaining about. But this experience this morning was So bad the manager must know about this. When we pulled up to the drive thru a lady stated very aggressive give me a minute I was like okay she takes my order but is rushing us and then stops taking our order we were still asking questions and she felt we were done so she stop talking so we pulled up to the window and I asked for the person who took my order i told her she may need to change her tone because she sounds rude and aggressive and she tried to justify herself instead of apologizing then put her hand up as if she was dismissing me I asked for her name they said it was Maria but I don't know she has burgundy hair though very distasteful and rude I do t think we will come back to this location

Ordered mcdonalds for a midnight snack and utter disappointment is the only way I can describe my initial response. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, a large fry, and a medium sprite. The only thing that wasn't thrown in the garbage was the sprite that I didn't even get a straw for. The food was so atrocious I lost my appetite entirely, first of all I only got 1 of the 2 burgers I had ordered and the bread was so stale it was crumbling in my hands and the patty may as well have been a hockey puck, you expect me to eat this food that should've been thrown out to begin with. The fries were cold, hard, and unsalted. Why am I being served old ass food? I get fast food can be stressful but it's not rocket science figure it out man. The only good thing is that I can keep the shit ton of napkins I was given since I have no food to use them for. Then to add insult to injury uber wouldn't give me a full refund for the shit, I'm not sure what kind ilof screw ups you have working around 1-2 in the morning but they need to be retrained immediately. Ridiculous.

Horrible customer service. The kids that work here are disrespectful and rude. Made to wait after ordering an ice tea for over five minutes and was never given my item. Told the manager and she appears to be just as annoyed with who works at the store. Even called the store twice and some kid cusses at me and hangs up. Horrible staff food was cold and there is no respect there at all
