We been experiencing issues with 3 McDonalds and this was the second one. We ordered our meals and 15 to 25 minutes later everyone was sick We ordered a Chicken sandwich and a Big Mac with two cokes and fries. After we left and started eating we noticed that the Big Mac was cold and hard. 15 minutes later everyone was sick for over a hour and a half. This has happened before and this is the 2nd McDonalds in the same geographical area that we ended up with food poisoning.

They gave me old food melted ice cream the service was horrible. They left me waiting for my refund while they continued to help others. And they stood in a circle talking about me.

The service is very slow! The lobby was filled with all the customers wondering about their orders with no communication at all from the staff. It took me 25min to get my order. A McGriddle and 3 hash browns. I was here before the Lobby got busy. The kid upfront seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. Just scratching his head looking out into the street, Instead of receiving table service where you bring the number tag to your table. He calls my number and tells me to come get it. Without an apology. WTF McDonald's! Retrain on customer service! And Communication.

If there was an option to give zero starts I would do it, the cashier Kayla was the rudest person I have encountered in the food/guest service industry. She ignored me completely three times and when I asked her to confirm my order it was not accurate on the screen she just reply I got that. Irraving to the window she was wearing earpods, I guess McDonald's doesn't give a cent to food safety since the manager Sophia was also wearing earpods, when I requested to address my concern she dismissed me and closed the window to my face telling me to come back tomorrow to speak with the General manager. Question for McDonald's corporate, why do you allow food satu to be a compromise with associates wearing earpods wich is a clear violation of health regulations? The second one, we are in Vegas hospitality is the #1 priority and you choose to hire people who hates working for you?

Can't give 0 stars. This is the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. 30 minutes to get our food. And 3 out if 3 burgers were ice cold. Fries had no salt, and the soda was flat. ILL NEVER GO TO THIS ONE AGAIN!!!!!!

If I could put less than a star I would. Slow poor service, maybe the worst I've ever had at a McDonalds. Nobody checks on customers at the counter. It takes 10-15 minutes on a simple order.

The only reason I come here is the distance from my home. This review is for the store management. You will see in your recorded video today around 2:32 pm your staff gathered around laughing and chatting. When one of them noticed I needed refill her face stopped smiling as if I ruined something for her. Customer service in that moment with that presentation of unhappiness after seeing I needed help should never be allowed anywhere especially if you wanted to serve your customer. You can ignore this and think it's a one time thing. If I were in your position, I will look into this and provide an intense training to your staff regarding customer service.

Unexpected stop. Generally not my first choice for food but was the only option available at the time. Ordered a Iced Carmel Coffee which was only three fourth filled. Paid with cash and the cashier couldn't make change because she did have change in her drawer.
