This is now my favorite go-to pho spot near home. My go-to spot USE to be "Sunflower" since they are closer to me but ever since they changed ownership, I will make the slightly further drive to Pho Aimie. I always order the same thing when I go to pho restaurants--the rare steak and beef ball pho + fried eggrolls. My daughter isn't big on pho so she orders their fried rice which she enjoys every time. The pho here ALWAYS hits the spot. If you like spicy, don't forget to ask for chili oil on the side. Food is portioned well and pricing is decent--I don't feel like they are overpriced like some of the other pho restaurants I've been to. Service is always great when we come--we are always seated immediately, we never have to wait long for our food, we are constantly checked on, and drinks are always refilled. Nice quick spot to get our pho craving out the way instead of having to drive all the way to Chinatown. We will definitely be back over and over again.

I was running around Centennial today, you know the kind of day where you are just wearing the numbers off your credit or debit card hitting all your necessary and unnecessary stops.... Taking advantage of the good weather and doing my best to stay away from the evil gaming machines that abound.... lol Anyway, was getting hungry and I wasn't far from Pho Aime a Vietnamese place I've frequented many many times, but not recently. The place was packed as usual for a Sunday, a mix of families and after church goers probably. Was seated promptly and since I knew what I wanted, didn't need the menu. I usually order pho or wonton noodle soup but today I wanted my standard at least in my mind, Asian brunch ... Grilled pork, rice (today I wanted fried instead of steamed) and two fried eggs on top with a small bowl of broth to accompany. (com thit nuong trung) I also ordered Fresh spring rolls (goi cuon) iced coffee (cafe su da). Yeah I admit I was hungry. The pork and rice and egg is kind of a standard for me in the Vietnamese, Cambodian and Lao restaurants I've eaten in, especially on the weekends . something similar is popular in Filipino culture as well. Any way, I pretty much demolished the entire meal. I wish they would make the ice coffee in the traditional way, but still ok being premade. I always get a military discount there as well.. Onward and upward for more carousing!

Walked in and greeted us, then walked away and forgot about us, got us and the parties that were also coming in mixed up. Food was alright, wasn't great but wasn't bad. Not very impressed with the Bun Bo Hue but still ate it. Never refilled our empty cups of water or bothered to check on us.

I've dined here at Pho Aimie more than six times now. I was too lazy to offer a review each time. So here's the last three dine-in reviews and my Awesome experience every single time. The restaurant had been pretty busy the last few visits and I had to write my name on the board. Normally the wait time isn't that long. I'm immediately greeted by the lovely staff always. My Pho Rare Steak, and Brisket are always very satisfying. I recently added two pork egg rolls to my Pho order. Those Egg Rolls were very filling, freshly fried, and very satisfying might I add. Also I asked for some hot water so I could prepare my hot tea to drink. I haven't seen another Vietnamese restaurant that has decent food, friendly staff, and cleanliness to offer their customers. Pho Aimie is the perfect place to get a great meal and good quality food.

I was visiting a friend in North Las Vegas and we were both craving Pho for dinner. We both have never tried Pho Aimee so we decided on giving it a go. Restaurant is kinda roomy with lots of tables. We were greeted and seated immediately after entering. I ordered the Pho with steak & brisket. I must say it was pretty darn good and hit the spot! Also, pho was reasonably priced at $13.99 and well worth it! Good portion, lots of meat, and broth was tasty! recommend trying this place!

Yelp Review 2025 #104: There's not a lot of good Vietnamese restaurants on the north side. Pho Aimie has a location in the southwest and it's pretty good. It's comforting to know I don't have to drive that far or go to Chinatown when I'm craving a bowl of hot pho. I got a little too excited and got to the restaurant 30 minutes before the employees even came in. They open at 11am. There were other people waiting behind us. We got seated as soon as they opened. Service was friendly even though our server forgot to give us our drinks. Pho Tai Nam: This is my go-to bowl of pho. Thin slices of rare beef and flank. Toss in some sprouts, basil, and chili. Dip the meat in sriracha and hoisin, followed up with a mouthful of vermicelli, and a scoopful of broth. Yuuummm!!! The broth was hot and tasty. The meats were tender. The noodles were plentiful. I ended up taking half of it to go. 4/5 Spring Rolls: Gỏi cuốn. Shrimp and pork spring rolls with a peanut dipping sauce. The peanut sauce was just right flavor and consistency-wise. It's a light and refreshing appetizer. 4/5 Vermicelli Bowl with Grilled Beef and Egg Rolls: Bún Bo Nuong chả giò. The grilled beef was excellent - good smokey flavor and tender. The egg rolls were perfect - meaty and crunchy. A very satisfying bowl of noodles. 5/5 The restaurant is spacious and clean. The bathroom was decent...but I was the first one to use it that day so I can't say what it's like later in the day. This is now my go-to Vietnamese restaurant in the north side!

I can't believe we have lived down the street from here for almost 20 years and have never tried this place! Who wants soup in the summer in vegas? Our family of course and Pho Aimie was delicious. We went in on a Sunday and they were pretty busy but we were served promptly. Our server was nice and explained their menu options. Everything came out hot, fresh, and together. Not one table didn't have at least a bowl of Pho. Definitely a must try!
