Was burnt too a long time to get order. Service was not good at all .service stood talking about 15min befor makeing my food

Constructive review. Standards or training on recipes need to be addressed here. Citrus rice is flavorless, Fish tacos have very little sauce and cabbage not shredded, salsa verde shrimp tacos had onions on it.

Wow!!! Wow!! Can I just say I've been missing out!! Had no idea this place existed. The Mexican Street corn Bowl is amazing!!! I added Mahi Mahi as my meat. I have not had this good of Mahi in years!!! Def will order again Thanks to Doordash for showing this as a popular choice! This is seriously a fiesta in your mouth!!' Who needs wings and football when you have Rubios! I also order the Dulce Leches Cheerios. They look delish!!! The bowl is pretty big and filling. Reasonably priced and easy to order !!

I am a glutton for punishment, LOL! It's not like I enjoy coming to this location, it's because it's the only location next to me. And again, no salsa bar. Covid BS is over. There's simply no excuse to have the salsa bar shut down. Other locations have it, why can't this one? Then I tell them it's "for here" and they bag it "to go" with two of what seems like 1.5 oz containers of salsa. Not enough for the food and the chips. BRING BACK THE SALSA BAR, BRAD! I don't want to give up on Rubio's but this location, I simply may have to stop coming to because of my last three visits. Either they don't honor Rubio promotions such as burrito day or they're too frightful or cheap to reopen their salsa bar. And asking for more salsa is like pulling teeth and frustrating. Again I like their food especially the Langostino Lobster (fancy word for hermit crabmeat) burrito. In short: Do I recommend Rubio's? YES Do I recommend this location? NO - At least not until they start acting like a Rubio's again! I am currently the Duke of this location so you know I really want this location to succeed. But personally I can no longer come here because I want the salsa bar back. If you don't mind not having the salsa bar or just don't like salsa, then by all means, eat the food. It's worth it. OH, one last thing, there are NO REFILLS on sodas. Cheap, cheap bastards, LOL. Now you know!!

Monday I choose Rubio's over the other options in Aliante hoping to stay with my keto diet. I order a steak bowl with cauliflower rice. I asked for no beans. When I got the bowl there were beans and the cauliflower rice was still frozen. Tonight I decide to give it another try and tonight's my cheat night.. I order one of my favorites, tacos especial. I get my order and ....No guacamole?? One of the main reasons I love this taco. Sad that for the serious lack of business that flows through there that they can't get their orders right.

After visiting this location I am done with Rubios! I was the only customer there and I approached the counter and the old really heavy set lady that was working there (she appeared to be in charge) stood messing with her register and did not take the time to acknowledge me whatsoever! I awkwardly stood there for a lengthy amount of time before she put her head up, looked at me and walked away! I was just about ready to walk away when she came back and finally acknowledged me and was rude! My daughter and her wife ordered their food and she wasn't paying attention and messed up their order! After they had already sat down she then proceeded to yell their name and tell them she didn't charge them enough! This is after they had already corrected her on yelling back the wrong order to the kitchen! This visit was a complete nightmare to my whole family! Let me also add that I had two free meals from our last visit to another location because I almost had a broken tooth from biting down on some hard bone type of thing in the meat (which left me in pain for my son's graduation party) and they will not honor ANY type of gift card or free meals cards from THEIR OWN COMPANY! Also, no salsa bar! You have to ask them for it and they are very stingy with the amount they give you! I'm so done with Rubios! It used to be my whole family's favorite place to grab some tacos but unfortunately we will no longer support any type of business that treats their customers like this!
