Christian was absolutely amazing! He made my sandwich exactly how I wanted without ever making me feel rushed even though him and the other associate were dealing with the drive thru. He also made casual conversation which was greatly appreciated and the store was very clean! I can't recommend this location enough!

Website says open. Maps says open. Front friggin door says open. NOPE. Doors locked. No one to be seen. No one answering the phone. Knocked, no response. It's 12:20 am. 0 starts if I could.

The manager (Hispanic with dirty blonde hair)at this restaurant is rude. I ordered my sandwich meal using my app and was not allowed to choose either a fountain drink or bottled soda. It only showed options for bottled so I selected the Pepsi. When I arrived I asked if I could get a fountain drink instead of the bottled drink. The manager interrupted her co-worker to tell me I had to take what I ordered and walked away. What's crazy is that the fountain drink cost less than the bottled and I just wanted a fountain drink not a refund of the difference but she had to be rude and tell me I couldn't substitute anything. Every time I go in there, she always has a sour look on her face and anytime I've asked for anything She's not friendly and just kind of gives nonchalant responses. The only reason I go there is because that location has the drinks and the chips that I like that they don't have at the subway that's closest to my house, but I might have to change that.

We just ordered two meals, one six inch and one footlong. The six inch was to be toasted and the footlong was supposed to be toasted with a charge of $4 for extra bacon With lettuce, tomato, and mayo. These order total was over $30!! My husband picked up the order and the six inch was not toasted. The footlong was not toasted, had two slices of bacon. I had to search for the bacon on each half and no mayo. These were combos and we only received on bag of chips. These were the worst sandwiches we have ever had. I DO NOT recommend this subway to anyone! If there was a negative score this subway would get it. I tried calling the store and no one ever answers.

Made an online order at this store last night through their app around 12:15am. Arrived at the store shortly after, went through drive thru and was told " I'm sorry I'm the only person working and your order hasn't been started yet. However, the app is telling me my order will be ready for pick up at 12:45 am. I ask to cancel and was told that couldn't happen call back in the morning. I inquired as to why, and was told the app is through a third party I get that the young man working was very frustrated because he was alone but, that does not justify his snippy attitude... We were actually scared to eat the food in fear he did something to it. I didn't receive my order until 1:20am my bag was tossed to me and the drive thru window slammed in my face.... totally horrible experience

Just had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE by the manager Karla that made me feel embarrassed and so uncomfortable with the situation and I even wanted to cry because I had never encountered something like this at any store. Thank God there was two other customers present that had my back when she was acting SO RUDE towards me accusing me that I was being rude to one of her new employees which I NEVER WAS! The two other customers even said that I was never rude to the new employee for the manager Karla to be acting like that towards me. Is sad that her being the manager treats customers with a bad attitude. And I don't wish her bad in any means because I know her job it's important but this needed to be addressed. I even spoke on the phone to Maria and Javier the district managers about it because this situation made me feel so uncomfortable, stressed and shaky. NO ONE DESERVES TO BE DISRESPECTED LIKE THAT! And to the new girl employee that I was accused to being rude to...I understood it was your first day and this is none of your fault...and I was never rude to you and you know that and your manager knows that.

This location is AWFUL!!! We will never go back. Such a waste of time. Staff is rude and unwilling to help after their own mistakes. There is no customer service at all!! My husband and his coworkers order breakfast sandwiches online for pickup because they're usually in a hurry. Money comes out of the bank account, order confirmed online, yet Subway always claims to not have received the order and they absolutely REFUSE to right the wrong even after PROVING that the meal was ordered and paid for!!! This was the 3rd and final time. Subway will never get another dime from my family!!! Absolutely disgusted by the rude employees as well!!! What a disappointment. (I wouldn't leave any stars at all if that were an option but unfortunately had to give them one just to post this review)
