The SUBWAY on 1380 West Cheyenne Ave. Ste.102 is very rude and unprofessional all the way to their District Manager. They are very disrespectful and made me feel as if they were profiling by the way I was treated. No one wanted to give there names and refused to admit any wrongdoing in getting the order wrong. I will never go back to this establishment EVER AGAIN!

I did an online order to avoid people during the pandemic as much as possible. I ordered online at 6:40 pm. My order was suppose to ready at 7:00 pm. When I got there they said they didn't have my order. Then another employee said yeah we did its on the counter. It was a paper order. No sorry, nothing. One guy made my three subs. Another customer came in had his 2 subs made and was out in a few minutes. I asked the guy if he could put the BLT sub in the oven. He said to me its not on the order. I said I didn't see the option. He said I am just telling you its not on the order. Ok! It took 15 minutes for me to get my order. I had waited in the seat while the guy made my food. I figured since he had the order on paper there would be no mistakes. Meanwhile the other guy making food had his mask not covering his nose. When I got home the BLT sub had onions, pepperoncinis peppers, and olives added. I basically threw it away since I ordered a plain BLT sub. I reached out to Subway, and all I got in response is I will talk to my employees. How about refund on the BLT sub? Awful customer service. I will not go to this Subway again!

The worker was rude , ignoring other people's questions. Did not label the subs , did not complete the orders correctly. Update 3 months Stood there for about 5 minutes and the two workers were in the back on their phones did not notice we were there.

Came for the first time to this subway and was extremely disappointed. I was helped by Jonathan who seemed really polite and possibly new and inexperienced. The young guy asked a female worker for assistance and she kindly refused. This was upsetting. My wrap ancame out tasting and looking disgusting! While it was not his fault... this young lady should be out of this fast food place. She is not a team player and is obviously careless about customer satisfaction.
